Why contact Police when they treat victims as perpetrators, toss evidence to the side and create "their own stories" to fit their lack of duties, treat people like they are guilty not innocent, even though our law states we are all innocent till proven guilty. Sargents share personal, private records with others without permission and disregard our basic human rights. Wish I had better things to say but unfortunately their lack of ability to follow the laws that governed them and our safety has superceded any positivity or safety they don't provide. Further more, they let the community watch team, especially the retired unit run around harassing people, following, videoing people with no guidance or laws to govern their behaviours. The street community watch units all have illegal limo tint and no licences plate lights which is against the laws. ENOUGH SAID! You are all out of control and breaking so many laws it's sickening and scary.

If it was possible, I would have choose to rate 0/5. Whenever we report a gas drive off, the operator would try to blame us for the drive off. For instance this happened today, customer tried his card & transaction didn’t go through at pump, we reset the pump & customer got the gas. We would usually tell the customer that they have to pay inside, though pump screen does show message “transaction canceled & pay inside” & would keep beeping at end of getting gas. We were busy & didn’t tell the customer, customer eventually took off. When reporting this incident, operator said “ I wouldn’t have noticed this myself & would have left”. She yelled at me & interrupted me while I was explaining how pumps would display message to pay inside , asking my first & last name. Such a shame!

I had called the cops Thursday on a woman I live with who Harassed me and threatened me. The police were mocking me and the situation I was in and turned it into a huge joke. Not funny at all. They tried to justify the person stating they had mental illness and that was that. I had found out that there was previous roommates that had called the police on her and I had found out more things about this situation and called today to asked the operator for some legal advice and she was completely rude and hung up on me. 10/10 would not recommend. Very disappointed with our legal system!!

So far, living in the east end, we look after ourselves. Had my motorcycle stolen and they didn't even show up, went in to see why, no honest reason, no call from the supposed officer taking care of it, they didn't know what it looked like, didn't know the colour or nothing about the description of the bike but they said they where investigating? Never ever heard from them. Found the motorcycle on my own 5 weeks later, thanks to the O.P.P , Brockville Police and Gananoque Police for helping.

I had the utmost respect for Kingston force until now. It was a disgrace to you, Kingston and too Canadian people for what you’d did in Ottawa . As a former fire fighter I will help anyone in need still to this day and will continue to do so. Stealing from someone is bottom of the barrel and you know it. I now will never look at you the same ever again. My respect for you is totally gone

Lucky to be in Kingston, Saturday two robbers took my entire purse with my wallet, from my van,infront of Walmart and I was worried about privacy of myself and my child ,they caught the theif and, police Chuck came to our home and spoke to my child and clarified his concerns. policemen was so supportive ,without no judgement or blame game. I was relieved after that conversation.

Every interaction I have ever had with an officer I have been impressed with their professionalism. HOWEVER, calling in to get any kind of information or obtain a record is almost impossible. You are put on hold, and if someone actually talks to you they are rude and unhelpful. Operator was clearly overwhelmed, HIRE MORE PEOPLE or Change the system, it doesnt work.

Friendly staff and officers that go over and above. The station is clean and conveniently located. There is sufficient public parking out front of the building. Within this building is central records, collision reporting centre and information. #localguides

Second time someone broke into my car. When I call to report the theft they tell me to go and fill out a form online. It’s ridiculous. More than 30% of our municipality taxes go to the city police and when you need them they do nothing.

One Staff Sergeant was extremely rude without cause. KPD Police Chief should send rude clowns back to basic training - permanently. Toronto Police Services suggested he may have been having a bad day. I still think the guy is a jerk.

The video released on fb of your officers stealing gas cans from a truckers truck is a criminal offense. Your chief better have these low life cops charged. This is a disgrace to the badge. Learn your jobs and learn the law .

I have called the police several times to complain about noise. They've never done anything about it. Tonight I've tried for a half an hour they don't answer their phone and when you do get on the line they drop your call.

Just watched a video of 5 officers kneeing and punching a gentleman no older then 20 in the face repeatedly until he wasn't moving. Sick sick sick!!!! Excessive force for what boy? You not remember the oath you took??

They were very gentle when they handcuffed me, and their patrol vehicles are incredibly roomy. Smooth driving and very friendly! Overall, very professional. Will get arrested by them again, for sure.

I used to think very highly of Kingston Police but with the recent experience i had with them, i've changed my mind i am very disappointed and upset on how they treat you like you are nobody.

I called because someone's car was blocking the only exist to our residential parking lot. They reached the owner and got it to move in lest than five minutes. Professional and efficient.

Pulled me over and almost walked away without telling me why -- because there was no reason! I think they're bored and need more people to harass.

It's a shame that your badges are stealing fuel from the convoy in Ottawa, very disgraceful and not Canadian in any way shape or form !!

The operator gave me additude, cut me off, and basically hung up on me because I was asking for legal advice.

The service is fast and is a pretty cool facility. I had the pleasure of taking a tour of the inside.
