They sure know how to screw over applicants of their internship program. They stated that their internship application expires on the 12th of June on my university career portal. However I clicked the link to complete the application on their website and there it said that it had expired on the 1st of June! I would highly recommend that people NOT apply for their internship program if they continue to screw over people like this

Had reported suspected asbestos dump in front of our house on 30 March. The inspector was promised to call me back in 1-2 days. Week later I was told that Greg called me but the phone did not respond (checked - it was a lie). All together - 4 calls and 4 weeks later. No response, Greg is never available. Only once before this I had an enquiry to the Ryde Consulate. Same swiftness and attitude - a hallmark of this organization.

No consistency in fining cars parked on grass verge. My son's car broke down and we pushed it onto the grass verge so it would not block the street or our driveway. He got a ticket. Six other vehicles parked on the grass verge along the road did not.

Customer services not helpful in making a simple update in billing address change so that I can actually pay the council bill. All I want to do is pay the bill. Make it easy.

Shame on you, there is no single decent parent room in the whole Eastwood.
