Let me tell you about this cake shop in Melbourne that's truly one of a kind. Not only do they specialize in unique cakes like the Elsa cake (perfect for any Frozen fanatics out there) and delicious Egyptian Arabic Eid pastries, but the owner and his team are absolute baking geniuses. The first time I tried their cake, I couldn't believe how moist and flavorful it was. It was like a party in my mouth, and I wanted to invite all my taste buds to join in on the fun. And don't even get me started on their Eid pastries - they're so good, I'd swear they were made by the Egyptian gods themselves. But as amazing as this cake shop is, there's one downside: I live too far away from them. It's a tragedy, really. Every time I take a bite of one of their delectable treats, I feel like I'm being transported to a magical land where sugar is king and all my worries disappear. But then reality sets in, and I realize I can't just pop in whenever I want. So if you're lucky enough to live near this bakery, don't take it for granted! Go grab a cake or some pastries and savor every bite. And if you're like me and live too far away, just know that you're missing out on something truly special.

I ordered a customise cake for a child’s birthday party over a week prior to the pickup. On the date of pickup upon reaching the store the staff was asking the most basic questions eg. what colour the decoration on the cake were, they even didn’t know what to write on top of the cake. All these questions were being asked 2 hours after the pickup time. After making us wait for 20mins while they were making the cake we finally got to see how badly they had messed it. It was nothing like we asked but we had to no option but to go ahead with the cake for the birthday party. It didn’t look visually appealing nor was the taste good. It had too much cream, even cracks all around.

I placed a cake order yesterday for a staff morning tea today. When I went to collect at 10:00AM, which was the agreed time, the shop door was locked and all the lights were off. I could see a staff member working in the back. Despite several phone calls and knocking on the door no one attended. I waited 15 minutes outside thinking someone might respond. Finally, decided to go to the CheeseCake Shop and purchased a cake. I used to be a regular customer but now I don't think I can rely on this shop.

Zero star .. Very disappointed … Really not happy with their service .. We ordered the cake for my daughter and the cream was so bitter , no one could not take a second bite in the party .. My daughters birthday was ruined couldn't even eat her own cake, ,she was so heartbroken and upset.When I called them they said they are not sure about that ..They just said Manager will call me back and after that I have not received any call from them…

Very worst customer service I ordered a big cake for my kids birthday and this guy gave me a small cake and when I told him the same thing this person is saying just come and take away your extra money and just hang the call and was really rude when talking on call. Inspite of his mistake he don’t have the minimum manners to deal with the customer. Very rude

I ordered a customised blue colour cake. They put too much colour and when we cut it the colour was very strong and left stains on fingers , face and teeth no body eat the cake. The flavour was also not good. I went in the shop but one girl said they will get back to me. But nobody called me or felt sorry and no compensation. Really disappointed.

Oh my god ! I had the tiramisu cake which my husband got for my birthday and it was just simply delicious! I enjoyed it thoroughly! Also, birthday cakes usually are left over for the next day but not this one! The friends who had come to wish also loved it equally, confirming that the cake was very tasty and enjoyable!

My partner called up and ordered a cake from these guys to be specially made. They did not take her phone number. When she went to Pick It up at 4pm they had sold it to another customer and told us that it was out fault for not coming earlier. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Won't be ordering anything from here again

I’ve ordered a few different cakes multiple times over the years here and I must say they never disappoint! The red velvet cake was the best cake I’ve ever had. Their cakes are very fluffy and moist. The Egyptian owner is so kind aswell! 100% recommend run don’t walk!

Cake is delicious and I always buy from there, but the staff needs to keep bag so if children are there so carry cake will be easier. Most of the time the staff says they run out of bag and I don't understand why don't they run out of cakes :) …
