Apparently because of the "bad customers " that frequently shop there. The staff thinks acceptable to treat all customers like trash. I'm a hard working married mother of 4, who was shopping on my lunch break and apparently the staff on the floor felt as if I was in her way and refused to move, or respond to me saying excuse me politely. The look I received from her was very ghetto and unprofessional. I even asked the cashier what's a better time to shop, because the associate looked bothered by me. I asked if the young lady who was rude, was having a bad day. I was told No. It doesn't matter my race, if I'm being nice and professional I expect the same. Black on black racism does exist and I just experienced it. Very disappointed

Morning of may 6th two ladies working on independence around 11am were very disrespectful a classless. It was Very ghetto and unprofessional how the manager embarrassed a customer. Instead of telling her she could not try on the shirt due to covid.. the manager loudly yelled from the counter "ma'am you got to buy that!" You would think that women would stick together in this climate with each other and have patience and explain things to each other but instead, when they get a new name tag at a department store they feel entitled to downplay others. A lesson in Queenship and common courtesy is definitely needed in that Store. This is something that should have been taught at home.. Class and Grace. Very sad

ALWAYS! ALWAYS! So rude and racist in here. i dont get it its like they dont want you to spend money there. I used to love coming here but recently theres always an issue like EVERY TIME ! Its getting just like the one on freedom drive they roll their eyes as soon as you come in. One of the cashiers tonight with the bad wig was so rude i just walked right out and said they probably didnt even need my money ill probably just stick to ross and rue21 ‍♀️‍♀️ oh well. Store clean. Associates made sure to announce store cLosing as soon as u entered thestore, but no other greeting or assistance provided. One associate seemed to linger around me where ever I was but never asked if I needed help even though he came all the way from the front to the area I was in. Well organized, but hard to find exactly what I was searching for. Other associate preoccupied behind register area.

Out of all of the Citi Trends that I have shopped at, I would have to say that this is the best store I have ever been in. It has a great selection for all types of different people and sizes, it was very well organized and easy to find what you were looking for. The staff of the store was very pleasant and also very helpful. Also, you can always count on getting a great prices when you shop at this store.

Besides the young guy with the plats in his hair watching us as we got closer to the door pretending to be a shopper.,It was fine found a pair of jeans for a great price on clearance. I also told him to remember my face and to know he doesn't have to watch me or my kids.

"What the heck", was my first thoughts after entering this retail store. No kind of business casual clothing selection. The clothing racks were disorganized and nearly empty. The one cashier seen was gossiping as I walked in and left without even one single greeting!

My daughter's shops at Citi Trends and always finds a lot of cute things. Unfortunately the day I shopped I was looking for a child's size 6 winter clothes and they didn't have a big selection.

This Citi Trends has a good selection of clothes and shoes. I shop the clearance section because I'm just cheap like that! But even then I come out with some good stuff!

Could not find anything of interest to buy from this location like I have in other locations in the surrounding areas maybe their new shipment just haven't come in yet
