I have consistently received wonderful customer service from the Chemist Warehouse Paramount store, and seek it out now when I need my pharmaceutical goods. Yola particularly provided exceptional customer service regarding my Embryolisse Lait-Crème Sensitive inquiry, and I can’t recommend her enough!
One of the biggest and fanciest chemist warehouse I've been to. Massive stock. The perfume and cosmetic section was pretty impressive and looked like the stores at the airport. Went on looking for some basic toiletries. The staff was really helpful
Go here during lunchtimes quite often as its closest to my work and has a good range. Staff quite friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the creepy security guard at the entrance always makes it a point to follow me around like a creep,
Went there mid day and saw the security guy checked on a young girl who did not have a hard copy of receipt. The young girl was asked and checked like a thief. Staffed talking loudly when checking on the register. Other customers heard them
Staff had no knowledge of their vitamin products. When I put a prescription in I was told the brand I had last time was not a generic and they would give me the generic this time, they gave me the same brand. I have been buying this product
Terrible experience. I made the mistake of letting them keep my prescriptions. Their app has only ever worked once. Today I went in after not receiving a response to my order on the app yet again and they said I can’t have my blood pressure
I was looking around to find something nice to buy for my family but one staff (black, tall, bald, maybe security) told me to put things that I already took at the counter and I overheard this guy told the cashier (Indian) something about
A while back I was trying to track down a Guerlain cologne and it was only available at a CW store quite far from me. A staff member from this CW at Paramount collected it and brought it with them to work as a one-off inter-store transfer
I estimate maybe 25% of the products in the shop could be reasonably purchased by a rational person. Lovey corporate branding leaves visitor in no doubt about the low nature of the prices. Audio ads annoying. The staff was quite attentive.
I realised when I got to the counter that my click and collect was ‘processing’ and not ready to collect. I laughed off my mistake to the assistant and asked if it’s ready or if I should come back later however the assistant proceeded to
Ensure you thoroughly review the refund policy, as the majority of items, particularly pharmaceuticals, may not qualify for a refund. Additionally, be cautious of their price match policy, which proves ineffective in refunding the price
I don’t normally review stores, but had to share my experience here. I walked in with a swollen eyelid and they (including the actual pharmacist) tried to sell me everything from cleansing wipes to ibuprofen to lubricating eye drops to
Totally useless. Processed a number of my scripts without my knowledge or permission. Have totally stuffed up my medications now, as I won’t be able to get them written earlier. You’d think when dealing with something as important as
A regular customer on many occasions…have always been greeted with smiles. And a special mention to Iole the lady at the counter who is consistently pleasant and very helpful, even on my frantic morning runs. Thank you …
Been here 2 times and on both occassions the security guard kept following me and seemed to not care about other customers. Was dressed fairly normally and only differentiating factor was being black. Definitely won't return
I was just looking around the store and i’m being followed throughout the time, and because i don’t feel comfortable i decided to leave. But someone forced to take a look at my plastic bag which contains a plush that
Five stars to the girl named Tania (I might have gotten her name wrong) - she had an accent. She was amazing! She went out of her way to help me by walking out of the counter to find me something I was looking for :)
Awful store. Cramped, expensive, and only one till in perfumes section open during busy time. No photos permitted sign at front which is an indication it's poorly run (what are you hiding)
I'm surprised at how spacious this shop is , as most chemist warehouse stores are very cramped. Probably worth the extra walk from the other CH at the corner of Bourke/ Swanston st.
Visited this branch for the first time today and was absolutely impressed. Top quality customer service from the lady manager and mr. security guard. Excellent shopping experience.
I frequent this branch of Chemist Warehouse, and it has been great every time. In particular, the pharmacist named Jeanie is super friendly, attentive and all around amazing.
Gotta go up the stairs for this shop, always busy, and staff not helpful there is guy with glasses very short almost bald guy very rude , apparently the manager.
Friendly staff, great service and a bigger store compared to other Chemist Warehouses. Has a security guard who keeps following you around which is a bit creepy.
Great range, huge variety, and a lot of attractive deals to save your money! It has a great beauty and cosmetics section, not yo forget the awesome fragrances!
You need more tellers serving, it's ridiculous. Iv had to walk out multiple times empty handed whilst also leaving without I needed in thr first place
Very friendly customer service and security staff had pleasant presentation. Store has easy access by tram and paid parking centre by bourke street
I am customer but Indian security guard working Friday September 29, 2023 very rude and very bad service . Must be retrained.
They should train their Phan Tuong Van (or similar name) staff how to do customer services attitude.
