They must have had a power outage and all their freezers were off? All the ice cream melted and has been refrozen. None of that product should be allowed to be sold. Bought a pint of Haagan Dasz and it was very obviously melted and refrozen. Just complete freezer burn. The deep freezer is filled with misshapen bars and cones. Popsicles are completely flat. I would be concerned to buy other products like dairy or meat, clearly no care has been given to the quality of their food or safe food handling. Wondering if AHS has stopped by recently? Maybe they should.

Staff spend a lot of time on personal calls and tend to be pretty rude to customers. Also their coffee is EXTREMELY watered down, "dark roast" shouldn't taste like a watered down light roast. Since new management took over, this location has become a complete and utter disappointment. Renovations aren't going to help the problems with this place.

Updat. Literally the worst workers, never even acknowledged my presence, and he's training a new guy who also didn't even ask how I'd be paying. I'd rather a robot then these humans. Terrible workers. Never doing much. Never really helpful. Always watching something and ignoring. Thefts probably high here cause it be to easy to get away with.

Be careful here! The prices on the shelf don't match the till at all. Off by 70 cents. We pointed it out to the clerk and he simply said "prices change each month" okay, well your stickers are off? He wouldn't change the price for us. Wondering if Circle K knows how this store is handling their franchise? I will be sure to contact them.

We use this Circle K all the time. We used to love it for the convivence and friendly staff... but the past few weeks we have been DRIVING to a Circle K further away because "Circle K Thorncliff" rarely has what we need in stock. We have noticed skimpy shelves, and unfriendly staff. We are super disappointed.

Was in the other day and clearly the new owners have simply stopped caring letting a customer sneeze all over product thinking its ok we are still in a pandemic if you value your health do not shop here

zero stars.... since new ownership the place has zero customer service...... extremely rude service.......... wouldnt go back there even if it meant it would save the world from calamity

They should change their hours cause they are most definitely NOT open 24hrs. The staff is also unfriendly and some staff over charges. Keep an eye on the prices. Ask for your receipt.

Despite the fact they're 24 hours, I was there at about quarter to 4 in the morning and the door was locked which means they are NOT 24 hours, pretty sad.

If I could give a zero, I would! Staff are rude! It seems that they are not happy to work! 8:00pm of April 3, both staff seems sleepy and are lazy!
