Just like the one 's on epping road and the development that has engulfed meadowbank And dont forget opposite the Ranch hotel near maquarie centre.just no end to the greed and parramatta are just as bad. And now with silly land value valuations , everybody loves the big increases in value., So do the councils as your rates are levied on a percentage of these values!!!!!!!!
