I went to get some documents witnessed by the pharmacist and was told to come back in two hours as they were too busy. I returned after two hours & waited for several minutes before the documents were signed. The pharmacist didnt even look at myself or my drivers liscence when she signed the documents and it literally took her less than 20 seconds to sign them. The other staff were rude and belligerent. This wasn't my first negative experience there, the staff generally rude and hostile, they are obviously miserable and hate thier jobs. The staff are revolting, people should avoid the business, I will be from now on.

I just called to ask if my prescription was in stock. I have had trouble finding a pharmacy with stock. When he informed me that there was no stock, the pharmacist would not listen and kept insisting that I needed to see my specialist to get my prescription changed. When I tried to explain that I could not afford to visit an expensive specialist when there was a possibility I might find a pharmacist with stock, he continued to talk over me and refused to listen. When I asked him to allow me to speak, he hung up on me. Very disappointing service.

I hunted down this chemist for its late trading hours, I needed a script filled fast as I left my sons medication behind on holiday. I drove here for the Saturday late night hours as they close at 7 I get there at 5:45pm only to find it closed up - funny thing is on the roller security door it clearly states Saturday open till 7pm ( along with the rest of the trading hours) Unfair to customers if you can’t work your advertised trading hours!

I was disappointed when I was told they didn’t have my medication in stock and wouldn’t have until later the next day so I would miss out on my morning dose - but imagine my surprise when I had a delivery the same night to my home. Very impressed. Thank you for making my life easier and enabling me to stay isolated during these tough times. Much appreciated.

Service used to be okay but has gone downhill. Final straw today was a very rude and unhelpful pharmacist who flatly refused to do his job. So I have taken my business elsewhere. Strangely enough the new pharmacy I went to was easily able to fill my request, despite being told it was impossible by the unhelpful lying pharmacist

Emmanuel (the owner) is condescending and has an attitude problem. When I had a query, instead of listening to me, he assumed I didn’t know what I was talking about, talked over me, and dismissed me without even checking. In the end it turned out I was right all along. He also treats staff horribly. Don’t support this guy.

Staff is ok to deal with and somtime helpful too but owner is bit out of touch...He does not care about customers and you can tell by his attitude that he is not going to stay in this business for long..... If you ever dream of getting your document attested, forget about it and better go to Anderson road one..

Staff is so lovely here, they always help and their attitude is professional but caring. When ever i need some general health advise they always help me. And for attestation they do it pretty fast tho. My overall experience with them is pretty stratifying. Keep up the good work. Cheers!

its impossible to communicate with staff hiding behind plastic screens, and who wants to yell out thier medical questions for all to hear. Major privacy issues here. Owner Emanuel is rude. Advice is poor. Service is very slow.

hadnt been to the store in a few months and was amazed at the transformation and the ease at finding products. staff where most helpful and left feeling very satisfied with the experience.

I have come back to Fawkner after 1994, to only have more of great help from owner and staff... He was there when i was a teenager which is decades ago.... Nothing like a caring pharmacist

Unhelpful. They sold me some faulty glasses and I came back 2 weeks later. They remembered me but still refused to exchange it without a receipt. No good will here.

Checked the open times, made the drive down here and even called to see if they had what I needed. It said closes at 7pm, it's 6:25pm and it closed. Fuming!

Always nice and helpful workers and knowledgeable pharmacists. Locally owned. Do a great service. Shop local!!

Slowest prescriptions in the country! If you got a couple of hours to kill pick up your prescriptions here.
