"Predatory government agency looking for as much money as possible"
"Not too many people were there besides the employees"
"Been to New Orleans and man, it's crazy how you neglect the residents and their needs"
"It's a far disappointment when no one in the city police department enforces handicap parking on private property why even have a sign if you're not going to enforce it That's a shame the city doesn't know what they're doing doesn't know how to run the city or make laws"
Total waste of time, just want to renew my engineer license. NO PUBLIC ALLOWED IN CITY HALL! You meet a receptionist downstairs, they give you form to fill out, put it and envelope and drop it in a bin. Hopefully someone will either call you or email you. Maybe I will be proven wrong and everything will go smoothly. Time WILL tell!
Predatory government agency looking for as much money as possible. Latoya is somehow worse than her predecessors in terms of attempting to fleece citizens out of every penny they have. From endless traffic cams to absurd parking tickets to a permit office concerned solely with cash, the priorities of city hall in Nola is a joke.
Not too many people were there besides the employees. I was in and out. Went to the 4th floor, assessors Office. The lady that waited on me that's very kind and helpful. There was one other person to see someone in there. City Hall has never been so quiet. But when I had to do did not take very long. That was a blessing.
Been to New Orleans and man, it's crazy how you neglect the residents and their needs. Fix the residential roads because they are giant craters unlike anything I've even seen and I've been to almost every state and Canada. This is an absolute disaster. Why don't you care about your people? Why do they pay tax?

I went to New Orleans City Hall to update my address as I recently moved. There was a security check upon entrance. I found the voter registration office with the help of some friendly city employees. The update of my address went pleasantly quickly. A great experience.
How do you justify a 9.45% sales tax? Where does this money go? The streets are filthy and there are homeless mentally ill and/or drug addicts roaming the streets. Not to mention that the roads are horrible and a laughing stock amongst New Orleans citizens and tourist.
OMG! I always dread going to City Hall. Today I had the most fantastic experience. Everyone, and I mean everyone was over-the-top nice friendly and helpful. The office that I was in, the assessor's office, was also clean, neat and organized.
City Hall was customer friendly. I was able to take care of my business. The people in property management( Ava Mone), assessor's office and in code enforcement ( Ms. Lucille) were very knowledgeable and directed me to where I needed to go.
I recently visited the City of New Orleans for a vacation and I was thoroughly impressed. This great city offers something for everyone, whether you are a couple, a group of friends, or a family. The city is filled with amazing attractions
Inaccurate hours. They were closed on the Dec 30th when Google maps said they were open. I’m sure there is a city website that says they were closed but most people use Google maps. It’s usually a good experience though when you can get in.
I got a ticket for doing 27 in a 20 mph zone a car was passing me in the picture going the opposite way at the same time. A police officer writing the ticket makes sure that your in violation of the law, these computers make mistakes this
This place is atrocious. Nobody knew where to send me to pay off a ticket and get my permit returned. Everyone is on their phones like they don't have government jobs. I was referred or just handed off to at least 6 people before they got
I had not been to City Hall since years before Katrina. I do recall then staff/personnel were always friendly and helpful. I recently attended a City Planning Meeting and the staff/personal continue to be very friendly (5 stars) & helpful
There is so much history here. Great restaurants and art scene and a lot of fun to be had. It's a shame the city won't put any money back into repairing the basics. The roads and especially sidewalks are the absolute worst I've seen
The problem with The fist black woman president of Harvard… she looked like a man..no feminine qualities whatsoever…so the first woman President of Harvard was in actuality was a man.
Having heard about the cyber attack on City Hall , I called to ask if Traffic Court would be open .. The young lady was TOTALLY polite , but did not know for sure , so she gave me a
Rudest Employees I have ever met. No wonder the city cannot get anything done. No one wants to answer questions, all they do is give you the run around and hope you go away.
I checked in for jury duty but I'm not scheduled until April 2021. However I used the time for early voting and everything was run quickly and efficiently. …
City Hall of New Orleans is a decaying, rundown building that stands in the CBD and is as broken, decayed and tattered on the inside as it is the outside.
I got my first Covid-19 shot yesterday at City Hall. I have to say it was actually very pleasant to get vaccinated. Everything was very well organized.
Getting better as time goes on, but still not allllll the way there. Despite being the place of "all things business In New Orleans"; doing business
Lack of police presence in the city is shameful. Roads are in disrepair. Would love to come spend time in New Orleans but afraid to bring my family.
Great city to visit and the food is delicious!! I love that it’s very diverse and if all else fails you can hang out in French Quarters.
Drop off my parents ballets, but its was great walking the hallways, last time there was in 1978, long time. Love my hometown.
Oh don't mind this meter maid, illegal parked, while writing parking tickets. New Orleans is trash.
Very cool mid-century modern building. Filled with Asbestos and soon to be demolished, I was told.
There are some very interesting historical leftovers in this building ,such as letter boxes.
I always get results when I get things done at City Hall.
