From August 2021 through January 2022, I intentionally revisited this restaurant because of the rude attitude displayed by their lunch time cashier during my first visit. On two separate occasions I ordered soup that was greasy. Then on two different occasions I ordered egg rolls that were burnt to a crisp. I was determined to find something good to say about this place and it finally happened on my fifth visit. Thanks to a gentleman working in the kitchen area. This man waved at me , smiled and even gave me a Pepsi cola to go with my lunch. During my five visits the cashier never made eye contact with me and most noticable of all, she never said thank you after taking my money for the food that I purchased on each of my five visits. she did not say a word to me as she waved for me to get my food she had placed on the counter. Kindness is optional but professional conduct is a difference maker.

The food was hot and delicious! The lo mein was definitely my favorite; I loved the sauce and the thickness of the noodles. The environment was very chill and comfortable, and the customer service (employees + service time) was amazing as well!! Will definitely be visiting again!

This is the best restaurant I’ve ever went to! The food is freshly cooked and absolutely delicious. The customer service as well is extremely delightful!! I ordered Chicken Lo Mein, Fried Cheese Wontons, Vegetable Egg Rolls, and Fried Donuts — which were all well-cooked and delicious. I’ll definitely come again.

Lady who answered phone has a nasty attitude. The young man at counter is nice but I refuse to spend my money at any establishment who has rude employees. There's no telling what they'll do to your food. China Bell in Madison gives better service and has great food if you're looking for a good Chinese spot.

I frequent China Garden regularly. However, the quality of the food has gone down tremendously. I ordered a large sesame chicken with fried rice. The chicken was old and tasted horrible. A waste of time and money. Lost me as a customer. Do better. At one time, the food was awesome.

I gave this place 5 stars because the 6th wasn’t an option this is some of the best food I’ve had in all of Nashville (better than most of the food downtown) the service was extremely nice and again the food was exquisite quite a clean restaurant as well I will definitely be going back and bringing my friends as well

Walk in to place an order and the guy was placing chicken into a pan he didn’t realize I was standing there some of the chicken feel on the floor and he pick the chicken up off the floor and put the dirty chicken into the chicken pan just nasty I’m so happy I seen that before I ordered eat at your on risk.

I usually have a decent experience here, but my pass two phone-in carryout orders were rushed, the lady didn't listen to me when i asked questions before hanging up the phone to the point I called back and asked to cancel my order because of it. I won't give my money to rude people.

This food was not good I’m very disappointed I’m pregnant and I got chicken fried rice and the chicken was not done veryyyy undercooked and slimy I would not recommend anyone to go here this was my first and last time !!

I purchased the L9 lunch combo Sesame Chicken with Won Ton Soup. The Won Ton Soup was straight water. No taste or flavor. Lots of sliced green onions and the slightly yellow color but no flavor. The fried rice was a mixture of cooked and under cooked rice. Very disappointed.

Ordered from the Clarksville Pike location for the first time today and it’s DELICIOUS! Do not judge a book by its cover. It looks underwhelming but I’m telling you, it is very good and the front desk lady was very prompt and super sweet! I’ll be back for more.

The rice was not fully cooked and the chow mein was so plain with almost no spice.

When I ordered they said it would be ready in 5mins. Got there and the bowl was piping hot. They most likely microwaved old food. It doesn’t taste fresh and some of the chicken is underdone. The quality of food isn’t the same as years ago. Very bland

I don't know what is going on with the place but I ordered our usual. Only got 3 chicken on a stick with the order. The rice was undercooked and crunchy. The fried dumplings were great! I dont know what happened but very disappointed.

Place is locked up like 2020. Cant even sit down. Went into order and it was like a bank. Wood cover comes down. I asked a question and she shut the small order window wood door down mid sentence to answer the phone. Rude.

A buddy and I were here for lunch. I got sick the next day and he found broken glass in his food. Absolutely crazy. I will not be going back.

China Springs serves food hot and fresh at prices that fit any budget! I've been a patron for over two years and have never had a bad experience. The owners and staff are always friendly!

Some of the items were priced more than I expected. The service, however, was cordial.
