Does a decent job as a station with buses stopping on both sides to Shepherd's Bush, Ealing and Greenford which is nice. Step free access is available on both sides, but not changing between as the footbridge only has stairs. Shelter and seating is sub par but trains typically run every 15 mins in each direction which is nice.

Reasonably pleasant station, being easily accessible on both sides and a footbridge linking the two platforms. Ticket machines are only on the London bound platform, and using discount railcards for travel towards Weybridge isn't available.

Station itself is good. depending which side you coming from, you don't need to cross the bridge so it's an option for whoever comes with wheelchair, buggy or elderly people. Southwest trains are normally ok in terms of timing on week days

After visiting Chiswick House and Gardens, wanted to get over the River Thames to Barnes. Would like to see some real human beings around instead of all these automated

Lovely small train station, clean and tidy, it feels like you're in the countryside. There's a small Co-op supermarket just in front.

A very handy local station for getting into London Waterloo - the bridge to the other platform is quite steep though

If you want to catch a mainline train in Chiswick, this is the place to come. If you want a bus, I'd go elsewhere...

No waiting room, no café so nowhere to wait and keep warm when there are major disruptions to the service …

Great neighborhood in London, beautiful, good shops, good pubs, good transport and safe.

A quiet main line station where trains are frequent enough into London Waterloo.

The only thing wrong with Chiswick is Sadiq Khan's cycle lanes and traffic
