Worst experience in CMM court, actually my case gone to court after 4years,since june2018,once I got first summon of hearing,I am attending it regularly...actually I'm a victim of 375 IPC,but hulimavu police filed charge sheet 504,506... When I stood in front of the magristrate on June 2018,I narrated as per the FIR,I filed, but deliberately police, hidden certain important documents and audios,...so magistrate questioned me..why did you sign,in the chargesheet for onky 504,506,.. I narrated what was the treatment for a victim like me given in police station and finally after4years...I m attending hearing...magistrate was puzzled... Followed by my APP,in CMm 5th divisional court, vimala..told...the accused must be booked under 375,I have to file an application to send ur case to sessions Court,.. Initially she was good, but took six months to file the application, when I attended the hearing on 20march2019,she was lethargic and expected me to meet her in office,...again she said,u get next date...I'm yet to prepare ..due to health issues I requested mam please file it today...she was perturbed,if u pressurise I can't help you...I'm handling 4k cases, So I directly addressed my grievance to the Magistrate.. So magistrate ordered me to come again 28march2019,so tgat APP vimala could file the application... But vimala didn't file even today...I was humble enough to say sorry and asked her about the procedure... Again APP vimala yelled, threatened that how dare...u complained to magistrate...I'm not going to help you...u change PP,I have done my duty,... don't come near me...I was panicked.. After discussing my ordeal to other lawyers...I understood that she is expecting money from my side ..also other lawyers ... said u hire new lawyer.. Pay and get work done...without money..u find it difficult to push... People this is my real experience I shared.. See in what world are we living... But again I complained to the Magistrate...but madam adviced to follow it by ecourt... Atleast the judge is understing my ordeal... Worst experience I'm facing police to lawyers...

I recently had to visit the court to pay my fines due to traffic violations (not drunk driving, I don't know why everybody assumes that). The first thing that's going to happen to you is the advocates swarm you like a flock of vultures, just trying to get their hands on your fine receipt. If you manage to survive this ordeal and pick an advocate to represent, you then have to deal with countless other miseries which make you question the competency of judicial bodies of this city in general. The courts inside are the textbook definition of chaos. As a first timer, you will have no idea where to go and what to do, and the people there are barely of any help. Another issue I'd like to bring to light is how much the officials inside the court need to be incentivized with money. Despite paying the advocate his fee, I still had to pay up to make sure that my case wasn't deliberately delayed. If this is the state of our city's justice system, then not even God can save us.

. Old & new building complex . Main building is 3 storied with lift facility. . Basement parking - but, in the mornings, it may be difficult to get parking. . Relatively crowded on some days . More crowded in the morning than in the afternoon. . Drinking water facility is available on the 2nd floor though the area looks dirty in the afternoons. . A few poorly maintained chairs and a few wooden benches are available to be seated. . Court rooms have fans and a clean environment. . Urinal & lavatory not maintained properly though just usable - hence one Star ⭐ less ♿ Wheelchair NOT accessible as there are a few steps ❌

Chief Metropolitan Magistrate court is primary court to deal with criminal offences took place in the jurisdiction of Banglore urban and some of the rural areas also included. This court is recently stated functioning from its old as well as new annex buildings. There is a spacious parking lot both for Advocates and litigants. This court is situated near Hudson Church, which is adjoining Cubbon Park.

There is a new car parking building constructed (Red Cloured),the parking charges are as per their will and wish as there is No parking slip or anything. They just stop us, collect and say that they collect it from everyone. Was very upset with the system. Need to be organised. Just making money illegally out of govt property.

Traditional desktop Linux attempts to build a functional desktop out of various components that all come from different developers and projects. Most options have come a long way since the early days, but even on the most popular Linux desktops, you can still find a wide variance in how apps look and function.

Very dirty place No place for the ELDERLY to sit and wait also In the summers it's torture. No fans in corridors where 100's of people wait for their turn to be called Very very dirty and seems like it's not even been dusted or cleaned from several years Pathetic place

Court is neat and clean. It was not that crowded when we were there. Lawyers are helpful. If you have someone who knows the court then your experience should be good. But if it’s otherwise then your ride here will not be an enjoyable one.

  • Pavan Kumar

Very crowdy always public and lawyers don't maintain distance because there is no sufficient sitting arrangement or waiting place for public those visit court complex to attend their cases. Even parking is a big problem.
