3.5 all day every day. 1st, they are in a bad location and get overlooked. A quick stop in for lunch due to the heat and it not being busy at all. No one was here. The three ladies working were bored. I ordered the new Quesabirria Burger. It is average in every way. The bun was toasted but was overly coated. The patty itself was cooked correctly and to my liking. There are no issues there. The taste was there along with thickness of the patty. A full bun sized tomato and other ingredients to bring in the quesabirria flavor wasn't there. It was overcooked to almost a burnt after taste, and texture was truly disappointing. This is a quick lunch burger place with different menu selections trying to mix it up. Do expect more than that. Coming by once is really all I need. There is not a real reason to come back. Nevertheless, if you haven't gotten your one stop, give it a shot. Cheers

A nice place to get a very unique Burger. The staff were all very patient with me while I asked several questions about the burger options available as they all seemed amazing. I ended up getting the chicken burger which was great. The only thing that was a little bit of a letdown was that the items sold are for the burgers only all sides and other meals are an additional fee. The amount of seating available is quite small and the patio is also small and easy to fill up during lunch hour. It may be tough to coordinate group seating but it is possible and closely located to many other places downtown. Overall I would highly recommend it and a great spot for a burger

I’ve tried CHB twice and came back with the same experience. The first time was years ago when they 1st opened. Several years later I hoped for better. My biggest issue is they ask how you would like it cooked. Both times requested medium rare. Both times received well done. If you aren’t going to come close why ask. Jakes/Fred’s/Dutches doesn’t ask and I’m fine with how they come out. I went with the bacon cheeseburger. I asked for mustard instead of mayo. I was told there the packets were. I wouldn’t of expected it to be too much to have basic condiments. The burger ended up coming with lettuce and tomato on it which the menu doesn’t state. The burger overall tasted fine. The bun is excellent. The jalapeños were also good. I would of asked for extra jalapeños and onion.

Really good burgers. Unique flavors, and they really taste good. There's just one thing that bugs me. The thick patties and 'toasted brioche buns' will NOT hold it together until I'm finished eating. It always ends up being a pile of crumbles in the basket. Oh well. I must continue the struggle. I will go on, like that chick in the Titanic who just let that dude drowned right there in front of her. I. Will. Go. On. The fries are good too, mostly because they've got parmesan cheese and truffle oil on them. I wish they would use better fries. These fries are the frozen ones that are shaped like McDonald's. Unfortunately, they taste nothing like McDonald's. Again, I will go on. So, to sum up: really good burgers, good fries, new flavors, a thousand points of light.

This burger….wow! I am picky about my burgers and this one was extraordinarily good. The meat was flavorful and juicy, the bun was toasted to perfection but soft in the right spots, and the veggies were fresh. It was even put together well! The fries? Hot and fresh. A little more salt than I typically prefer but didn’t stop me from thoroughly enjoying them. If you are a Dr Pepper fan you will definitely appreciate the perfect calibration on their fountain. Needless to say, I will make sure to come back to this spot when I’m near downtown and craving a burger. I typically don’t like eating downtown during the day because of paid parking but TRUST ME, it is worth feeding the meter!

This was my first time trying chophouse burgers, and I will definitely be back. First off, the area was quiet, so there weren’t a lot of customers. Obviously, service was instant and excellent. I ordered the Bob Marley burger and the Parmesan truffle fries. Both were very delicious. My only minor disappointment was that the Bob Marley burger did not have much jerk flavor and I really enjoy jerk chicken. The burger was still very delicious. The Parmesan truffle fries exceeded my expectations. They were completely amazing and you should try them if you haven’t.

Sitting right in downtown Fort Worth, it's better to park and walk to the restaurant. It's a small place but cozy. I had the Chophouse Burger with bacon and fries. Burger was very good. Not the best I've ever had, but very good! There's different cheese options and several add ons such as fried eggs! They also offer turkey burgers and chicken sandwiches.. When i was all done, I tried one of their hand made specialty milk shakes called the Italian Nut Job.. Haha. It was vanilla with hazlenut and nutella!! So good!! The little girl at the counter acted as if we were ruining her day by giving her something to do, but the manager was really friendly and helpful. We'll go back sometime.

Soon as we walked in someone greeted us, we asked for recommendations and we ended up getting the bacon cheese burger and the El Luchador. The flavor on the bacon burger was delicious and really went with the sauce (med rare also). The El Luchador my woman loved the crispy corn tortilla on there! My only reason for not giving 5 stars for food was because the sweet potato fries were extremely thin maybe switch to sweet potato crinkle fries? Either way they were tasty and fried well! Highly recommend.

It was my first time going yesterday, and I ordered buffalo wings and my friend ordered a bacon cheeseburger. My buffalo wings came with 5 wings and tasted more like BBQ wings I was so dissatisfied and disappointed and my friends bacon cheeseburger was alright but nothing really special. For just that and 2 drinks the price range was so not worth it afterwards we were still starving and would of preferred whataburger or something else to be honest. The decor was beautiful and unique though and the place was very clean and neat! The workers did look a bit tired and over it which I can’t blame them for.

  • Rogue Cop

Gone twice as it is extremely close to my job. The Online ordering never worked (which is odd for a downtown location) and the phone system didn't work either. The burger was good but submitting the order in person is a challenge because the in store service is extremely slow. Spending my break waiting for food to be cooked makes me want to go somewhere else.

Went there and ordered the bacon cheeseburger and wings to go. The burger was okay but the wings were terrible. Save your money. The bag was covered in oil, leaking everywhere. I ordered both the Buffalo hot wings and the sesame soy wings. Wings were overcooked and dry. Oil was leaking everywhere. I would honestly never go back. There are many other amazing burger places that also sell wings.

Took one bite and fell in love! We ordered the Chophouse Burger (pictured in the back) and the Falafel burger (in front). The parmesan truffle fries were perfect and the chili on the chili cheese fries was meaty and had a really good flavor. The falafel burger was crispy on the outside which added a nice texture to the sandwich. Their buns are slightly sweet complimenting both burgers well. We will definitely be back with friends. Also it's just a short walk to Sundance so it's perfect for a date or get together.

I was craving a burger one day, so I decided to look up burger joints. Found Chop House Burgers and it had great reviews so I decided to give them a try. I am so glad I came here! The manager is extremely helpful with picking out something from the menu AND they have locally brewed beers that pairs great with certain burgers they have. DELICIOUS! And they have a milkshake made with Nutella that is soooo good! Their fries are so good too. Definitely coming back when I’m having another burger craving.

I don't get to visit often, but the food is always good- Chop House burger with Truffle sauce and fried pickles are two of my favorites. The service is fast but there is usually a crowd so you may have the exercise some patience

Absolutely fantastic food! I'm only giving a 3 star review because they have so many tech issues with their website and online ordering system. As well as their phone system does not work. It's frustrating when I'm in a hurry to get to work and I can't call ahead or order online to have it ready by when I get there.

ACCURATE REVIEW: The food here is decent. Not great. Just decent...TASTING. But the burger patties are about ⅜" thick and about 3" in diameter, I'm NOT exaggerating. I'm SERIOUS, these are slightly more than a White Castle burger or a slider...for $7 to $8??? TOO expensive for what you get. I've been here about 4 times now. Probably won't go back. Go to Red Robin for a MUCH better burger...or Tommy's on Forest Park, about a ½ mile down the street from R.L. Pascal High School.

Burgers were cooked well and very juicy. Truffle fries were hot with just the right amount of truffle butter, parmesan and parsley! Yum! Service was excellent as well. Pair that with great music, sweet outdoor seating and a delicious shake to complete a perfect meal!

Ahhh-mazing burgers! I got the wine-country, never would've dreamed how good goat cheese and honey mustard go together! My boyfriend got the buffalo, it smelled amazing! And their truffle fries? Never had truffle anything before, but the mellowness paired so well with the salt and parmesan! We were fighting for the last fries! 5/5 stars!! The food, the ambiance, even the music (who doesn't love the classics? We were singing along!), the whole experience was perfect!

  • Brandon VW

It really wasn't very tasty. I was the only one in the restaurant. They somehow managed to get my fairly simple order wrong and the quality was terrible. The egg yolk was popped and all over the tray before I even got it. It was very greasy and not in a good way. The fries weren't good either. I spent $20 and I would have preferred In-N-Out or Whataburger for the same price. They also don't have many sauces for fries besides ketchup. Would not go back.

  • Calicapenergy88

I don’t eat meat often and was downtown for jury duty and this was the closest place. Glad I stopped in as the burger was good and the truffle fries tasty. They did put too much Parmesan cheese on the fries and they were not in a container and instead wrapped in the burger paper and put in the bag. They also didn’t have lids for the drinks and the sprite was flat. All in all, the burger was good

The most outrageously fantastic burgers I’ve had in a long long time. My daughter and I love the chop house burger with its truffle flavor and brioche bun. My husband is a fan of the burger on Texas toast. You can eat in or at the pretty tables outside. We like to take the burgers to Sundance Square and listen to music in the evening.

Gone twice to this place. first time was good burger but they didn't add the cheese. Second time they offered no apologies, and it took him 25 minutes to get me a Burger. I was the only one in the restaurant. Leadership is missing, they could have take care of me since I was the only one in the restaurant, and then the online order - but instead I waited too long (half of my lunch hour)☹️

This was my first time here. I had got me the chop house burger with egg, some fries, and a drink. I came here for the burger and the burger didn't disappoint. The fries were pretty good too. I still think fuddruckers is better when it comes to burgers, but it can compete with five guys, in and out, and shake shack. Since its birthday week for me I'm treating myself. Its bit pricey for me but overall it's a great burger joint.

Omg all I can say is cooked to perfection and presentation of food perfect. This was a really good burger place oh let my not forget about the delicious. This restaurant was very nice & clean . The owner was very friendly. Although the only issue i had with is the seem like they got extremely hard fast. However the next time in Dallas Forth Worth we are at Chop House again .

I ordered the Chop House Burger & it did not disappoint. The meat was fresh & cooked to order, exactly what you would expect from Cowtown. Paired with the Parmesan Truffle Fries, the experience was a great way to wrap up my evening. Stop by at dinner to avoid crowds. (edit: I had to go back for a hand-spun shake in a tall frosted glass - delicious!)

SERIOUSLY good burgers. I mean fantastic taste, texture, and most of all cool, unique menu options. Milkshakes were great too. This was my first time visiting and the worker was super friendly and helpful! Some of the flavors were outside my taste palet but I loved that the meat is locally sourced. The chili cheese fries and milkshake were awesome! Even my picky eaters enjoyed the kids cheeseburger. The atmosphere is great. Overall I really enjoyed trying this restaurant out.

  • Shirl Gore-Martinez

They have great truffle fries but I'm not crazy over the burgers. My husband however really likes the burgers. I'm sure it depends on what you order. I had the buffalo burger, it's buffalo sauce not buffalo meet. It didn't even have a buffalo sauce flavor. My husband ordered the chophouse burger and has been back for it several times.

This was my first time here. I got the RICKY BOBBY "MELT" which consists of angus beef, Texas toast, American cheese, onion, jalapeño. It was cooked well to my request of medium rare. Not a bad burger!

Acceptable burger place with fair pricing. If you're downtown and want a burger and fries with a nice environment, this is a solid choice. If you want a burger that you'll remember and crave, there's better options within a two miles radius. Burger itself tasted dispassionate and mundane. The truffle fries were just okay.

  • Tate Whittington

Ordered the chop house burger, it was alright at first, nothing special but once I got to certain parts of the burger it was basically raw. When we walked in the workers were all on their phones and they just didn’t look happy. Though the good thing was that the sweet potato fries were yummy and something I enjoyed more.

Damn good burger! Entire family loved the food and service was off the chain...rarely do you have a manager come out and check on ya..this place did that..alittle pricey for some burgers but this isn't a Mcdonalds... you pay for what you get and you get some good grub here...ole lady loved the milkshakes and so did I!

Overall a very good burger. The flavor was great. Fries are ok but could be better if double fried. Staff was fine. The place was clean and comfortable. My only complaint, and it's small, is the AC was leaking a little on the table. Like I said, small issue. Without a doubt I'll return.

Fresh ingredients, decent price, if it weren’t for the condiments the burger is super bland. I’d like to see it seasoned more that way you don’t need to mask the flavor of the bland patty with condiments.

The kid's meal burger is the perfect size for lunch. The burger is really good - you get a nice thick patty that fills you up without making you miserably full. I recommend upgrading to truffle fries ($1 more and worth it). The service has always been great too.

The burger is very small it’s the size of a burger that you purchase at McDonald’s the beef is about a quarter inch thick. And juicy For a bacon cheeseburger and a side order of french fries it was $15 and a cup of water
