I've been to this Clicks clinic twice and happened to see the same Sister. I received gentle care and great advice beyond what was required. The facility is also clean and private. I would highly recommend this Clicks clinic. The online booking system is currently terrible but a simple call will get you a booking in less than 5min.

After waiting ages in an under staffed queue I was told they had lost my prescription. The pharmacist was rather rude and walked away in the middle of our conversation. I was condescendingly told to go and get a new prescription, which I will have to pay for, as it was quote “not their problem”. Most disappointed.

Xavier, the pharmacist, was incredibly helpful, efficient and professional. He called me back after I requested 6 months supply of medication and ensured that it would be available for collection by the patient for whom I was requesting it the very next day. Thank you for the excellent service.

Nice big store and has almost everything on offer. Instore ramps on either side of the 3 steps down aren't clearly marked though. The right side is the exit from the till points so it's easy to go down that side without noticing this like I

EDIT: I'm glad to report that the complaints department is very swift, and we were able to reach a plan of action to smooth out the process. It's too soon to report on improvement yet, but I am hopeful about continuing to shop with Clicks

Pathetic Service from the dispensary and associated management. No interest in the ill and the urgency to dispense medication.
