I dealt with 2 different pharmacists in store within a half hour span and was transparent by telling them both that I did not have the hard copy of the repeat authorisation of my prescription medicine as I left it at home however already have a repeat authorisation of my prescription medicine with another Chemist warehouse. To give a bit of context, I was already very tired from all the other medications I was having at that time so didn't have the energy to race back home in the hot and humid day to get the hard copy of the repeat authorisation of my prescription medicine. I was then informed by customer service over the phone that I could have just authorised the other Chemist Warehouse to transfer my repeat authorisation of my prescription medicine to Chemist Warehouse Spencer St whilst I was in store but no guidance provided at all relating to this by the 2 different pharmacists whilst I was in store which could have saved me going all the way back home in my health state at that time.

Wow what a horrible experience. I asked the guy at the door that I wanted to smell some perfumes since he was stand next to the perfume section. He told me the girl will help me. I went to the girl. Kept standing there for 10 minutes while she was helping someone out and then she just left. Without even acknowledging me or telling me she will be back. I asked the guy again to call someone else and he said he can't help because the girl is the only person in charge of perfumes. I told him she just went away without acknowledging me and he says "if you're not happy with her I can't do anything she's the only person whose incharge of perfume" really? In this huge chemist warehouse only one girl can help whose not willing too. What a waste of space. Teach your staff some manners. And if they are not there to help, then amazing on you for handing out free money to people who are not willing to do their job. Absolutely pathetic. Didn't expect this from such a big brand.

STAY AWAY harassing security, tried to take my trolley and push me back with his leg. I said step back 1.5, as I was clearly wearing a covid mask. But no, NO COVID SAFETY, the whole store is extremely cramped. I offered him sanitiser after he bullied me then I had to sanitiser everything again after he touched my bag. Made me show him every every single item in my luggage even my lunch and undies/period cup. Even though he knew I hadn't been in the store fire more than 3 minutes, touched nothing nor did I try and access my bag. Therefore no reason to check so adusively. *** LOCAL GUIDE - SMASHING REVIEWS *** When I am in Melbourne I am often finding my self needing something weather it's just Lynx's or something from there limited supplements range or razors, I often shop here. Staff on registers can be rude and not very helpful, staff don't seem to want to help customers find anything. Security on the door can be very friendly. This store is busy sometimes the waits are just plain beyond a joke you could nearly walk to another chemist warehouse by the time they serve you, bearing in mind there's about three in the city including one on collins, one on Bourke Street Mall and another on Swanson Street so certainly no shortage of Chemist Warehouses to shop at.

Writing this review on behalf of my mum. Mum went in to purchase baby formula for her Granddaughter, only to find what she is after is not on the shelf (we found that quite a few chemist does not have it on their shelves). So mum asked a young gentleman about the age of 20 to help. Being someone who speaks broken English, mum found this particular stuff member to be very patient. After finding out there was indeed no stock at the back, this gentleman went the extra mile to go for a longer walk to see if there is any stock in their store room and came back with what we need. She cannot remember the name of this young gentleman now but was very pleased with the service. Thank you!

Their pharmacists are very very bad services. They don't know anything about 60-Day Prescription. This afternoon I went there to buy Diovan valsartan 80mg. I still have been asked to pay two scripts not two on one even with doctor's new 60-Day Prescription. I have been told that I am eligible for 60-Day Prescription doesn't mean I am eligible to pay one on two scripts because I am not healthcare card holder. Their mocking face and the way of speaking seemed to be saying that I did grudged to pay extra $10. Of cause why did I pay more that is my right and I just wanted to defend it.

Lazy and extremely ignorant staff! We were told by CW Collins (after checking in the system ) that CW Spencer’s have 8 hair dryers in stock and we can collect it from their. We called spencer store just to be sure, this girl on the call JANICE straight up told us they don’t have any without even trying to look for it ! She did not put us on hold neither went to the isle and checked just said they don’t have any because she was too lazy to put in some effort in the work she is getting paid for ! Please have some work ethics ! Help people you are not doing it for free

Always do my shopping in this chemist. They have got wonderful customer service and always have the product I am looking for. What makes me disappointed is the vitamins I purchased lately are all melted. I believe is the weather that caused the vitamins melt but this shouldn't be an excuse. even the coconut oil are all becoming coconut liquid. Think about the quality of the products and medication. The business owner should have keep the store in the right temperature as there are lots of products that need to store under 25 degree. Seriously disappointed

Place where I go to buy things most of the time. Needed a witness to sign a document so that's the first place that came to mind. Chemist simply refused as they were too busy. I said it will not even take 30 seconds but she said No. She asked me to go to another Chemist beside Coles. Even gave directions. All that took more then 2 to 3 minutes. They would rather spend time refusing you then actually spend time doing their regular customer a favour. Simply FU if you are not buying anything. The other place did it happily in 30 Seconds.

I had run low on my insulin and had gone into tier 2 lockdown isolation. With one call to the pharmacist at Chemist Watehouse at Spencer St, she went out of her way to ring around other pharmacies to get me the rare insulin I needed. She organised for it to be delivered to me from another sister store. The insulin was delivered within hours. I am very grateful and impressed that the pharmacist was such great help. I have left my scripts on file there and will be loyal to them because of their service to me. Thank you.

And one of the boy staff he had no manners how should he talk with the customer. Instead of saying it was there misunderstanding he was like you can go now. On 30 October 2019 at exactly 6pm TILLO2 served by; 55266 Thu, I paid for the 6 items which I bought but was charged for 7 items in the receipt. Luckily, I checked the receipt right away without going out of the shop yet. The lady who served me was nowhere to be found coz after serving me another lady replaced her. The guy 34314 David checked the cctv and refunded the amount back to my credit card. This happened to me thrice already where they actually overcharged me. So guys check your receipts.

It's medium sized, larger than the Bourke st one. Like any chemist warehouse, you should be able to find what you need, at most likely the cheapest price you'll find around. Has the usual products you expect to find at the chemist like Panadol and vitamins, but also other household general products like soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid though the latter not always the cheapest compared to supermarkets. This one is accessible - lift from centre ground floor before heading into store.

Very disappointing experience with Chemist Warehouse staff, was recommended the wrong item and when I came back the day after to exchange for another item, they would not accept the reason even if it was unopened. They just insisted it is our policy etc, I told them I was recommended the wrong item and would like to change it for something else. If you have any medical needs get from somewhere else. They only bother about profits rather than a good customer experience.

I told the staff and security I suspect I have covid and I just wanted to buy a covid test. They told me I had to queue up with all the other customers. I repeated to them I think I have covid and the security said he checked with the manager and they don't care that I have covid they wanted me to queue. So I queued. It was a fast line but the people in front of me did not seem impressed.

I always go on weekends to get my prescriptions made up and the pharmacist who works there on Sundays is always such a professional. I think his name is Alfred and today he was working alone with heaps of customers waiting but he dispatched everything with his usual care and with great customer service. I moved my prescriptions to this chemist because of him.

Decided to grab some protein bar today and found out that they are mostly melted. SERIOUSLY Talk to one of the staff but nothing much they can do and sounds like owner does not care about the product quality. Wonder what about the quality of the medications and other products. Pharmacy is a disgrace. Refused to dispense medication despite having a valid prescription as it was 'too early', even though the date on the prescription after which it could be dispensed again was two weeks earlier. Went to Amcal and had it dispensed with no issues. Will be making a complaint to the victorian pharmacy authority.

very helpful staff. When I had a screaming baby a staff member helped me get all my items quickly. I have my script at Chemist Warehouse Watergardens. I called and they faxed script through to Spencer Street outlet and I was able to pick my script up in 10 minutes! Well done. Great prices and great service. Thank you so much.

Staffs are great but the two security guards are definitely not interested in doing their jobs. They are very rude, only interested in their own chit chat, and when you ask them anything, they rolled their eyes and pointed their finger. If you can't do your job, there's plenty of people want to work there instead

The most inept and unhelpful pharmacy ever. They didn't have stock of my script so only issued half of it. Then refused to fill the rest until the original issue was used despite the fact that it would expire before I'd be back in the area. . The service was surprisingly rude for once at Chemist Warehouse when I dropped in my script....then it was a 20 minute wait!!!!!! That's insane, I get they want you to shop around but come on the parking for 20 mins cost me more than the script. I appreciate you guys but a little hustle wouldn't go astray.

Staff at checkout are all friendly and courteous. Managed to find items there are out of stock elsewhere, here. I sort of got used to the layout of the chemist warehouse. It’s almost identical dependent of the store premises/layout. In any case ask the staff and you’ll be guided to what you’re looking for.

I so so love this chemist warehouse. Has a pharmacy and the actual pharmacist is lovely. Lots of stock and handy located in the spencer outlet centre. Worth a look in. Also opens at eight am, much earlier than the standard ten am at the other shops in the outlet centre.

on 11 Dec 4pm, I went there to buy medicine after finishing a major dental surgery, the security laughed at me because I couldn't speak probably and clearly. I felt very uncomfortable and unpleasant. one staff did the same but other staff were helpful. So I give 2 star.

Terrible customer experience there, was stopped by security over a skincare item that I bought from a different shop. Made me wait for no reason. Low value item costs less than $10 in store. I was browsing vitamins and wasn’t even anywhere near the skincare section.
