I went to Class A Jewellers to reset my Engagement ring, and buy a new wedding band. It was on our to do list for a few years, since my original engagement ring had a cracked claw. On the spur of the moment urge, I called Class A for an appointment that day. The lovely ladies accommodated an appointment with the designer within the hour. When I arrived, the whole team worked together to look after me. My phone battery was running out, so they quickly ran around to source a USBC charger. They also showed me their Ring Bar, which hosts dozens of engagement rings with different settings and claws and bands to try on. This is a great feature for engagement ring shoppers! Working with Daniel the designer was wonderful. Daniel's knowledge and experience really helped hone in on my final design. He provided guidance where certain designs or features would not be practical for my life and provided recommendations to enhance the design or improve the diamonds shine. Daniel also advised me on what to expect and be mindful of, as I was transitioning from platinum rings to 18k gold rings. Like, please for the love for all that is holy DO NOT wear your rings to clean the house, gym or do any laborious tasks . I think he saw the state of my original rings and had heart palpitations from their hacked up state. The final product are absolutely stunning and I could not ask for anything more perfect. Class A Jewellers also re-evaluated the rings and provided a certificate for insurance purposes, as an added complimentary service. Daniel also urged me to come in every few months to have the rings complimentary cleaned and polished to keep them looking shiny for years to come. My husband and I would be spending 20 years of union next year, so I already told him to start planning his next trip to Class A Jewellers .

My partner decided to go with Class A jewellers because they had the greatest variety of rings. Knowing I hadn't put much thought into a ring, Jessica assisted him in making a decision on a diamond to propose with. He had it on loan and as I wanted something a little different to the norm, I was able to go from there making a ring. Jessica helped us throughout the entire ring making process. Being an incredibly indesicive person, she was able to guide me through what would suit best and really understood what I was trying to achieve. I went into the store multiple times and we had more than a few emails flying around to try to pick out a stone and design that I felt suited me the best. Jessica made the process really easy, she was so patient and has an indepth knowledge of ring making. Class A also made a model ring which was great to visualise the final product. I just had my engagement ring remodelled at Class A Jewellers and I am so, so pleased with the whole experience (and my new ring). I made an appointment with Daniel via the website. He contacted me via email later that same day. He had reviewed the images I uploaded of my original engagement ring, and gave me a brief idea of what was possible. Then, at the appointment itself, Daniel presented us with multiple options to achieve what I was after. We also discussed additional options, but only after I had raised them. At no point did I feel pressured to make any particular decision, and I never felt rushed to reached a decision. Upon suggestion from Daniel, they also took the old centre diamond from my original ring and made it into a pendant. It's a simple, elegant piece and I love that I can still wear my original engagement diamond everyday. Today I collected my remodelled ring and pendant, and I am blown away with how amazing they both look. They are just beautiful! The craftsmanship with which each item has been made is superb. I can't stop looking at them and smiling. I really can't recommend Class A Jewellers enough. I would go back there in a heartbeat for any of my jewellery needs.

I am absolutely overwhelmed by the fantastic final outcome of my remodelled engagement ring. I was dealing with Daniel throughout the whole process. I told him what I liked and showed him a few images of similar designs so that he could get some ideas. Daniel made suggestions of what could be done and drew up a sketch of what he thought i would like and also sent me autocad images of the design. It was exactly what i wanted and approved the design. The jeweller/s did a fantastic when job remodelling my original ring into my dream ring. When I got the call to come and pick up my ring, I could not believe how beautiful it turned out. I contacted ClassA jewellers as I needed to get a replacement Engagement and Wedding band as the ones I had from another well known jeweller had lost 6 diamonds over the course of two years. I was lucky enough to deal with the wonderful Donna who accommodated to my every need. She helped my choose my design, gave me a list of diamonds from to choose the exact size, colour and quality that I wanted and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Everytime I went in there or called up, all the other team members were extremely friendly and helpful. I picked up my new rings are they are perfect! Providing the CAD design render and silver cast prototype meant I felt involved in every step of the process and could easily visualise my final ring prior to manufacture, which was incredible. I was really impressed with Class A Jewellers. I had visited a few other jewellers for quotes prior to visiting Class A, but Class A are really something special. Their premises are beautifully laid out and they have a large selection on show. Their staff are also amazing! I dealt with Teagan who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and friendly. When collecting our wedding bands we were served by Josh. After following instructions he charged us for some jewellery cleaning, no problem. An hour or so later he called to say he didn't think it was right to have charged us for the cleaning and spoke with the manager and that the charges would be refunded. He then organised with a colleague to manage the refund as he wouldn't be in the store the day we were coming back. Myself and my fiancé aren’t big jewellery people and we didn’t really know what we wanted for wedding bands but the whole experience with Class A was so easy. Sonia looked after us and was really patient, helpful and responsive and not pushy. I ended up getting a custom made wedding band which is quite unique, but very me, and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. These guys were incredible to deal with!!! Having gone down the custom jewellery path twice before with reputable jewellers, I can say that the service, quality and results from Class A were truly excellent! CAD Graphics designing means you can see, alter and understand the design, so there is no room for misunderstandings or errors. All of the staff I dealt with were lovely. I made an appointment to have several pieces of jewellery made/remodelled. I was asked to take a range of photos and jewellery to show my taste so I prepared for the appointment. I arrived at Class A to be told that the designer was away. I realise people get sick but they had my number and could have called to inform me before I drove there. There was no apology or acknowledgement of the issue. Disappointing.

I have been very lucky to have several custom made pieces by Class A Jewellers. I was originally referred to them about 20 years ago by a friend and I'm so happy to have been a customer (perhaps too regular a customer if you ask my husband!) since then. All their staff provide wonderful customer service...very welcoming and attentive but most importantly the pieces they have created for me are perfect!

Class A we’re really caring and helpful when selecting engagement and wedding rings last year. There was no such thing as a silly question and I felt really comfortable in end - something I didn’t feel with other jewellers I visited. I was fortunate enough to win an A Class Diamond and Ben made myself a superb Sunflower Ring with the diamond and beautiful yellow sapphires. Ben's work is truly outstanding and he helped create a very sentimental piece for me. The Class A Jeweller team are fabulous and I can’t recommend them enough. I lost a stone in an heirloom ring and the team were so kind and helpful. Not only did they reset the stone, they fixed the setting so the ring looks brand new again even though it’s very old. They are absolutely magic at what they do!
