The pharmacist was extremely rude calling us selfish. We weren't demanding that we have the medication there and then and we wouldn't leave until they gave us the medication. We weren't being rude or anything. There was bit of miscommunication to begin with. I took my mother to retrieve her script as she told me she ran out of the script for her medication. My mother had no intention of buying more medication as she had gotten it recently which I was not aware of at the time. When the lady printed out the script and asked if mum would like both her medication then and I asked mum and she had said yes as they offered thinking she would just take them now to save an extra trip. She had no idea about their policy regarding how much medication she can take home. I had to explain to mum and she was fine if they weren't allowed to give the medication. The pharmacist should have just explained the policy and not called us selfish. Very poor customer service. He should keep his own opinion to himself. Who are you to call us selfish?

After my first horrific experience with Casey the rude pharmacist.. I went back in only to be told I’m blacklisted for no reason other than crying.. I left 3 messages for the manager Bryan he never called me. I called 3 times in one week, Bryan stated he never received the messages so either he’s lying or all the staff don’t pass messages on both terrible customer service. Finally today he took my call, I was on hold for so long I drove there on the meantime. Bryan did not listen to my side and stated I was lying. I asked them to look at the camera footage they refused. I was told to leave and I said I will report them. I just received a call from the owner Mark who yelled and abused me without me saying a word. I believe it’s Bryan’s Dad and he only called because I said I will be reporting you to consumers affairs and all he did was threaten me, great customer service. I said never call me again this is harassment and blocked him. I will never go to any Chemist Warehouse after this experience

Took my mum on Easter Monday so she could get some things she needed. As she is with the my aged care program she gets reimbursed for things that are not on the PBS as long as the pharmacist signs an official receipt. When we approached the pharmacist if he could print out and sign this receipt we were very rudely told that they are not taking on anymore my aged care people as they had to many on their system and go find another chemist. Well guess what we did just that. We did find another chemist with a wonderful pharmacist who goes out of his way to help the elderly with disabilities in our society. Shame on you chemist warehouse employing disgraceful pharmacists with no heart or care in the world.

The address of this store is mentioned in Chemist Warehouse website is Tenancy 2 30 Princess Hwy, Dandenong VIC 3175. This is wrong because this their warehouse address. The email I received for my click and collect order included the above mentioned address. I followed this address to go to the store but I was navigated to somewhere else. Then I had to call the store and confirmed the above address but they did not know it is wrong. I was told many customers have complained about this but apparently the store or Chemist Warehouse administration have not taken any steps to correct this mistake. I lost 20 mins of my time to locate the store. I am extremely disappointed. I will never go to this store.

This is the worst chemist warehouse I have ever seen. The girl called ORLA in customer service is very rude and she doesn’t not know how to approach the customers. She doesn’t know that she gets paid because of the customers. I will never go to Chemist warehouse Dandenong (in Princess highway)again. I will switch to PRICELINE Pharmacy where you can get a quality customer service. I think Chemist warehouse should send their customer service staff like ORLA to PRICELINE Pharmacy to learn about customer service. Had to drop a prescription but is was rejected for being a copy (?). This is what I got from previous chemist store and has all original stickers on it. The chemist want me to call the previous chemist store to get it fax to this store. Tried several time until they closed. Clearly, this guy chemist is not happy and feel annoyed when we were questioning his mind. What kind of customer service is that? Went to other Chemist warehouse and got the medication without any question. Maybe, that chemist guy who in charge at that day think everyone like him, faking a document for his own benefits

Chemist Superhero house ✔️ This morning 1.1.2021 I walked in with a whole bunch of scripts for my mum, Mr. Danny (the pharmacist), promptly helped me with arranging all the required medications, as they were for my mum and I forgot her pension card, Mr. Danny went well out of his way making phone calls to locate her pension card number and managed to get the discount on my mum's medication although she has never been there before. These guys are Cheap, Reliable, Helpful and very Friendly. Do I recommend Chemist Warehouse Dandenong ✔️✔️✔️✔️✔️

I was turned away from store by manager Ali who did not honour the return policy and was asked to go the same store i bought that lipstick from. I was within my consumer rights to return the product within 7 days and in same condition i bought it, unopened, for change of mind and the docket was $160 and return item was only $12 but Ali refused the return and acted like he own the chemist warehouse brand and said he can do whatever he wants regardless of chemist warehouse return policy. Is this the standard chemist warehouse set to provide service?

Most definitely the WORST Chemist Warehouse I’ve ever been to. After looking for a particular vitamin in an aisle for a good 10 minutes, all while a staff member was walking up and down said aisle, not once did she even acknowledge me and once I did ask her for assistance, she seemed annoyed that I was talking to her. I asked another staff member for assistance and she was just as useless as the previous female. Absolutely pathetic store, will just stick to my local one I think.

I visited Dandenong princes hwy branch today 04/03/2020 at about 8.30PM to get activation code and more information about their mobile app. NON of the staff members knows about this app. Regret their customer service. Further some products were on promotion by displaying a tag "Buy one get one free" . But they refused to give that discount as their system doesnt allow. This is very bad marketing and misleading customers

Hi, today i go to shop this chemist wearhouse, and i spend $65 and they refuse to gave me free beauty bag after shop. He told they finish in stock and will not get any stocks in future. My concern is that this offer is till 11/10/23 and if you are out of stock than you remove the add from your store or write down now you don’t gave free bags. It’s look like you just increase your sale. Very disappointed.

I was in the chemist today waiting for a script when a couple entered the store and created absolute chaos. They were abusive and destroyed several displays throughout the store. I just wanted to acknowledge the care and professionalism of all the staff - it was horrible for everyone that witnessed the couples behaviour, but the staff were outstanding.

Such a awful experience. Went to exchange the neutrogena from dry to normal and refuse to do so as because of COVID polices which apparently is not listed anywhere on their website. Although it is not essential product which staff just showing me from accc website. Listed no where. Such a shame with this store.

Waited an hour for my script because they wanted to confirm doctors hand writing and after they confirmed it waited a further 20 minutes for it I will never get a script from there again they have done this multiple times with other people’s script the wait time is ridiculous
