First time dealing with Cindy and it won’t be my last! As soon as I entered the front door, Cindy immediately looked up and welcomed me while she was working away on another customer’s car. She was clearly busy and asked me if I could come back a few hours later and she would take care of my tire swap. This was fine by me as I had not previously booked an appointment and was just happy to have this done today. She works at a really quick and methodical pace and at the moment, does everything on her own. It was also nice to have conversation with her while she worked. Just dropped in to have my tires balanced. Cindy was awesome, checked all tires quick and gave plenty of details about what she was doing and described the conditions of each tire. She diagnosed issues with my suspension which I had suspected. What stood out the most was that two other customers stopped by with car issues, but they seemed happy and confident that Cindy would take care of it. Cindy is an absolute dream to deal with! She is formerly known as "the tire girl" at the queenston tire. She opened up her own little shop and is knowledgeable and isn't going to try to upsell or jack up the price. Ladies and gents go here for your tire needs, alignments and rotations. Had a tire that was leaking air, but with winter tire changeovers happening was finding it impossible to get it repaired at any tire shop. My last stop was Queenston Tire and they also couldn’t fit me in so they recommended I go to Cindy’s Tires just across the street & im so glad it worked out that way. Although busy, Cindy squeezed me in & quickly repaired my tire. Extremely professional and friendly service. Highly recommend & will be back myself!

As a woman, I have, in the past, often been the target of “upselling” when i take my vehicle in for tires and mechanical work. Cindy, owner of Cindy’s tires is a breath of fresh air! When my car had a slow leak this week, I went to Cindy’s and received prompt, quality service. She was friendly, competent and when I asked, gave me recommendations for future replacement of my tires. There was Zero upselling. I would highly recommend Cindy’s tires!

5+ star needed to review Cindy my Range Rover tire got flat and she fixed the tire on the same day without any appointment. Also when she inspected the tire she instructed me not drive on highway for safety issues until I replace it with a new tire and gave me all the right information. At the same time she ordered the new tire within mins and gave me the best price. Will definitely recommend her.

If there was more stars, I would give them. Stumbled upon the shop accidentally and it Has to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. She went above and beyond more than any business I’ve seen in a long time. Being a relatively small business, I would happily recommend that anybody who is in Hamilton needs tire services they go visit her.

Cindy is honestly the best. I had an issue with a cracked rim when I stopped by for my winter switch over. She advised me which rim had damage. Let me stop by with another rim and got that tire switched over so I don’t lose constant air pressure. She’s very friendly, extremely knowledgeable her equipment is high quality. Best tire shop experience I’ve had in the city.

Amazing Shop!! I got caught in a bit of a jam and needed to have the back tires on my truck replaced ASAP. Cindy came through for me! She stayed late on a Monday just to help me out. I cannot say enough about Cindy’s work. SHE IS THE BEST!! I have never seen anyone more concerned about customer care and service. Cindy found the screw in my F150 tire, rotated/ flipped and balanced all 4 tires, she also grinded off the rust and salt debris inside my 20" rims, i highly recommend this clean friendly shop for anyone who has tire issues. Cindy did an amazing job installing my new tires .. I ordered them from her and when they arrived she put them on. Highly recommend her for all your tire needs. Great place to get your tires installed! I brought my snow tires to be installed on my van. Cindy had to break down my summer tires and put my snows on the rims. She was fast and did a great job. Would highly recommend for any of your tire needs. She knows her stuff and always does a professional job. A+++

My SUV’s tire was repaired in less than 20 minutes (on SUNDAY afternoon!!). All my tires (including the spare) were checked for pressure and inflated accordingly. Incredible experience. Cindy works tirelessly to provide excellent service. Highly recommended and I will be back for any future tires needs.

Service seemed okay // but all my valve stems are leaking not happy that I paid 205$ to ruin my new tires should of never replaced my valve stems I never had issues with not happy
