Lovely furniture and David was really understanding in terms of payment and agreed to let me pay in installments. The table was split in a few areas and I was promised a new piece however it was the same split one that was delivered- but with the cracks filled in. The glass delivered was covered in dust and upon cleaning the glass, I found lots of scratches. It was extremely difficult to get hold of David but months later I had a new glass delivered- which is perfect! I have polished the wood and treated it and it looks beautiful but I am quite worried that the cracks may not hold for long otherwise it's a beautiful table.

Yes, there was a delay in delivery, but they told me as soon as they knew and were pretty straight about it on the phone. Yes, they also offer a free gift if you give them a 5* rating, but their service was as good as anyone might reasonably expect as was the furniture, so 5* is probably fair anyway. We'll see how the set stands up to Scottish winter but right now, it makes a dull corner of the garden look very inviting. I found the 'Round Table 180cm with 3 Bowood Benches' will accommodate 9 comfortably or a dozen horrid children. Benches nice around a fire pit too after meal finished. Well done Chelsea Home & Leisure.

They are a group of con artists, had my money since the 28th of March with the promise of delivery between the 25th and 27th of May. I had to email them to find out that it was going to be delayed until mid June, a week later, they said it was now end of July and just this morning, I received a message to say they are cancelling my order due to delays and lack of product, yet they are still selling it on Amazon and their website for more money! Do not buy from them if you want the product you order!

Love the furniture but treatment from David had been very disappointing, I spent a lot of money on a piece of furniture i thought that would last forever, unfortunately the Table has split, David sent me glue to fill it, them further down the line, the I had to treat the table for woodworm, im absolutely gutted. I,called David I and sent pictures, the response was... No response its been a week. I saved a long time for that money... Check what your buying

We ordered the rattan oval dining set at a show in Birmingham. We were made aware of the delay to in delivering, so everything was explained and we knew what to expect. When the set arrived, it was perfect and we were really pleased. There was one cushion that had a slight issue but Jason replaced it without question. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company or use them again. We are extremely happy with our purchase.

I purchased a ceramic table and 8 lovely blue velvet chairs from Chelsea Home And Leisure just a week before Christmas and David promised I would get it in time for Christmas I’m Very happy with the service I received just as promised David him self delivered the furniture Will definitely be making more purchase as your furniture is gorgeous I love the tree root coffee tables.

Don't be fooled by the nice pictures on the website, very poor quality, box was open and not new. "ceramic" dining table is in fact a glass table with a sticker on it. They refused to return it unless I paid £100 for courier so now I'm making a claim with the bank. Stay away and don't waste your time/money! They also never answer the phone so no customer service at all..

Received excellent service from David. Delivered table within a few days of order. Had a problem, which he resolved quickly and invloved delivering replacement - again, he did this really quickly, even though 150 mile round trip for him. Table not used yet due to rubbish weather but looking forward to using it in the summer as it looks lovely.

Ordered a 6 seater garden table and chairs in December and only just received after many delayed returns of emails asking where our purchase was , rattan poor quality and damaged feet on chairs have sent them emails to get some answers re replacing and haven't had no reply from them. They don't even answer phone .

Recently ordered the teak dining set with extendable table. Delivery was super - the delivery guys were really helpful and we are very impressed with the quality of the furniture. Will definitely order more furniture from them and highly recommend

The garden furniture was delivered earlier than expected. The table assembly was straight forward and took about 20 minutes. Very good quality Rattan furniture and several friends have commented on it. Over all I am very happy with the purchase

Called to ask the colour of a dekton table but apparently he didn’t know nor does anyone else that works there.. genuinely the most unhelpful Person I’ve ever spoken to. Didn’t seem too bothered to help..

The tree root coffee table I purchased had some faults I noticed on delivery. Upon notifying David we came to a resolution that we were both happy with. I would recommend their furniture.

No one is ever picking up when you call and the website is down. I am worried I won't receive my order. Update, they did come back to me via Facebook messenger, all all now 5*

VERY POOR QUALITY. Garden furniture starts to disintegrate after a year, which is very poor considering the price. No response from the company regarding this issue.
