My wife's family had a trip to Russia (4 people) three years ago and they were helped by Gala. She did a fast job helping to renew passports and get a Russian visa in the embassy. The good part was that these agency services are cheaper than some of the others around. She booked a round trip flight deal for them NY-Moscow-Siberia through the agency, not through the airlines directly. And didn't instruct her customers directly. It was a flight right after midnight and she didn't look it up when they started receiving text for registration. I understand that customers are also responsible for tracking the time burn their English wasn't good enough. There were not enough instructions. Overall, $4500 was lost and Gala refused to claim any commission money even from the airport. I believe that this amount worths 2-star feedback here.

Lyuba is AMAZING! We have used the agency several times for European travel and have been thrilled with the results.
