Tonight my husband and I went into Taylors Lakes Chemist Warehouse to have several of my prescriptions filled. We live in the area and have been going to this Chemist Warehouse since it opened. I am dependent on quite a few medications. It was about 25 to 7 and this store closes at 7pm. I went to the counter and handed over a number of scripts. Once I had received my medications and paid for them and was on my way out to the car, I thought something is not quite right; the pills I had asked for and the pills I paid for didn't add up. Sure enough, they hadn't filled two of my scripts. I immediately headed back into the store only to be stopped at the door by security who said "Shops shut". It was 5 to seven, it's my understanding that the store closes at 7 but I figured given that I wasn't given all of my order, that it would be fine. I explained what had happened to the guard and he said "No, the shops closed, that the registers were closed and the pharmacists don't get paid overtime after 7pm". Another worker came over to the doorway and I then explained it all again to him, that the chemist hadn't dispensed all of the scripts that I had asked for. As he worked in the store, I went on to explain that one of the scripts that they hadn't filled was for blood pressure and I had specifically come to get that tablet with the intention of taking it that evening. He told me to wait at the door and he would speak to the pharmacist. When he came back, he said "Nah you will have to come back tomorrow". As I needed to get these extra scripts filled, my husband I then had to drive 12 kms both ways to another Chemist Warehouse. Unfortunately I have found this level of customer service from this particular store to be the norm. I have another ongoing script that I have to have filled that sees me receiving 100 tablets at a time. Most times, this means I receive 7 boxes with 14 on a sheath, plus 2 extra tablets = 100 tablets. I have had the script filled at the same Chemist Warehouse in the past at Taylors Lakes only to find I have a whole sheath missing 14 tablets. As previously stated, I am a person who uses Chemist Warehouse in Taylors Lakes very frequently, so on one visit I asked how much we have to pay to reach the PBS / PRF safety net I have been told "they are too busy to tell me that information". Seems that they are always too busy. We all make mistakes but it has happened all too often at this particular Chemist Warehouse and I believe I was treated appallingly. It wasn't my mistake and they should have dealt with it in a professional manner. The pharmacist's duty of care requires more than just spotting obvious dispensing errors, pharmacists are expected to recognize potential risks and intervene to prevent harm to the patient, while exercising professional judgement and discretion. Thank you to the team at Milleara Road for being so helpful, if only you were closer to home!
My mother And I were in desperate need of a stat dec to be signed and witnessed. We had a deadline to meet as it was pertaining to my fathers funeral - he is yet to be buried and as you can imagine we are distressed at this time. We IMPLORED 3 different staff members to PLEASE have it signed as an urgent request. Each of the 3 staff members insisted we wait in the queue. We were informed the wait was only 10 to 15 minutes. 25 minutes later we were called up for our turn. This is DISGUSTING customer service - my fathers funeral date is dependant on this stat dec and we advised them repeatedly but NONE of them showed any degree of compassion nor empathy. To the staff member DEANNA who served us - your pathetic and whimpering apology means NOTHING ! To the scarved staff member who sarcastically yelled “Bye” as I walked away - may your days be filled with the thoughts of people treating you the way you spoke to us the day you lose your loved ones - you are all so unqualified to be working in the health industry- for a matter of 15 seconds of work you caused us distress that could have been avoided by making us wait 25 minutes! . You should all be sacked as people in the medical industry - you have no understanding of human compassion - this will be the shared to your head office and to as many social media outlets as possible - the people who stand before you in the store are not numbers for your kpis or to be automatically put in your queues - they are people with a story and with feelings - something that you would all do good to remember - your fancy pharmacy certificate is as worthless as toilet paper as far as I am concerned.
I'm concerned about anyone thinking about going to Chemist Warehouse Watergardens for their shopping. They are not following the Government regulation re coronovirus and are at risk of having an outbreak. AVOID at all cost. Had a click and collect order I picked up yesterday and was forced to sign for the order on a touchscreen using my fingers. They also refused to sanitise the screen before making me sign it. Yes I sanitised my hands before and after signing but anyone with any basic concept of the level of hygiene required to fight this virus would know to 1. have CONTACTLESS pick and 2. if touching the screen is the only way for them to get the order signed then they MUST clean thoroughly between customers. I'm a medical doctor so I knew what they were doing was breaking the regulations but general public could easily overlook it and accidentally catch/spread COVID19. I am also considering reporting the pharmacist to AHPRA for dangerous practice in current climate. All major stores have gone contactless yet they are forcing their customers to touch a screen that's been touched by so many people! Even giving us the option of signing a printout of the order with our own pen would have been better but they refused all solutions presented to them. Also the store is not maintaining social distance as the aisles are narrow and they are letting every one in rather than limiting the number of customers inside the store at a time.
Went to their pop up store in Watergardens looking for a perfume for my husband. My husband has a huge collection of perfumes and is very picky about the stuff that he uses. He had asked me to get him an everyday perfume for him, so I asked the staff at "beauty point by chemist warehouse" to help me out. I tried three fragrances and didn't like any. Suddenly the girl disappeared to discuss stuff with her co-workers towards the other side of the counter. She tune moved to the computer to do some work and the other lady (another CW employee) just stood on the other side of the counter ignoring me. Then I waved and called out for the staff but in vain. I did that a few times, I thought maybe they didn't hear me so I went to the other side of the counter and called then inumerable number of times. Finally the girl who was serving me before turned and said yes. I said I wasn't finished and was still looking for help. She acted surprised and came to serve me. But before she started serving she said that they were about to close in 7 minutes. Mind you she had been pulling off the whole drama since ether last 5-6 minutes so it wasn't like I visited the store last minute that I deserved such pathetic behaviour. And supposedly even if I did that the staff could have just told me to come back later as they were about to close. The behaviour was just disgusting and totally uncalled for. So disappointed.
Beware the perfume section! They seem to think most customers are criminals ( refer other reviews here!)Whilst most staff are lovely. Staff member by the name of Catherine yelled at me in front of other people and whilst serving another customer not to look in the boxes. She could have offered to help or spoke to me quietly. I am a regular customer and spend a lot and very gently glanced in one of the boxes to make sure it had the products in it I was looking for as I had an experience before where some of the products were missing. I couldn't find anyone to ask right then because staff were so busy with other customers. I couldn't get help! Lost a sale! When I tried to explain to her everything was left in perfect condition and went to explain I just wanted to glance to see it had the products and intended to buy that very box - she walked off with a disgusted look on her face! Catherine needs customer service training asap as she's obviously forgotten how to speak diplomatically to customers. She looked absolutely miserable in her job and did not need to yell at me in front of other customers. She could have offered to help, or speak politely to me, rather than walk off in a huff.
When you send a text message to customers, that you're medication is dispensed and ready for pickup! My expectation is to drop in and collect your medication and go. However the system here is regardless of you're pre order or drop in with a prescription all customers have to queu up at the same counter to collect your medication. The counter staff is very rude and abrupt and absent from post, the two pharmacist tent to ignore the customers and mind their business this indicates that there's no cohesiveness among the staff, there's no proper system to locate you're medication. The staff keep looking for your medication here there and everywhere lol, Please keep this dispensed medication at the cashier counter or something else that will work I don't want to stay at your stores for 36 minutes waiting for poor service! I wanted to speak to the manager and I was told she has gone off for the day! surprisingly there's no second in command either Parking is always full due to the above, Chemist Warehouse Watergaden TC good place for time wasters!!!
Not happy with the service. Yesterday the doc fax a script over to the store, I called to confirm if they received it yet and have them get it ready for pickup. Went to pick up the product one of the pharmacist asked if I used it before, I said no. So he open the box and set it up for me. But he didn't do a go job, went home to use it and the grey button at the top was hard as wouldn't click. Went back today as was still having issues. A different pharmacist had a looked at and saw that it wasn't put probably. We wasted 10 sprays trying to figure out how to use the product even followed the instructions in the boxed. I asked what they can do about it like me giving us a new one cause I would accept it if I did it myself and put it in the wrong way. But it was the pharmacist fault and all she keeps on saying to me was that there is nothing she could do about it but would teach the other pharmacist the right so as to not do it to another customer. Not happy at all.
Hi I attended to buy pain medication, staff were aware I recently had a surgery. I stood for 10min, the place was congested and smelling of perfume ( I assume being a small space with my customers, there is nothing they can do and I can’t fault them), however I felt the staff lack empathy especially for those visibly unwell/ in pain, the old and mothers with crying children. They have only 3 chairs next to a staff room, where doors are open, banged and staff spraying perfumes. I requested for my script to go to another chemist but staff advised since it’s regulated pain killer I have to wait for 15min. The service was chaotic and the space is too small, it’s potentially a space for spreading COVID due to lack of social distancing and staff not wearing masks. Watergardens requires a bigger chemist warehouse under new management with staff trained on customer case / empathy,
Had worst experience ever I went empty handed no handbag no carry bags nothing was just looking fir sine pefumes and testing them and that's all and suddenly came this guard I don't how I looked suspicious to him was following and staring at me while Iam selecting and I felt embarrassed and wantedly went into some other lane and he followed again looks like people he is letting go who is stealing something and just following some one who don't even have any intention to do so There is a policy to check bags if you think if something is not right be there at the entrance and check if one passes by and if you dont have the receipt you have the right to ask but not just walking along or following them and that to if you are in perfumes section no one can hide them please respect your customers very annoying experience
I was made to feel like a criminal today and not allowed entry into the store. Reason being is because i was wearing a face shield and not a face mask!? I told the security guard and the pharmacist i have a medical exemption and i can produce a medical certificate, as i can not wear a mask as I can't breathe. The pharmacist tried to insist for me to wear the mask even though i told him of my circumstances. I already pre-booked my medication yesterday, so it should of been easy pick up and go, still had to line up outside with ten other people. i realise the store has a policy but if its acceptable for the police and the law to be wearing a medical face shield, which blocks 100% of air unlike what most masks actually block then it should be accepted as a adequate measure in your store. Very angry this has happened.
Went to this store today and not one floor staff was wearing their mask correctly. They all had it on but either their nose was showing or the was was being g worn under their chin. There were also a lot of people in the store and the door person wasn't doing a head count. And in top of that, no social distancing was encouraged. The aisles are very narrow and there is no indication on how many people are allowed in the aisles at a time. I also had to get a product off the shelf but a staff member was having a good ol' chat with their friend I'm front of what I needed to grab and they both wouldn't move out of the way when I said "excuse me". Instead I was made to wait until they finished their conversation. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing.
Very unorganised, I didn't have the second copy of the prescription, the lady behind the counter said that she will dispense the medication which was urgent and I can bring the second copy later during the week (means it's not very urgent, I said I'll bring today, then after waiting a while another lady came and rudly said that she wouldn't dispense the medication until I bring the second copy, I explained what the other lady said and she said that she's the farmasist and she decides... If you want to show your authority practice it behind the counter not with the customers. The 2 starts are only for the first lady's response otherwise the pharmacist would deserve a ziro star if it was possible.
Review of the security guard working there even though there may be a few. I'm not a Karen, I just have asthma. Was denied entry as I wasn't wearing a mask. I understand what is going on in the world, but I have a valid exemption, and the security guard at the front still wouldn't let me in. He said it's because of 'what's going on in chemist warehouse'. ??? Okay, what's going on? I don't know. It was truly upsetting - I don't refuse to wear a mask just because, I legitimately cannot wear masks as it restricts my breathing, and it's already bad being an asthmatic. This is a nation wide brand, not private owned. Please review the law, as this was certainly not allowed. Upsetting.
I went to pick up a prescription for my Mum and while waiting, happen to see a staff member walk past me so I asked for help and she said she was attending to another customer so I continued to wait, and then I noticed that another customer who was a friend of one of the staff asked for a particular perfume and was assisted by three staff at the same time, this particular staff walked past me again but still didn't assist me I was finally called for my script, so I asked the pharmacist for the cough medicine that I needed and she looked up the product for me,staff are unprofessional and always chit chatting.
The most incompetent rude useless business I have been to. How dare you treat ill and needy customers with such down right rudeness and inappropriate behaviour. Then to make a follow up call to tell the paying customer (who's time has been wasted and who's already been treated like a piece of ..... ) that they are a rude nasty person to deal with!!!! What kind of employee does that to a customer. Shame on you Chemist Warehouse, formal complaints have been made and this demeaning treatment of customers will be taken further. Ph****p really needs a new career.
Please train your staff member “Anka” on customer service and professionalism, absolutely appalling service, not even a greet or nothing whist being served and talking to colleagues about non work related issues, not on..just remember that generally customers coming into a chemist are not well, show some respect and compassion.surely chemist warehouse do offer training on customer service and she definitely needs training.Il be emailing head office about this as this wasn’t the first time I’ve encountered such bad service.
absolutely rude, immature and outright disrespectful and what for, just to prove a point lying and saying i ordered my prescription 2 days of each other, implying i am using incorrectly in front of my children. when asked to be told dates or shown in their system nothing was able to be provided so why be so disrespectful and hostile towards your paying customers. i will not be shopping here again and suggest to others to drive anywhere else if you want human respect for breathing.
PHARMACY/CHEMIST It's almost always busy when I go there. When I need to fill prescription I go to the Sydenham Medical Centre chemist just down Melton Hwy. It's smaller but less busy. MAIN STORE I've been to the skin care isle a couple of times to find the nicest lady named Sandra. She was able to help me find appropriate skincare products for my skin type - so helpful! There are limited carparks so be prepared to wait for one to become available or come when the store opens.
I was born and raised in this country and have had bad skin all my life and used steroid creams from the doctors all my life. For some Asian girl that’s been here 5 minutes to tell me how many repeats I can have for cream and for her to tell me how to run my life and then try to charge me double for 1 repeat, go hang yourself! You know who you are, someone please deport her! Enough with these girls with disgusting attitude especially when it comes to someone’s health.
TERRIBLE customer service. I was browsing the perfume section and one of the workers told me I was testing a "non tester", I told her it was already opened and didn't know it was a non tester. She then she proceeded to accuse me of opening the perfume and testing it and said she "saw me open it", which was not true. I told her again it was not me and she continued to accuse me. This angered me and I left the store... NEVER AGAIN.. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE..
After creating an online shopping account on their website, i keep getting pop-up advertisements which i cannot close or ignore. Very annoying! I did not agree to their advertisements, notifications or newsletters. I made complaints but they are not making an effort to help me. its been few weeks now but looks like they don't know how to remove their own bug. Stay away from their website unless you want advertisement all over your devices!
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Liz, who was really patient and helpful in helping me find a new perfume for the best of maybe 10 minutes, trying on at least a dozen different perfumes. Service here has never been as helpful and great as I encountered with Liz, no one has ever gone to such an extent in helping me, trying to find that scent and just being patient and very lovely. From a recurring and appreciative customer, thank you.
Very slow service. It takes almost 20-30 minutes to get the prescription out. Not sure why it takes so much time. This has happened second time to me. I was told that my prescription will be available in 10 minutes. Went for a walk with my little one, came back and it took another 10 minutes :-(. And then you have to wait in another queue to pay for the medicines. You save few dollars in pricing but lost a lot more with your wasted time.
I strongly recommend not allowing your young people to shop in this store unnacompanied. There appears to be a common theme in other reviews here of people being pressured to pay for opening an item that has already been opened. This happened to our young ones who were too naive and shy to know their rights. Not happy with the way our young ones were treated, and will be advising our community to avoid this store from now on.
Absofreakinlutely the best customer service. Every staff member has that beautiful natural smile on their face, i say so because normally people have that fake smile which just disappears as soon as you turn around. Got assisted just when i was about to ask for help. Also, the CLEANEST chemist warehouse i have ever been too. Customer Service - 5 stars Cleanliness- 5 stars Product Availability- 5 stars Location- 5 stars
Pharmacists and staff give the impression of a rudimentary or limited knowledge of their products and applications, but most importantly: Double check that they've included the repeat in the basket before payment, as they seem to often forget to return this, which typically incurs added costs and time to retrieve a new prescription from your prescribing doctor for which Chemist Warehouse would not feel responsible for.
STAFF FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL & SO MUCH STOCK. The only negative to this store is the limited car parking spaces ( had to deduct a star for that ) For a small building, theres so much stock in this place. Theres actually someone at the front entrance to assist you ! I compared some of the items I usually buy from chemists, they are a few dollars cheaper. I don't normally shop here, but I definitely will become a regular.
Just visited your office checked via QR code but unfortunately can't ware mask due to medical exemption and have doctors letter. Due to store policy you must ware mask or leave this shop the Asian man and blond lady who work at the door. So much discrimination, disgraceful you staff members are handling customers. You are chemist for God's sake you should provide everyone assistance especially if there is exemption.
Arrived on Sunday at 1.15pm, my mistake as I realised 7 people waiting to drop prescription off, should have walked awy then. 12 minutes to get prescription in! Another 52 minutes until I got medication, i am seriously a placid person altough i left fuming and will never go back there. Go to another pharmacist and pay the extra $2 dollars as they charge $9.99 for the same prescription at Craigieburn charges $7.99.
Absolutly Disgusting customer service. Was standing at the cologne wall for 15 minutes and both yoing girls at the counter completly disregarded me. Was going to purchase multiple colognes for fathers day/partners birthday but they didn't get that sale! Rather go to priceline- spend a bit more but someone will to come up to me and ask me if I need help. Poor service from Krjarina at desk additionally!
i been a customer for over 10 years at watergardens branch , today i was disgusted and the people around me were digusted at the way i was treated , what a disgraceful bunch of people and the attitude of the actual chemist was a disgarce , even the people around me were shaking their heads in disgust, will never set foot in there again , will get my heart and gout medications elsewhere .
The old middle eastern skinny looking security guard must of got severely bullied at school he literally follows my family and I around the whole shop and he does it to everyone.Their loss because I feel so uncomfortable browsing and I usually spend big I will not be shopping here agian.I will go to the burnside one at least no one there makes you feel like a criminal.
Apart from the lack of parking spaces available for such a big store I recently called over 20 pharmacies to get a prescription and couldn’t get it, this store told me they’d get some in the next day and were the only ones that could give me a date for the restock and the next day when I called they placed one on hold for me which was very kind.
Terrible place, expect to wait 30min+ for your prescriptions, workers don't care about covid safe policies, staff are rude, the short ethnic security guard is a creep. Go to the Terry white in watergardens instead or just go to another chemist. Would give 0 stars if possible. They're not going to change either and don't care about your opinion.
It's a worst day for me to wait at the pharmacist counter for one hour at the end pharmacist came and gave me partial dispatch. Expect a professional work from educated people from a recognised organisation but the work is very much unorganised and zero communication, customer are standing in a congested shopping are for hours .to pick the med
I cannot speak highly enough about this store. I had an issue with an online order mix-up and rang the store for help. I spoke with Emma. Emma was professional and efficient in correcting the online error. The whole process was simple and managed with due care. This customer service experience has left a good impression on me. Thank you Emma.
Only go into this shop because of the customer service from Anka?. Whether it's for aftershave for myself or perfume for my wife or just a general question I found she's the ony one that wants to help. Maybe the others should be more helpful. Shop is always clean and tidy. A little hard to find carport.
Melissa from Chemist Warehouse Watergardens was extremely helpful and had fantastic customer service skills dealing with a problem I had, a couple of weeks ago. I can only give her a great review as she deserves, so far I've had a very positive experience at this particular chemist. From Evelyn F.
Great products. I enjoy coming here. Staff is generally helpful. Parking is really difficult to find sometimes. Make sure to have your medications on file at this Chemist Warehouse Pharmacy so you can just call up to have them dispense it rather than waiting 15-20 minutes when they are busy.
Awful, just awful. If you have mobility issues it's terrible and really seems illegal to not be able to get down the isles or navigate the shop with a walker. The chemists are terrible with phone/fax and electronic scripts. The place is so crammed genuinely sick people have nowhere to sit.
Unfortunately this is not the best Chemist Warehouse for customer service when handing over prescriptions. They really need two people taking the prescriptions so the line and the wait isn't as long. This consistently occurs and is extremely disappointing.
Very busy store, sometimes not the best place to get prescriptions... Very small parking lot... If you can get past those issues, this is a decent Chemist Warehouse. It's a full-size store so it stocks most items, and the staff are normally helpful.
The store is tiny and its hard to move around, especially when its packed with people. The younger workers are nice, but the older ones are unfriendly and unhappy. They look as if they hate their job and the customers, it is not welcoming at all.
I just wanted to write a review as one of the pharmacists (Yousef, not sure of the correct spelling) was extremely helpful, even though it was my mistake, he sorted it out for me, and I really appreciate it, so excellent customer service Yousef!
They never have products in store, always out of stock even if it says they have stock online. and they always have terrible service. Save yourself terrible time and got to the burnside one. Very friendly and helpful at burnside unlike here
Unprofessional staff, they put kids to serve people especially on the prescription counter. After getting the script and waiting for more than 25 mins, they discovered that the prescription is out of stock. And they are taking to you with
Thank you so much for the amazing support given by the watergardens chemist warehouse team. Special thanks to Jessica and Chloe for helping me out to have my medication delivered during the isolation period. Truly appreciate your help.
Fantastic service over and above what you would expect, even at the most busy time. (Shailo the Pharmacists) Apologies if the name is incorrectly spelt. Has the Best Customer service available in any organisation. Regards George
This has to be the worst Chemist Warehouse ever. It is cramped. You can't walk up the isles, there are never enough service staff. The variety of stock is very limited. There are never any samples for make up. Avoid this store.
Incorrect dosage dispensed. Lost perscriptions Never answer the chat or phone. Sold my medication to somebody else while I was on a 3 month waiting list. Not worth saving 10c Never again A complete dogs breakfast.
Poor. Did not have enough stock. She said that she would send a message for me to pick up the following day but did not so I had to call up to inquire. They did not give me the correct amount. I will go elsewhere.
Good selection of products, excellent prices, and friendly staff. I would love to give it 4.5 Stars, but not possible. The only downside is the parking area. Very limited parking for number of customers they get.
Always have what I need in stock. Staff are very happy and friendly. Security guard is always friendly and greets me. Carpark is limited and can be a pain. Sometimes the store is cluttered...I worry about OH&S.
No customer service I asked security guard if I can leave my $3000 dollar bike inside he just shook his head and mumbled something it would be ok if the they had somewhere to lock your bike up but they haven’t
Average customer service however, majority of the staff appear friendly. Store could be cleaner but is not unclean. Supplies all necessary products. Convenient due to being across the road from Watergardens.
was made to wait 40 minutes even though there were no customer, when I complained they threw a monitor at me! Disappointed to say the least, could have at least thrown something lethal like a knife.
6 months pregnant and been feeling very dizzy today, asked for my blood pressure to be taken (as I’m driving 20 mins home) Was told no, that they were understaffed and sent on my way. Shameful.
Richard was quite friendly and courteous. Thanks for suggestions with vitamins. They are always busy but still top notch customer service. Getting prescription is quicker than other branches.
When I rang for my medication to be delivered, I was told it would be delivered the following day(which was fine). To my surprise it was delivered the same day as I had rang. Thank-you …
Rude staff members. Not interested in helping at all. Rather chit chat to each other. Waste of my time. Very little parking as well. Have to park in watergardens car park and walk across.
Stood at the prescription counter for 11mins, staff talked the whole time behind the counter, they even walked past me and didn't get any service. I left and got my prescription elsewhere
The way the chemist shop is located is very poor, never seen any chemist sharing the area with carwash next to it. anyways should look for a hygiene place with proper parking.
Good prices, can get really busy, but be careful, I always end up buying a bunch of other stuff while waiting for my script, hair ties for the girls, soaps, other stuff
Sandra in skincare is amazing!!! Every time I go there she makes me comfortable and listens to my skin issues. Amazing Chemist warehouse staff member. Thank you Sandra
Have a great range of products, usually slightly cheaper than other pharmacies. The wait for prescription isn't too bad compared to other chemist warehouse stores.
Great location and much better than having to go into the shopping centre to get to a chemist. Disadvantage - When it's busy it can be difficult to get a car park.
Jessica was fantastic. In the middle of a busy night she was able to assisting so many people at the same time and still ensure they got the answers they needed.
8 March 2019 Witnessed a woman with two kids being accused of stealing by security. Kids were crying really loud and just was all very surreal and out in public.
Not great, I hoped in clearly needing crutches, staff ignored me as I went to get them off the shelf by myself all on 1 leg only... Go somewhere else if you can
Worst chemist , Carina was so rude . She wasn’t wearing her mask properly and was putting everyone on risk . She was abusing customers with her not funny jokes
Excellent customer service. Very personal even there are customers around waiting, they take time to answer and explain the meds I'm inquiring about
Chemist Warehouse has a very good attention to details to customers. They have a online program which you can use as a reminded on your medications.
Chemist warehouse has the most affordable bath and beauty products. Their weekly specials make it attractive to visit the store for customers.
Stood at the prescription counter for 20 mins, staff talked the whole time behind the counter, I left and got my prescription elsewhere
Staff are great, especially the pharmacists. Need to improve their stock management, especially for limit restricted products.
Really poor customer service. Give me the wrong product through click and collect and after that not accepting their mistake.
Belinda was so kind and helpful with my husband regarding an order. Thank you so much for your help it was much appreciated.
We were served my Mel today and i was so impressed by how knowledgeable and helpfull she was. Thank you so much.
Horrible customer service. Got told to go to another store the other day as they were too busy to help me.
Convenient, fast prescription service, lots of variety for vitamins, health supplements, skin care etc
Service I received was pretty good staff was friendly and they go out of there way to help
When you call to ask for medication , they put you on hold for ages and hang up on you
Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Went out of their way to help me.
Cashiers are efficient and quick. Pharmacy area can be really busy at most times
Easily accessible, well stocked and the staff members look out for the customer.
They have taken 40 minutes to sign a simple statutory document how ridiculous
The lady really help me find fish oil pill I was in and out best service ever
Very disappointing customer service. Unfortunately zero doesn’t count!
Bad service she didn’t show any respect I never treated like this
Great service and staff very helpful cheapest than other pharmacy
Most the time they have very good price in most of the products .
Great staff(especially Anka) . very tidy and affordable chemist.
Parking should be set at 10 minutes because it is a joke.
Good service and great deals but parking is always bad
Great customer service from the pharmacy staff! :)
Very small, young and disinterested student staff
Chronically understaffed for such a busy store.
