Very disappointing I bought a voucher for a car wash in the circle k in coolmines. I asked the cashier was the queue long for the car wash which he told me it wasn’t but infact there was a queue of 6 cars. I couldn’t wait as I had to collect my daugther so I asked could I use my voucher in another circle k which I was told I could. I decided to use it later that evening near my home in there outlet on the malahide road close to the artane roundabout but unfortunately the cashier was very polite but told me I couldn’t use it there and that it was 3 euro more expensive for the same car wash at there stations and if I went to the other circle k a 2 min drive away (on the same road) it was 3 euro cheaper. So in the end I left with the original car wash voucher for coolmines 13 euro which is not used to me and no car wash I found this crazy as the price should be the same in each of there franchises when the product or service is the same. I will be contacting consumer rights as I think this is against the law and very greedy. I use circle k regularly but will definitely be rethinking my custom

I had an issue with my car yesterday morning and was really quite worried and anxious-then I met Egor the manager! I can't explain how much of an absolute gentleman he was, he went above and beyond what was expected and did all that with such kindness. He didn't hesitate in helping me and I was really very grateful. This type of help/assistance is sadly rare these days but it does leave a lasting impression. I know where I'll be stopping for fuel from now on and I'll be suggesting the same to my nearest and dearest!

This week on Monday when I went in the lady at counter was very rude and unprofessional. Believe she was Eastern European extremely racist we went in with a child she showed no kindness while there was a Irish custmor she talked to him so politely and was so rude no manners at all I am gonna complain to the manager

1st offer says with any coffee &tea bar chocolate for 1 € than on the till is 1.50 2nd charged 2 coffees with pastry 11.20 instead 7.60...moccha is 2.80 says on price list and and pastry for additional 1 €...2.80+1€=3.80..× 2= 7.60....after waiting for coffee 10 minutes charged nearly double??

I heard this petrol station we’re selling antigen tests, so called in yesterday to get some. They wanted €8 for one test, that is completely out of order charging €8 for one test.

A lot of the staff that was there for years are gone since new owners took over. They also use to have Costa Coffee but that is gone. The coffee now is black tar that is awful.

If you are going to advertise the croissant for a euro with any coffee, please advise your staff accordingly at the checkout. And cheer up your staff …

Asked for ice cream and asked if I can wait 10 minutes? Absolute joke. Don’t advertise if you are unable to offer the service.

Have a mechanical till so charge you every cent so if you go over by one cent you end up with load of change

Always served with a smile. Fast, efficient and clean. Store is well maintained and always has what I need.

Well appointed, with huge forecourt and spacious store.

Car wash useless. €12 option and lots of x5 missed.

Staff are great diesel is cheap as any where else .
