The staff likes to over charge and deny even when proof is provided. My mother, a senior citizen had an awful experience at the Square One location. She was over charged and asked to tap the machine for payment multiple times by cashier named Solly and didn't even provide a receipt. She kept saying it didn't go through. Upon checking with the bank it was discovered she not just over charged, but did it multiple times and was in denial of her actions and was support by another employee named Jay who claimed to be the manager and later assistant manager of the location. He didn't even knows his title at the location considering how he kept changing it. Anyways awful service and my mother paid over $80 for 6 Cinnabons which we refused to take after all the drama and I had to go from work to deal with the awful staff in the middle of the day. Thanks for wasting my time and ripping off senior citizens of Canada. Highly unrecommended!

I went to the square one location 3 days ago to buy 12 pieces of Cinnabon and i asked the girl on cash for them to get them the freshest ones and she said I have to wait 2 hrs to 1 hr and I said can I get the one from the girl icing at the back because I think that's the one came from the oven recently and I was told I gotta wait 2 hrs for that and I don't have time to wait 2 hrs as I was leaving the mall and then she said if I want freshest ones and it's $6.45 per piece and I am like why I am paying $6 plus for the same one if am getting old or new I find this very weird so I think management should look into this because people paying for the product and I think they should what they paying for also I still bought the item I took it home and it was stale and hard and the girl told me it came out from the oven 2 hrs ago which doesn't look like it came out 2 hrs ago pretty sad I paid over $50 never going back there again

We were in Square Mall the other day to pick a cycle for the kids and I was certain that the sweet smell wafting in my direction was Cinnabon. I was right! Cinnabon used to be a very regular coffee catch up spot for me and my friends in Dubai. I almost always skipped the coffee and dived straight into the dessert. My first experience here was quite disappointing but I refused to let it taint my memory and the next time round I made sure to specifically wait for a fresh round...and it was as glorious as ever. If you love Cinnabon like I do, don't be shy to ask for one from a fresh batch! I personally love the original Cinnabon roll topped with a whole lot of pecan. Do you have a favorite? Although my brother and I love the food and drinks served here, I have one thing to point: the workers are horribly rude. Even though I am just a customer, I can clearly see some superiors rudely reprimanding other workers. I work at Square One and leave around closing, which is when I pass by the store and see an older worker constantly aggressively telling others what to do. Even when my mom and I order food, the manager (seemingly?) takes feedback and criticism in a very rude manner - as if they aren't a manager. They have almost no patience. No matter how good food is, if the workplace itself is not good, then the place is not good at all.

I usually dont post reviews but I was deeply disappointed by the customer service. I had asked for a 9-pack minibon and the lady helping me seemed pretty annoyed. They ran out of the boxes and gave me some in a styrofoam container that seemed like it was sitting on the bottom of the table for a while. I asked for an extra frosting but the lady rudely told me it already comes with one. The other lady working behind the counter looked like she was depressed. The ambience and customer service definitely needs improvement.

VERY DISRESPECTFUL. On December 28, 2022, I lined up for over 10 minutes for a Cinnamon Bun. There was 1 cashier open when I lined up. After 10 minutes, a 2nd cashier opened and INSTEAD OF SERVING THE PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO WAITED OVER 10 MINUTES IN LINE, SHE SERVED SOME OTHER CUSTOMER WHO JUST WALKED UP TO THE COUNTER AND DIDN'T LINE UP. ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND SHAMEFUL. I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS, BUT NOW I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. I have notified Square One mall management of this situation.

You can definitely smell this inside the mall when you’re walking by! Last time I had a classic Cinnabon was over 15 years ago and I was excited to have it again. Purchased the box of 6 containing 3 classics and 3 with pecans. One thing for sure, I was only able to eat half. It was too much for me, but I loved having it warm. It was sweet and delicious, with a generous amount of icing. Definitely beats all the other bakeries when it comes to a cinnamon roll.

The employees are the rudest. So rude I work at Square and tell people not to go to Cinnabon. The manager is also rude. I work at the mall and I asked for a mall discount which I’ve gotten before and the manager refused to give me one. Listen, it’s okay if you don’t want to give me your 16 cent discount, but at least talk to me like I’m not garbage. I also asked one day if they they had dairy free milk and she rudely said NO and rolled her eyes.

My cousin and I went on a Saturday evening and the guy in charge was respectful and reasonable. The one who was rolling really knows what he was doing especially with the way he uses the knife I thought he has worked there for many years but he told me he only worked there for just a year and it we didn't get bored waiting for a long line because we were busy watching him make cinnamon rolls and it was amazing

This store deserves no stars. The service is horrible and staff over charges seniors and defends their actions. Solly and Jay, employees of the Square one location don’t even know who’s the manager and they kept juggle between being managers/assistant managers. Either don’t know their system or they do it on purpose no one knows, but it’s best to stay away from this location. Awful staff and awful service.

For me the warm fragrance of cinnamon with a healthy dollop of that butter cream is heaven to my nose and stomach but bad for the waistline. But with taste like that who cares abt the wasteline.... I would suggest whatever you do do not miss a cinnabon anywhere in the world. Delicious to the core... It's right next to a Chinese place but directions not necessary just follow your nose.

I’m really disappointment of the customer service at this location, the young guy with eye glasses who take the orders is very rude!! Diffidently not coming back again. I ordered a Caramel PecanBon but I have been charged for a classic roll with extra frosting and extra pecans!!!!!!!

The rolls were amazing but the customer service was terrible. Cashier did not greet us and was grumpy and unfriendly and blunt. Said thank you to the other employee who had packed the items but they just have us a fake smile. Please work on customer service at this location.

The Irresistible ! As usual with Pecans and Caramel sauce. You could never go wrong. Freshly baked in front of you in this location. Despite the lineup , 2 cashiers are working simultaneously, waiting time is minimal in such a busy location. Chapeau Dans l'air !

We were lucky enough to be there at the same time they were bringing a hot fresh set of cinnamon buns out of the oven !!! And it was amazing It’s definitely one of our favourite desserts and their quality and service is consistent

This location deserve no star. Worst customer Service / rude behavior of staff. The staff tried to cheat and over charge. The worst part is that the staff tries to justify their mistakes instead of accepting their mistakes.

Ecstatic to hear they are back!! I love the new renovation of the store. Dough is still pillowy soft even after months of not making them. Most of the staff are Gen Zs but they're very welcoming and sweet haha. 10/10 :))

Guilty pleasure. Always good. Too much sugar to be honest, I guess the older you get the less you can tolerate the sugar, but delicious nonetheless.

This is the place if you crave for Freshly baked Cinnabons… tastes delicious and this place is always crowded.. good and quick customer service.

Cinnamon rolls are fine. Cinnabon sticks are always cold and/or stale. Happened twice now, so shame on me for falling for it I guess.
