Customer service, communication was good and I appreciate that there was no charge for a very thorough, fair and accurate diagnosis. However the charges for repairs I found to be ridiculously excessive. After reviewing Christian Brothers quote, I ran it past a body tech at the collision center I work at. After reviewing a short YouTube video determined He would attempt to do the work for me. He literally had the part and belt replaced, and also swapped out both the cabin and engine air filters in literally less than 30 minutes. This shop was going to charge over $400 in labor for a job that took someone not even experienced in doing less than 30 minutes to do! A $400 labor rate is just mind blowing to me! I came to Christian Brothers Shop based on the great customer reviews. I’m quite sure they don’t fully understand they are being taken advantage of. Most people assume that the work the techs are doing is time consuming, back breaking work and that parts are so expensive . . . Absolutely not the case! I work at a Collision repair center for 10+ years and totally understand the cost of doing business and mark up. Our body shop does collision repair for MB, Lexus, Infiniti ext . . . Factory parts and repaired to dealer standards the whole 9. And like Christian Brothers, a very successful family owned business for 30+. years. Our company is also in the business to make money and make a profit but we continue to do so without taking advantage of others. The markup that your shop charges is literally highway robbery and you should be ashamed. My unfortunate takeaway is that this is just another greedy shop taking advantage of people. I 100% DO NOT recommend this shop to anyone.

I was a mechanic for several years, and I have had work done at this location several times. Each time has been a fantastic experience. So far they have replaced a starter and tie rods. They have also performed an alignment, diagnostics, air conditioning repair and recharge. This is one of the few shops that will let you supply your own parts, this is very important to me, because I tend to require aftermarket parts. They require an increased labor fee and do not provide any warranty on owner supplied parts, so know that going in if you choose to provide your own parts, which is pretty standard for shops that let customers supply parts, and for my individual needs is well worth it. The average person would be better off using the high quality OEM or better parts they supply. They have fair prices for the quality of work and parts they provide. They may not be the cheapest game in town, but the service is second to none, and you really get what you pay for. They demonstrate honesty and integrity in their work and would never take advantage like some shops do, so rest assured that they will take care of you even if you don't know much about cars. They provide a shuttle service to and from the shop! Their facilities are clean and comfortable, their staff are friendly and considerate. They provide courtesy beverages if you choose to wait in the lobby for your service to be complete. They have a messaging system to let you know the status of your repair or service. They also provide video and photos of what they are working on so you know exactly what is going on throughout the entire process! I highly recommend this shop for auto repairs and services big and small.

Update 9/12/23: I work 60-80+ hours/week so I don't have time to deal with things I could have resolved myself but hoped I could trust a local shop for a simple task. In this case I had to do just that, deal with what wasn't done right. I would have rejected the UV dye test since it was simply solved by wiping with a half roll of paper towels due to the downward facing oil filter that was nowhere near tightened. I have the photos of the leak, as well, which ceased after I cleaned up the underside the fast drips from the oil filter, and simply tightened the oil filter. As mentioned, it is very difficult to trust a company with a simple oil change with comments of a leak detection costing more than the oil change when the oil leak was from a faulty oil filter installation and/or oil refill from the valve cover. There have been no additional leaks in our driveway since then. Original: Directed my wife not to take any vehicles to Christian Brothers again. Had a few oil changes, until I put an end to that. Last time she was told she needed a new oil pan gasket because it was dripping so much oil. She drove it home and it was leaking across 4ft worth of the frame/cross member, but never had a leak prior to that, and my wife told the tech the same. After cleaning the fully soaked frame/cross member I found it leaking directly from the oil filter, which was completely loose. I tightened the oil filter by hand and it never leaked since. If I can't trust them to change my oil, can't trust their lack of judgement to ascertain a true leak from a simple installation error how can I trust them to be honest or competent about anything else?

Predatory business practices. If you don’t know much about vehicles these mechanics will try their best to extract every dollar they can from you. I went in for an alignment and I asked if they could also repair a loose clamp on one of my CV axle boot and grease it back up. I was told “no” and then they attempted to explain that the only reasonable option would be to buy and replace the entire CV axle (for an absurd amount of labor and parts cost). However, they did say they’d “look at it and see what they could do”. After returning to pick up my vehicle I was informed that they looked at my CV boot and it wasn’t just a loose clip but it was torn completely. Which I’m assuming was an attempt by them to try to convince me again that I should allow them to sell me an entire new CV axle. Anyways, I drove over to O’Reillys, bought a set of CV clamps and some CV grease for $15. Right there in the parking lot I removed the old CV boot clamps, filled the boot with grease, and put the new clamps on. There were no tears in the boot and it took about thirty minutes to fix. Previously, I had them run some diagnostic work for an EVAP code. They came back saying I would need all new catalytic converters, exhaust piping, and charcoal canister. All for a bargain of $4500. I went to a Toyota specialist and it turns out i just needed a new sensor, it was $75. Amendment - A ridiculous response from Christian Brothers. The proper thing to do for a loose CV boot clamp is to lie about it being torn and replace the entire CV axel?

This has to be by far the best auto repair shop I have ever used - literally in the country. They’re patient and thorough and honestly not trying to make the most they can from the customer. Any skepticism I had gained by dealing with other shops over the years was wiped out through my service experience with them. They’re closed on weekends. Which may seem inconvenient to some but if you look at what makes a consumer happy it’s more than simple convenience. It’s the people that provide the service. And the people that work here get to have 2 days off a week and it’s the same 2 days every week. And the fact that they’re closed on weekends means that during the week THE SAME PEOPLE are working on your car and then also are communicating about the work being done on your car which leaves just about no room for error. They’re a team who are treated with respect so they treat us with respect. It’s refreshing. I’ve never waited to be helped when I walk in even if there’s a line ahead of me. Someone always comes out to acknowledge a new person even when they’re backed up. AND they will come get you/ drop you off if you don’t have a ride to get to / from the shop. AND you can text them while your car is with them. It is possible to feel like you can trust an auto repair shop - the people at Christian Brothers have proved this to me.

Great shop! Moved into the area recently and this place is just around the corner from our home so very convenient. But from what I've seen so far I'd be willing to travel a ways to have them work on my car. It was past due on a number of things which I knew about but they didn't make me feel like an idiot or pressure me on anything I didn't approve. They performed an exhaustive diagnostics and provided quite a list of things that needed service or replaced - from major to minor. Was able to use my phone to easily approve what I knew was needed and had the finances for. One problem I had was with the A/C - it would kick off after driving for a while then cycle every 20 mins or so. I explained the problem and they did their best to replicate it but could never get it to kick off. On my request they kept the car for a couple more days to continue trying to replicate the problem but seems to be cleared up. I'm guessing some of the other work like cabin air filter or something fixed the issue because it hasn't happened since. Also labor and parts prices all seem very reasonable. On the invoice/receipt they also include all the services that were declined so I can refer to things that should be taken care of when finances are available. Received excellent communication and updates from Steve. Will definitely be back!

I waited about a month to leave a review because I wanted to see how the A/C would hold up after the repair. First off — the employees at Christian Brothers are by far the nicest people. They greet you when you come in, they’re polite and professional. The reason for my 2-star review is because of the work on my 2011 Lincoln Navigator. I had an A/C that wasn’t cold and a moon roof that was stuck open. The A/C was fixed and was sort of cold when I left, but it’s only getting warmer as the weeks go on. It’s to the point now where we won’t drive it during the day. They did say if I had any problems with the A/C, please bring it back for them to look at. My only hesitation is they are extremely expensive. My moon roof fix was going to cost $3,400 to repair/replace at Christian Brothers. I almost paid it because it’s hard to have a moon roof open even just a crack in Phoenix, but $3,400 is a lot of money. Christian Brothers even said to take it somewhere else because they didn’t feel right about charging me that much. I took it to Bell Ford and it was $40 to repair (not replace). However, because the $$$ at Christian Brothers, I still need to find somewhere else to get the A/C fixed. In summary — extremely nice and friendly, very expensive, and not able to fix what I needed repaired.

Always a good experience having my vehicles worked on by Christian Brothers on Happy Valley road. The staff was very helpful, patient, and they provided full disclosure on what's going on with my vehicle. Although no one really wants to pay a lot of money to get there vehicles repaired, the cost of service there is reasonable as compared to other places. Their technicians seem to be very experienced and go out of their way to explain things to you, do test drives with you if necessary, and to make sure you are happy. The service writers are friendly and patient and my recent experience with Devin there was a good one. Ben, one of the technicians there, was very patient with me and also knowledgeable in being able to explain why my vehicle was having the symptoms it was having. I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers to anyone needing their vehicle serviced and I have recommended them to family members as well and they have also had a very good experience there. Christian Brothers also has a shuttle service so that they can pick you up and/or take you home if you don't have transportation to do that. Their communication is excellent, their follow-up is very good and they maintain a clean and friendly environment. Thank you.

I showed up for my 930 appointment a couple minutes early and was greeted quickly and was told I'd be helped shortly, by 930 I was checked in. about 10 minutes later my car was in being serviced. The guys were all nice and the whole place was really clean. They had snacks and coffee available which was nice, I had some Oreos. I sat with the shop dog poncho for a few minutes and he was super friendly and calm no jumping and barking he was awesome to meet! I also talked with the owner for a few minutes and she was very friendly and fun to talk to. I work for discount tire and drove 45 minutes from my house to go to these guys because I was referred there by a co-worker and I was NOT disappointed to go there! they even offer a courtesy shuttle to take you somewhere (within reason of course). I talked with Matt and Mike and another dude buff guy with tattoos sorry I didn't catch his name all very friendly and knowledgeable about the service and work they perform. I didn't feel like I was going to get taken advantage of like some other places.

All vehicles need maintenance if you want to keep them running & reliable. I've been going to CB since they opened and have been very pleased with the way they do business. They service My Chevy Avalanche and my wife's Lexus. They always inform me of any service they find that needs to be taken care before they do anything. They are more than happy to talk with you about what really needs to be done now for safety reason's and what can be delayed until it's a better time for you. Both Jimmy & Jim are the two men I usually deal with when I drop off either of our vehicles. Both are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and have a manner about them that encourages you to ask questions without feeling like it's ever a dumb question. I also like the fact that they warranty all their work. If there is a problem that comes up on something that was done before they don't try to blame it on you or make up a reason why it's not covered, like most other places do. I would recommend them to anyone, and have several times already.

I loved everything about this shop as far as my whole experience with the shuttle service they have, getting me in without an appointment and having my car finished the next morning ect. I had to get a few things fixed before getting an alignment I needed which I knew going in. Ended up getting front brakes and had to replace driveline u joints to take care of clunking noise also. They did a thorough check on my vehicle and gave me a printout of about 15 other things my vehicle should have done for maintenance. The warranty for their work is also a plus. I feel like CB on happy valley is a perfect place to have work done other than for me personally prices are high for my budget on my 2006 vehicle. Mileage I put on my car each year is minimal so will have to wait on other services that aren't urgent and try to do them as I can. I do know prices are way up in everything these days. My experience in all other areas with happy valley location was awesome!

Went there for the first time for an alignment and was pleasantly surprised. The service was very good and the folks running the desk were very friendly. Our appointment was at 1 and the vehicle was done just after 4. They were busy so it took a while to get the work done. While they had my vehicle, I received text message updates regarding status. When done I received notification that my car was ready. Picked my car up with no issues at all and the price was reasonable. They didn't try to sell me any extra services or tell me that I had a laundry list of other issues so that was nice. The only downside was the website was glitchy and wouldn't work for setting up an appointment and calling took some time since I was getting all lines are busy signals for quite a while. Almost went somewhere else because of that. However, the service was great and that alone made up for the other small inconveniences. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I had the ball joints and shocks replaced on my truck, as well as both CV joints and an engine mount replaced on my Mazda all in the same week. They were great at showing pictures of what needed to be replaced before they started the work, as well as getting my approval for work before starting. Their price was much lower than other places in the area. With my Mazda, I thought only one CV joint needed to be replaced, but when they inspected the car, they found other things that needed repair as well, but they did not pressure me to get the work done at all. They just made some suggestions and let me decide what I wanted done. The work was done quickly and with great quality. They also dropped my truck off at my house when it was done since I was working that day and my wife had no way to pick it up. They provide rides back to your house as well when dropping a vehicle off. Great shop! I am glad they are Nationwide as well since we travel full time.

I called for a quote about brakes, they texted a detailed quote within 5 mins, when I accepted it online they immediately called and told me they can get the parts quick and to come in whenever. I came in a few hours later, they already had the parts. Told them to do an inspection too and within a hour I got a message with a detailed inspection that came with pictures and little videos that explain the parts and their functionality. They quickly gave me a quote! I accepted and by tomorrow morning they fixed multiple things and got additional parts very quick. Got a text when they got the parts and a text when they finished. They offer rides, and the waiting area is cute with treats! Staff is sooooo nice and you can tell they take pride in being comfortable and trustworthy. My inspection quote from the Honda dealership was $7,000 and this shops quote was $1,100… I meannnnnnnn need I say more!?!? Lol. My car drove amazing afterwards.

Took my Infiniti QX56 with 200 K miles on it to Christian brothers for the first time. The customer service blew me away. Their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is 10 stars. They give honest feedback and the most genuine service. There was a major part that I approved but they told me that it would severely change the way my vehicle rode and then I probably would not like it. They could have continued with the service just to take my money, but the fact that they are more concerned about the outcome speaks volumes. After having a few other things repaired, my vehicle is driving better than it has in 5 years of taking it to the dealership. There was an unexpected delay with parts so they gave me a free rental and are 100% striving for a win-win with their customers! There is not an auto shop that even comes close or compares to what you will experience here! Thank you, Christian Brothers!!!

It's a positive atmosphere and felt comfortable talking with the service guys until the diagnosis. I've taken my vehicle in multiple times for my check engine light. Each time its a new issue connected to the original diagnosis and each time I spend $600 - $1,000. The initial service my bother called the tech and discussed the issues requesting to have everything looked over because my teenage daughter is driving it and he did not want her to breakdown. None of that was done. I've had multiple mechanics look over the issues and diagnosis and confirmed the issues that keep happening should have been fixed when service was done and the sensor was damaged during installation of them fuel pump. The service techs response was "we cannot predict issues". Again if it was checked this would have been found. Sadly I not trust them and will not be returning.

This has hands down been one of the best auto repair experiences Ive ever had. Christian Brothers is extremely fast and gets the job done right the first time. Ina case like mine when the problem continued to persist despite fixes being made I brought it back the next evening and it was immediately brought back in and fixed by the following morning. All pricing on repairs I have found to be very competitive and fair. I should also mention this was for an old Dodge D250 I have been restoring and the official Dodge Dealership refused to work on it yet Christian Brothers had no issue and the old workhorse is once again taking to the roads. The next time I need something fixed up I don't think I will go anywhere else. If you need any work done in the Happy Valley area I strongly recommend coming here.

Update: After going to Chevy for routine maintenance a few times, I'm back at Christian Brothers! All because my first review below and realizing I get way better service and information. Will never go back to Midway Chevrolet (received horrible service) for my Chevy. My first impression was the property was full of cars (meaning respected in the community) and very clean and organized. From reception to picking up the car, I was informed of maintenance due and noticed for my vehicle. The detailed videos and pictures was an added bonus in helping me make my decisions. Also, Mike Eddy was nice to follow up with some of my questions /problems which made the process even smoothers. Sorry dealership but I found a closer and more technologically sound automotive business to satisfy my vehicle needs!

I rarely am impressed by auto repair shop experiences. I typically expect decent service, but I have to say that I have never had as positive of an experience as I had with Christian Brothers. They are really dialed in on delivering a superior customer experience. Receiving multiple text message status reports from start to finish, receiving a tutorial video link that explained the how and whys of the repair to be done was sent. Shuttle service, quality snacks and coffee, professionally dressed and friendly staff, and my car bring pre-cooled when I picked it up, are indicative of the attention to detail that is rare in this industry. I can only assume that this also applies to the workmanship of their technicians. I highly recommend giving these guys a try when you have car repair needs.

With the exception of one worker (I think his name was Matthew) who was polite and gave me an honest answer, everyone else I interacted with overcharged me, told me I wasn’t not an important enough customer, said they would print me an estimate with recommendations and never did, and talked to me like I was stupid. I am not over exaggerating, these people treated me like garbage. How the hell is being rude to customers good for business? Seems like they were mismanaged. They are called Christian Brothers, but it seems they lost sight of the way of Christ. I really hope they change and treat people, regardless of gender and color with respect, instead of treating them like they are stupid and less than. Shame on these people. Save your money and go to a better mechanic.

I waited awhile to review Christian Brothers of Happy Valley to be sure my older Tahoe front-end rebuild was going to hold up. I often drive an hour each way on a 4-wheel drive road to my off-grid property, and so far so good. As a female I’ve been a bit disappointed in the automotive world, but I feel like this company is one I can trust. They treat their customers very well, their shuttle service is HUGE for single people, and although not the cheapest service, I know the issue will be fixed correctly. That’s really important when I’m driving into an isolated area. Plus, they guaranteed their work. This is the kind of company (and people) that have integrity as in the ‘old days’, which is tough to find in this modern day world. Highly recommended- thanks you guys.

Amazing and honest customer service ! I went here to have Christian Brothers look at my AC as it was not working properly. My advisor was Jerry, who was extremely helpful and up front. You can instantly gain a sense of high integrity from him. We went over the issues with my car then they gave me a ride back to my house. Jerry called me (and texted) with updates. The initial quote was for $1,100 however they felt that they can fix some wiring that was repairable without replacing. Most places would have taken advantage of you right there. My car sat over night and was all wrapped up by 3pm the next day with a $300 savings from the original quote. Great auto service with great customer care ! I will be returning in the future. Highly recommend!

My first service was nothing short from amazing from the moment I walked in the door. I sat for only a few minutes while waited for my oil change until a sweet lady named Kristin offered me a ride home. Which was so nice because my repairs ended up being a few hours in duration. What I liked most, was the detailed report during my service that was sent to my cell! I’m so used to seeing a report after service but with Christian Brothers I was informed the moment they encountered more issues and even included pictures!!! A picture tells a thousands words and really helped me trust the process as I’m not ver familiar with automotive work. Super thankful for this team and will be back in the future.

I would not hesitate to return here for service again. First of all the establishment was very neat, clean and orderly. The service advisors were all very professional, treated us with the utmost respect and LISTENED to our automobile issue(s). They were very efficient in attending to all the morning rush customers. I am very satisfied with the repairs made on my vehicle. They even followup with the service performed making sure I was COMPLETELY satisfied. When was the last time any auto repair business did that after taking your money. My service adviser was Jerry Sanchez and I will continue to seek him out whenever a car issue arises-(hopefully it won't be too often).

I brought my 2006 Jaguar S Type into them for Secondary Air Injection issue. I previously took it to another shop and wasted $800+on a misdiagnoses and a replacement of a part that didn't need to be replaced and no compensation or help but Christian brothers diagnoses the problem in one day and fixed it in 2 days. I was skeptical but now i just passed my emissions test! Devon was great at the front counter and My technician Ricardo seemed very knowledgeable when I talked to him myself .they are a little pricey but for the work they do With the speed and costumer service it's a no brainer. I do most of my work myself but if I get stumped again this is the place to go!

Christian Brothers came highly recommended by my neighbors so I took my Sequoia to the Happy Valley location for maintenance and to fix locking/actuator issue drivers door. They did an outstanding job with the safety check (which was free and included pictures) and I was able to decide which repairs were essential. I had some concerns about the door, and was contacted by the owner (M) and the manager (J) to ensure what I wanted addressed was done. They did a great job on all repairs, including brakes, and I had my vehicle back in one day. They sent a driver to pick me up, no charge. The customer service at Christian Bros is amazing, top quality work. Thank you.

Oddly enough, their front desk waiting area is one of my favorite places to wait. Free drinks, snacks, view to the repair deck, and a live view of a big city on the TV. They also have a free section for bibles, a Christian book, and crayons and "be kind" coloring books for kids. Along with their kind, helpful, and gracious staff, this place is a win-win!! Of course, I can always count on them doing great and speedy repair work, too. You can tell they are all hard workers here and enjoy the work they do. They are so wonderful that I try to bring a treat with me when I have to go for the staff to share. It's that kind of place where you just want to give back. ♡

I rarely go to shops because I do almost everything myself. I used them for an alignment and one other issue recently. The follow-up phone calls they make after is truly remarkable. The manager (I think he was the manager, not sure) actually made an honest-to-God old fashioned phone call, which I REALLY like. I wasn't able to take the call so he left a message making sure I was happy with the service. They really do seem to care about their customers. Oh, and they shuttled me to my house and back. That's a huge plus too. I mean, I live almost walking-distance, but still. Nice touch. Nice customer office too. The shop is visible and seems clean as well.

They are up front with the cost, and genuinely care about their customers. Matt, the owner, is excellent. Very kind, honest and always takes time to talk to you. You can tell he takes peoples experience there very seriously. Dealt with Nicholas on all three of my cars. Very experienced, very thorough and extremely professional and kind. Knew knew what he was talking about and was always very detailed in his explanations as to the work that needed to be done. I’ve had some bad experiences with auto shops. When I went to Christian Brothers I was treated with the almost respect and honesty. Everyone there is very kind and supportive. They worked with me to get my repair needs met as I am on a limited income. The most important thing in this industry is honesty and integrity! I will never have to worry again about where to go. I have found a permanent auto repair that I know I can depend on. They get me in and out fast and my vehicles always run great!! Just moved into the area and this is my first time here at Christian Brothers repair shop. I have used other shops in the past and this facility is amazing in the professional way they handle their customers, the way they communicate and keep you informed, and their pricing seems to be reasonable as well. They seem to be very honest and go out of their way to help you and will even transport you to and from your home or business if you need a ride. Very accommodating and comfortable place to do business. So far I'm very impressed and will be coming back for more service on all of my vehicles when needed. Thank you!

My mom's Avalon started making a grinding sound in reverse. It was 2 days before Thanksgiving. I found Christian Brothers through yelp. They reached out right away. I dropped the car off almost immediately and had a complimentary shuttle ride home. Elijah did a thorough assessment - let us know all the things we should look to do with the car in the next year, but also told us what the immediate need was. Fair price for axle assembly replacement - got the car back same day. Their waiting area and bathroom are clean and beautiful as well and everyone we dealt with was excellent. In 30 years of car ownership, this was the best service experience I have ever had. I was able to make and reschedule my appointment online with great ease. On the day of my appointment, the shop was considerably well-kept, and the coffee/snacks were a nice treat. Customer service was on point! And I noticed that other customers were receiving the same level of excellent service, so clearly this speaks to the company's culture. Finally, the text service used to detail progress and needed/suggested services was fantastic! As far as it is possible, this will be the only shop we use moving forward.

I can not say enough about Christian Brothers Automotive. They are honest, reliable and genuinely cares about their customers. Forget what you’ve ever heard about sketchy mechanics, you will not find this mentality here. EVER! Phenomenal experience from start to finish. I had my car at the dealership waiting for diagnostics and was not getting any response from my technician. I called Christian Brothers and they were able to get me in the next day. I dropped my car off the evening before and they had it diagnosed with all the details sent to me before the appointment was even scheduled. Took my car here a few months back, just wanted a work up to fill my fluids and such. Quoted me $6000 to fix basic maintenance. I said no and got a few of the cheap stuff done. then when i got my car back i’ve had nothing but problems that absolutely did not exist before I gave them my car. They returned my car and it was not starting (was totally fine when I left it there). Not to mention when I went in alone without my dad they were rude and the same guy was very nice to us when me and my father went in. Do not come here unless you want to spend an insane amount of money for no reason.

Little pricey but it was quick and super easy which makes the price worth it. Love that they text you and you can review and approve everything there without someone pressing you or standing over you. I was able to check my bank to make sure I could budget in additional repairs they suggested. I also like how friendly the staff was and welcoming. While I didn't use it, I also love the fact they have a shuttle service. I had seen the shuttle multiple times driving up the road and that honestly was what got me to go in cause I hate having to wait in the office. Great place! Loved it!!

It is very hard to find a good quality mechanic/ automotive shop and by far this is the best place I've ever been, starting from showing up to their extremely clean waiting room and Shop, to their very friendly shuttle service, to their outstanding customer service, you can not go wrong. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and the mechanics are great. I’m disappointed that they have us make an appointment but when we arrive at the scheduled time, they say they might not get it to for hours. I don’t understand why we would make an appointment then. Had to wait for hours in the shop because I don’t live close enough for them to drive me home. I would just appreciate it if we bring the car in at the scheduled time, CBA would begin working on it at that time. This has happened to us twice now. Otherwise I do like giving them my business.

I have 28 year old Nissan 240sx, and let me say I don’t trust anyone working on my car since it is my baby. But, this place I do trust (I didn’t have time to work on it because I am moving). First of all, my 240sx has some issues and things to fix, starting with my whole entire cooling system. I had them replace a few of my carry in parts and do a good coolant flush. Turns out they did an 11/10 job because my temp gauge now works, and the cooling system is great. I’ll be going to them soon to do a few more things, which I trust them with fully on it!

Steve, my Service Writer, was professional, honest, and established a welcoming environment whilst in the waiting room. Start to finish, process was the easiest I’ve had in a while at a repair shop. Matt was the service advisor; He was prompt with text updates and phone calls, honest and upfront about part costs, and didn’t try to push services that weren’t needed for my vehicle. The shuttle drop off and pickup from my house was a huge advantage, especially since we were down a vehicle. I was impressed with the management staff that came out of the office to help pre-check in people that were waiting in the long line at 7am open time. Great place, will be back!

I drove my car into their shop for maintenance. It ran perfectly well for 7 miles. Thirty minutes later I received a call that they couldn't start it and even drive it into their service bay. Later they found it to be a failed fuel pump. While it's possible this is the case it's highly unlikely that the fuel pump died in their parking lot. I've lost the trust to deal with these people again and will take my business elsewhere. The broken part was not provided. And the video they offer is deleted every 10 days and was long gone. Never again.

I had a shock on my Colorado ZR2 start leaking so I went to the dealer- crazy high $1600 MSRP price to replace it. I went to Christian Brothers and discussed the situation. They were beyond awesome. Devon was completely interested in my vehicle and the situation. He called other auto places to see if they could rebuild the shock. No dice, but I found the part online for $500 less and they quickly replaced it for me. But the service and personal interaction was what completely sets them apart. I will never go anywhere else again!

I had a simple battery replacement scheduled and when I arrived at my appointment time they were REALLY busy so it looked like it was going to take a long time. But, as I settled in to start watching a show on my phone, I was alerted that my car was already done! Dylan (might be wrong on the name) took pity on me and just replaced the battery himself so I could get out of there fast. Based on what he was wearing, it looked like he mostly just works in the office. I was SO SURPRISED AND GRATEFUL! That’s amazing customer service!

Amazing service. The employees here are super nice and professional. I don't ever have to worry about getting the job right. This place is pricey, but you get what you pay for. My only complaint is that they really mark up their part prices. Like over 300%. I offered to buy it myself and they said I could, but then the price of their work goes up and what do you know, it equals the same amount as if i took their marked up price. Still, thievery is just part of the automotive business, at least I can trust their work.

I have to say. From start to finish, Matt was extremely professional and helpful. I looked at multiple different places before deciding on Christian Brothers to take care of the alignment on our 18’ Audi A4 Quattro. A proper alignment is a critical step in ensuring that not only does the car drive properly. But also to ensure you’re not prematurely wearing out components. They got us in and out quickly and she drives just as good as new. We will be back any time we need automotive services.

These guys were fantastic! Explained everything to me and made sure I understood. They provided a link so I could see their diagnostics myself. They rated needed repairs by priority and helped me decide what to do first. Their texting process was convenient and informative. I was updated on the progress of repairs regularly. Once complete, they let me know via text and offered a shuttle for pick up- all via text. So convenient and my driver was quick. It was a fantastic experience

We’ve used Christian Bros Automotive on Happy Valley Rd on several occasions over the past 2.5 years, and have always had excellent service, thorough inspections and diagnostics, and prompt repairs. Most recently the A/C in our 2013 Ford Explorer started making whirring/grinding noises when starting. In one day they got it diagnosed, obtained new replacement parts, and had it back to us working like new. Their customer shuttle service is great too, as we have only the one vehicle.

We had never been here before, but saw it every day taking our kid to school. We have had bad experiences at some other car shops in the area so we tried it out. The experience has been painless. The people at the front counter were very nice and knowledgeable, the repair process was smooth with good communication. At pick up time the repairs were explained and our car delivered running with the AC on. Definitely will be returning here in the future.

Had Christian Brothers inspect a used F150 I had purchased. They provided a detailed inspection including pictures of everything they found. I wasn't ready to pay for any repairs and they did not pressure, which I was impressed by. Everyone was really friendly and the office was clean and offered snacks/refreshments. Devon and the management at CB were great to work with. They fixed the issue that caused us to bring the car to them in the first place and identified two other issues we knew about but had been putting off. They kept in touch throughout the entire process, offered a free shuttle and have a waiting area that rivals that of a new car dealership in terms of comfort, amenities and cleanliness. Excellent service. Everyone I spoke to was very polite. The shuttle driver spoke very highly of the owners and was kind. That's always a good sign. Very fair price for an oil change with a very thorough inspection (with pictures!!). The free shuttle service to my house nearby was a great touch. Lobby/waiting area is very clean. Best of all they have free bibles for you to take with you. I will definitely use them again.

They do amazing work. I work with Michael and he always makes sure I know what is going on. I get the text but he always reviews it with me so I can ask questions. Their work is done in a timely manner, the staff is always friendly. They have the best wait room. Several types of coffee, tea and waters, but the snacks are the best. It feels very strange to have a company rep our Creator. I mean these guys are so expensive. Why charge so much. Jesus was a servant and call all to be to one another. My transmission flush was $400. Why? When a machine did the work. So tired of these companies taking advantage of people and the name of God. They also left the inside of my car so dirty . No shame, gave it back to me with a straight face.

Navigator shuttering twice and had to pull over. They test drive several times over the course of several days but couldn’t duplicate the issue so we picked it back up. They spent a lot of time on the car but hardly charged us anything because it wasn’t found. I have great faith in the service and pricing they offer.
