My husband and myself visited Clark branch of IBN BATTUTA. On 5 of November morning shift ,clearly there was a sale , on choosing the shoes the male sale man was so aggressive and uncooperative especially when my husband asked him for a new peace of one of the shoes (we bought 4 shoes in a minute)that already looked use .in a rude way he answered this a sale item as if he making us a favour and giving us something from his own pocket , we let it go , but on choosing one pair for my son. They looked inside saying the pair is missing and offer to buy another one not even the same color or style or even the sale percentage , I gave him my number and asked him to call when he find the shoes I picked and send it to my son already , immediately after I left he ask his female colleague to call me telling a story even 5 years old child will not believe it that the same shoes was bought yesterday and the guy forget the pair what a coincidence the minute I left the costumer show up , any how. A true costumer advice male sale man need a training on how to respect and treat costumers or better look for another job, female staff need to lie in a better way and sure these people can’t work under pressure hope you can take this review seriously and have a talk with your staff Clark

This once used to be quality shoemaker .. any leather shoes u buy now will show wrinkles on leather and the reason is they shifted operations to China as told by staff, I bought 2 pairs and showed shabby and wrinkled after 3 weeks and they refuse to return They mentioned any leather shoes wrinkles will show and they receiving many complaints because of that! If u need quality leather shoes .. avoid this Clarcks brand at all!

Clarks MOE is amazing, I shopped for my Dad and uncle very nice leather article but I had size issue two time I have asked for the size change and even once design change after purchasing the staff in MOE branch is very professional and helping the always cooperate with me and provided me exactly what I wanted without any trouble. Highly recommended

Shop trading hours are stated online and at the information desk as having a closing time of 10pm. Shutters were completely down by 21.50. Disappointing! I was coming in to purchase.

A bit crowded on a Saturday afternoon and only 3 salesperson to help. They don't have children's shoes, only adult sizes.
