This physician is one of the kind of doctor who is dedicated, passionate and overworks himself. He will take his time with each patient and understand how the pain came about. About 4-5 years back I had a sprained ankle while walking down the stairs, I went to him, he got it fixed within minutes but I waited for him from night till early 2am (if u are not in a rush and can wait), he really set my foot straight again and I was able to walk in 2 days. Next round just end of Dec last year, same injury to same foot, he treated me as well - really grateful for people like him who doesn't overcharge just because they can and is willing to help. Mind you, this uncle sees no daylight from the moment he steps into the room unless for toilet breaks. Usually I'll get him some snacks from the shops around and give him something to eat. He works round the clock and some people who are impatient even harassed him. Oh wells, let's just not be one of them. By the way, if u walk into his clinic u will need to go straight and knock at the room on the right, he will give u a number - usually multiple persons gets the same number and you will be in the room together with them. This is the number you will use on your next follow up, no need to ask again. Be kind and understanding :)

this doctor Chong Yoon Yen wasn't that expert as told. Very bad attitude and not professional enough. Very simple appointment and treatment manners also fail to deliver. Expecting patient to wait for his treatment with an extreme terrible unprofessional behavior. How could a doctor be late for few hours upon the appointment made? Why chatting and laughing loudly in the room whereas the patients were suffering waiting outside? How could a doctor be so unprofessional in Malaysia? Don't you think you are the only one OR you have choice to request patient to leave for those who have no patience to see you. Shame on you to be a Physiotherapist in Malaysia. I wonder why so many stupid patients still looking for you because of your sweet talk may be. Worst ever I heard keeping patients queue till midnight at 3am. May God Bless you not to continue this kind of terrible behavior to the patients. Everyone be smart and back to professional physiotherapist instead.

The doctor is good. Very experienced, knows his stuff. Hardworking fellow with a funny sense of humour. The clinic admin has the absolute worst queuing system on the planet. He books 5 appts (not patients, appointments! Some appts have 2 ppl) per hour starting from 8am. That is a budget of 12mins per appt. If 2 ppl then budget 6 mins per person. Anyway, the doctor only comes in at around 10am. So the FIRST in line has to wait 2 hours to see the doc. When doc comes in, he already has a backlog of 10 people. He never catches up. The LAST person from the 5pm slot has to wait around 4-5 hours. The clinic "closes" at 6pm but the doctor everyday OT until 10pm, 11pm, even midnight sometimes. The doc doesnt even eat lunch or dinner, theres too many patients. He is good and he helps my physical pain, but the waiting system is so terribly stupid that it gives me mental pain.

Good and friendly physiotherapist. He has a lot of customers, you have to grab a number a day before to be the first few to see him. You can line up early to grab the following numbers but your turn might be much later than usual. I was number 9 and my turn was at 4pm after grabbing a number at 9.30am. Worth waiting but you have to go really early. The first lady got her number a day before at 6.30am. There will be a small card holder placed at the door by the next shop owner. You can try your luck!

Dr. Chong is a pure magician with his treatment. I saw him 10 years ago for a back problem that no one could solve and he sorted it in three weeks. I went again two weeks ago for a busted tendon. Doctors couldn’t make it better but in 4 visits, the pain is completely gone. The only downside is that you have to be prepared to wait a couple of hours for your turn. His new clinic is cooler, so the wait is bearable. It is all worth it because he heals you perfectly.

Waited for 5.5 hours. He skipped my number and yet he say he did call for the number n I'm the only one who have the number. Then asked me to wait for the next number of ppl to finish only I do. Argue with him only he do mine first. Press about 5mins. After a day my back getting worst make my whole leg numb. Also trust him at first and I patiently waited. After this incident never ever go back there!

Appointment at 2pm. Waited for 5.5 hours and realised that this person is extremely unprofessional. How can you give the same number to 10 ppl and schedule your patient to an hour per patient when u had 10 ppl having the same number? Assumingly you use 30mins per patient for treatment and that would be 5 hours per number! Don't commit if you're not able to keep your promise!

Pretty good. The problem is time you will spend waiting, not the treatment part. So come prepare. Only accept walk in in the morning. Or call to make appointment for afternoon session. For walk in, go at least by 07:30 to be the first few! Important! For appointment, just prepare to wait long time even you have gotten a slot.

Tore my ACL and VMO... He treated it and i did not have to do under the operating knife. I believe he is one of the only sensei who know how to treat these types of injury. I can walk, no pain. And it's been less than 30 days. Medical specialist from medical center said 6 months to a year...I am glad he is treating me.

Uncle know what hes doing. Definitely a seasonal PRO and MASTER. with just a touch he can know my problem ( that even orthopaedic needed mri to identify). But expect to wait 1hour 30min even with booking as the place super pack and full. Price consider below market price for physio.

近這兩年來，忽然很多人對這醫師開始有很多bad reviews, 我不確定是因為同行競爭故意詆毀，還是因為顧客們不想太多人知道，那就不需要等那麼多人。可以看到這些評論都是這兩年才頻繁出現的，醫師從以前到現在卻沒變過。這些評論都在說等很久、不值得、不專業等。我自己來了，我覺得非常值得，醫師也非常專業，非常有同理心。我去過其他的同行，拖了2年的問題都還沒治好。我一般不會浪費時間去評論，可是看到那麼多詆毀的評論，我覺得有點過分了，同行競爭不應該用這種手法，顧客也不應該沒有感恩心。 若在其他地方治了很久沒治好的問題，不妨來這裡看看，謝謝。

Reach at 10am. The 'doctor' only comes in at 11:30am. Took queue number 6th. Waited until 4 and not even my turn yet because he just simply let anyone enter. So what is the point of having the numbering system. Wasted my whole day. Don't waste your time.

Tip: go early to take a number before the clinic opens. There's a basket/container with numbered cards outside the door. Pick one. Then come back after having a late breakfast. Usually opens at 11 am.

If u got ACL problem, he will say he can cure it, but the truth is his treatment not working.. he will ask to come many times but he wont give any updates to you. if acl pls dont go and waste ur money

A very kind man and passion to his work. Many patients had come from outstation to see him. I can't believe I had waited for him till midnight. But is worth to wait because I trust him.

I swear this man is magical. He cured me from a slip disc where i was barely able to walk and was down in life. Yes the wait is lengthy but its worth every bit of wait.

Good thing must wait patiently but does it really worth to wait? Choose some where else whenaver you can. God bless you.
