I went to the Cinnabon today to use my gift certificates to get my Mom and I a Cinnabon; and I must say they were not soggy. They were fully cooked and delicious. The assistant manager Sam was more than happy to hear my story about my previous experience and gave me two freshly baked out of the oven cinnamon rolls. I am very pleased with my visit and my cinnamon roll. So, if anyone wants a good Cinnabon/roll go to Cinnabon and treat yourself to the best in Albuquerque.

I'm pretty sure when you work with food your supposed to where glove and wash your hands... I went to the mall stood in line as I'm standing there I Witness 4 female employees touching cash counters pots pans each other and anything else including the cinnabons without washing their hands I was disgusted and was immediately turned off I will not return to this location they need to be reported to the health department for unsanitary conditions

Rude server who refused to sell me a 4 pack. Told me to come back in an hour. Only problem with that was they will be closed. I mean really how hard is it to place 4 cinnamon rolls in a box? There were trays and trays of cinnamon rolls on the counter plus 2 trays of mini rolls. They had a person making more rolls. So it was not if I was buying all the cinnamon rolls.

The manager, Gene, was top notch! We always see him when we go in, and he’s a great guy. Doesn’t talk too much, but you can tell he has the respect of his employees. It was sad to hear that he collapsed in the middle of his shift one day I heard, but I hear he’s doing well and should be back to work very soon! Thank you Gene and everyone!!

Its a pain whenever I buy coffee/rolls, no seats are available. The seats are taken over by family eating Panda Express, family drinking BoBa Tea, family lecturing teens, family waiting for a member shopping at H&M. Something has to be done in here and how they run their shop.

Was my very first time visiting Cinnabon. I was there as a Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul fan, because they Filmed at this exactly location! I had a Oreo Milkshake and of course a Cinnabon roll. It was very delicous and I had a good time there!

We have 1 in our town but its not the same as the original. We travel 3 hours for fresh Cinnabon. An is one of my favorite spots to visit when I'm in Albuquerque's Coranado Mall. We always get 2 6pack Cinnabon so we can enjoy with my family

I came here to taste a cinnamon roll for the first time, them for some reason the whole mall colors turn into black & white and a depressing music start to play in the background, it keep repeating "adress unknow" or whatever it was, and

Excellent customer service and yummy warm snacks. Oh their drinks are super tasty too. I like the raspberry lemonade and the oreos and cream chillata. I recommend the bon bites with caramel and pecans.

Went there this morning. Never had any problems before. Got our Cinnabon home. They were dry , cold and rubbery. They weren't fresh at all. They were microwaved. Nothing fresh about it.we wont be back

Everything from here is super good but my favorite is the caramel pecan cinnamon roll!! Really good coffee as well! Fast customer service!

Fast service for a kiosk location, always fully stocked and ready to help. Miss the time when they sold breakfast burritos though.

Was sooo good! Haven't had in years and it definitely didn't disappoint! Will definitely be back and not wait years this time haha

I got a raspberry frozen and it gave me heart burn it made me throw up I will not be trying anything from here again

Food ok but overrated and over priced. Guess because it's in the Mall the prices need to more to offset rent.
