I would suggest if possible to avoid this business. When you go inside, the shop looks quite clean and visually appealing however, the first thing you will notice is that there are no prices on any items, not one! This is not only deceptive trading but illegal as per ACCC requirements for vendors selling to consumers. This is a disingenuous sales model as you have already gone to the counter with the goods and otherwise just pay for the item. Being in a central precinct , they have adopted this as a deceptive sales strategy to dupe their clientele. Coupled with the sheer lack of pricing, the pricing is extortion! $12.95 for a 10 packet of band-aids haha - ridiculous! When I mentioned to the owner his obligations as a retailer he said he didn't care and to just get out of his store. Unfortunate that we have such decietful operators who flagrantly flout our consumer rights. So in summary - I would think twice before supporting such a business, there are much better and more honest operator around - support them instead.
Extremely expensive, milk that passed it used by date, refusal to honour Lifestyle discount for milk and bread (previously honoured) and racist shop assistant more interested in the radio program he was listening to than serving customers. Will never return.
This place is very bad and the cashier is very rude i just wanted to buy noodles and use the hot water but the cashier was being rude said no. This place closing way before 10 o’clock
My friends were called 'cheap indians' from the white guy sitting behind the desk. Very rude, disrespectful and a very racist behaviour.
Racist experience from one of my mates. Horrible and Unfriendly service. Would never recommend anyone to shop from here.
Nice little shop with a good variety of stuff. Great for quick shopping when you do not have time to go to a supermarket
Customer service is very friendly everytime I visit this shop it's so clean & good also love all the American snacks.
Trying to contact them but can't. On Monday I bought two dare iced coffees and my card is now charged for $41
Good service & very clean shop, although it's bit expensive but worth buying the American stuffs ⭐ …
Expensive but also has snacks that would maybe be harder to find.
No price tags and weirdly high prices when you have to pay
