As a first time home buyer and not familiar with the Canadian housing market being from the US. Christina was great in holding my hand through the whole process. Even the moments of me being a bit difficult because of hearing from friends and family and their experiences and asking why it isn't similar for me. She was very patient with me when I first started looking, but Christina and I seemed to be on the same page at the turn of this year to really buckle down and get a bit more serious looking to lock down a spot. When it was at that stage Christina to a good job in keeping me from over reaching on a place in a bidding war. I think I made some mistakes on agreeing on certain things in the process, but sadly it was the nature of the market at the time if wanted to be even considered in the bidding. And when I was out bid on a place by a good amount Christina talked to me to help me shake that off and move onto the next batch of listings to see. Through the whole process, even after getting my offer accepted she was on top of it to send me emails on the next steps to prepare myself for the move. So, to sum it up, through every step I came upon Christina would go that extra mile for me to make sure I came out on the fair side of the deal. Even when the sellers didn't have the goodwill to leave the unit in a nice state when handing over the keys to me, Christina went to bat for me with the seller's agent to make an attempt to make it all square with the sellers. Even if it was probably gonna be impossible to make it square, she was still all-in for me to try her best and made an attempt anyways. If you're looking for a relator who will go the extra mile for you and will do all she can to make sure you are not taken advantage of or pulled into a bad deal, I highly would recommend to have Christina be your agent in your home buying search.

We are so happy that we chose Christina as our realtor! She helped us navigate our recent purchase, which has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride at times - from searching for the right place, to encountering some bidding wars, and then finally working through the process of closing/taking possession of our new home. We never felt pressured to do anything we didn’t feel comfortable with and we honestly felt like she tried her best to go to bat for us through it all. Ethically, her heart is in the right place and I trust her completely. My wife and I knew Christina personally before deciding to choose her as our realtor and many of the reasons why I value our friendship are why she makes an excellent realtor. She was great with all levels of communication from start to finish and because we trust her we were very open to some of her ideas regarding how to increase the appeal/value of our property and were able to implement them successfully. Her attitude was consistently positive and upbeat and so we never felt to worried about the eventual successful outcome of what can be a very stressful major life event. Her professionalism was also excellent but most important to us was the genuine care she showed throughout not just for my wife and I but also for the other parties involved (Buyers and their relators). I want to start my review off by saying THANK YOU and how amazing this experience was!!! This was my first solo purchase as a homebuyer transitioning from a detached family home and downsizing to a condo. I was very nervous with what to look for and Christina's wealth of knowledge for the small details that I didn't consider before due to having no experience with living in a shared strata building before was incredibly helpful.
