We love Chelsea World of Learning. The facilities are wonderful and ate always being updated. My daughter loves the playground and sand pit. The staff are absolutely amazing and I feel very comfortable leaving my daughter there. They clearly adore the kids and are extremely attentive. I've never had any issues. A true sign that it's wonderful is that even on the days that my daughter doesn't attend the centre, she begs to go! It used to be that she would scream if I left her side, but when I drop her off at Chelsea World of Learning she runs in and completely disregards me! It's a struggle to get her to leave in the afternoon and she has even cried for the educators s couple of times when we've been leaving! She's always so happy when I pick her up and tells me she's had a great day. I can't speak highly enough of Chelsea World of Learning.
Fantastic centre, staff genuinely care for your children and are considered extended family for my two boys, we have been very happy for the past 2 years of attendance. My eldest is genuinely disappointed on my days off because he doesn't get to go to childcare! In response to some of the older comments, like all centres they have communication books where you can read about what and how much your child ate throughout the day and nap times (babies up to 12 months have this also written in their take-home journals) however the staff are always able to tell me this anyway. My boys have never come home starving, the opposite in fact, nor with any unexplained injury. I've always had a phone call and report form to sign if anything (even minor) has occurred, which has to be expected from kids!
Great and caring staff, great facilities, loving the Kindyhub app where you get child observations and photos of your child. My biggest worry about my son is how upset he is in the morning (always cries), so it's so lovely to see pictures of him playing and having a good day. The centre does lots of activities and my son seems to be in a great mood when my husband picks him up at the end of the day. Food is good, with plenty of snacks and my son has never had nappy rash (so they obviously do a great of job of keeping him clean) which was one of my biggest worries when I put my child in care... my husband and I have been very happy with the centre and appreciate all the good work it does to take care of our little man.
My wife and I are extremely pleased with the care that the knowledgeable and caring educators provide our daughter in the baby room. Every time we pick her up she's clean, well fed, well slept and learnt something new. Some days she's had so much fun playing outdoors, dancing and painting that she doesn't want to come home! The educators have even helped us with her sleep routine and feeding which has given us our sanity back. It makes going to work less stressful knowing she's in great care and we always look forward to receiving daily photos on the app.
My baby attends this Centre 4 days a week and I am thrilled with the Centre, the Educators and the care that my baby receives. The ladies in her room love her and treat her like their own and she is always so excited to see them in the morning and will blow them kisses when she leaves. I love the notifications that I receive every day with her photos and the things she has done in her day and I would recommend Ashlee and her team to anyone who is looking for care for their little ones. Great Centre!!
We've had our girls at both Chelsea World of Learning centres and have always found the carers here to be warm and attentive. The kids love showing us the new playgrounds which are regularly updated and well maintained. My recent experience with CWOL 1, specifically, has been with the afterschool program. Debbie, who runs it, really cares about the kids and has lots games, cooking, gardening and crafts to keep them entertained. Lots of great memories here.
Great centre. We have had our son here for three years and will soon send our daughter. The quality of care and individual attention is fantastic. Educators take the time to know and relate to individual kids, address their learning needs, and have even helped us with sleep routines and toileting advice for use at home. We're moving to another suburb but will commute back to this centre because we love it so much. Highly recommend this centre to anyone :)
Exceptional child care centre in every way! The staff are all so relaxed and friendly. They uphold important policies without being over the top with parent expectations, and they know and greet all parents so warmly. The facilities are incredible, inside and outside, the range of activities fantastic, the food provided healthy and varied...what a privilege to send my beautiful girl here and have her come home happy and fulfilled!
Very poorly ran place, the centre manager cares money more than reputation. Never received any useful information from the centre manager, felt that they always try to find ways to rip you off. It was a regret decision for sending my son to there but luckily he was only there for a few days, hope you won't make a regret decision like me.
The staff are just amazing and go above and beyond. Being my first child I was nervous about starting her childcare but all the staff ensured it was a smooth and stress free transition. The facilities and daily updates using the app are fantastic. I am very happy with the services and can't recommend them enough.
Best decision sending our little boy here. The educators show so much move and care towards him. The confidence our little one has developed has been amazing, and we are so happy without our choice in child care centres.
My child has been attending Chelsea World of Learning since he was 6 Months old and he is now 8. Staff are caring and friendly, and my son enjoys his time there at before and after school care.
My girls love day care and all their teachers. We find that it is very inclusive and has lots of activities for the girls to enjoy
Friendly educators, regular updates and variety of in-house made food. Very happy here.
My kids go here and they love it. The staff are fantastic and always caring and kind.
Centre and staff are great. Kids have loved it here. No complaints
My daughter is well looked after and the educators are lovely.
Fantastic staff and facilities. Couldn’t recommend higher.
