Hands down the best place! City Cave in Kenmore has such a beautiful vibe. The layout of this salon flows really well. I recently received a gift voucher from my husband for Christmas for a Float and omg! It was so relaxing! It let me unwind and just be present in the moment. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that has a busy life style and doesn’t know when to stop with work/ kids/ family etc. This place provides you to have unwind Time. I absolutely love floating but I must say my experience at Kenmore can't be compared to others. The service is not that friendly nor inviting, and even though I am always early I am made to wait after my appointment time. The float pool us always cold and the water was not the cleanest, the walls were dirty. The whole float room is quite neglected. I feel that if I'm paying this amount of money to lay in a pool it should be clean and well maintained. I will prob not return to Kenmore again.

I don’t normally write reviews as I’m a huge critic of hospitality, respect and manners. I have not found that since been in the community. So Today my husband and me visit City Cave unit 1/10 Brookfield Rd, Kenmore and I give this business a Gold star. Absolutely Amazing services. I finally got around to using the gift voucher I received for my birthday present and I'm so glad I did. I had a 45 minute massage with Alan; I indicated vaguely where I was feeling tightness and he located just the right spots to apply pressure. It was most probably the best massage I've ever had! Then the float really was a unique and wonderful experience. I almost nodded off a few times and felt thoroughly zen afterwards. I will be returning!

This was my first float experience and an absolute delight. The facilities are immaculately presented, with clearly no expense spared on fitting the foyer and float/treatment rooms out with only the finest. Staff were friendly and stepped me through the process, answering any q's along the way. The float itself was super relaxing and quite a unique feeling to feel so weightless. Good Morning, the experience was great. The therapist was very good and highly recommend them. The only thing which I was not asked about and admittedly I should of asked too is that the therapist is not my health fund registered. This information when making the booking should be asked of the customer just so City Cave can match the customer to the right therapist that covers customer health fund. Thanks Peta

This is a beautiful CityCaveI have 2 others which I frequently go to (1/month or 2/ month), and 2 besides that which I am familiar with (been 3-4 times). This one has its own charm. Maybe it’s that I like the location of the quiet relaxation area, ensconced towards the left as you turn around from reception. Maybe it’s the cute display of tea at the tea bar. I just like it!

I had the most wonderful experience at City Cave Kenmore. I have never done a float before but I will 100% be going back again! It was so relaxing and I have recommended it to all of my friends. The centre is beautiful and calming from the moment you walk in the door. The staff are also super friendly and genuinely want to help you have the best experience possible.

Ultra clean, very friendly staff and decent array of options to get yourself mentally and physically geared for what life tends to throw at you. I wasn't sure about the float tanks initially, but they get better the more I've been. Would highly recommend; even to any cynics out there (as I was initially). Nice one team. Love coming for a float at Kenmore City Cave - such a sanctuary from first entry through the door. I love the herbal tea in the lead up to my float...sets a gorgeous tone for the time there. A regular float brings a more maintained relaxation to my nervous system. I will be back. Again. And again. And again.

The venue was lovely. You could have been anywhere, it was peaceful with calming music and no interference from the outside. The rooms were great and the massage was awesome. From the sauna to the floating experience it was all outstanding. I strongly recommend this place. Thank you.

Great service and there is always plenty of massage appointments available. I’ve seen Karen K a few times now for both remedial and relaxation massages, and she is amazing. She tailors the session to your individual needs and I always walk out of the session feeling great!

Lovely couples sauna / float session. We played a meditation track in the sauna which was super relaxing. The float session was different. I'd recommend having the music played throughout the session. We chose 10 mins at the start and 10 mins at the end.

Great attention to detail, everything is covered. From a warm welcome, in-depth introduction for how to get the best experience from the sauna, float or massage to complementary tea after the session where you can sit and relax in their hang out room.
