Service us always good, but today no one was controlling ques for social distancing by the tills at the pharmacy people were justixed up,,what really shocked me again:was the female security officer who was Athens door around 16:45 taking temperature for customers who were getting in, I asked her is my temp okay, she said yes just go yr temperature is fine, I was concerned because it was rating,3; something to me and everyone who was entering that store so I realized that our health is in jeopardy here clicks just wants money they don't care about covid19

The service I receive from Clicks in Signet Terrace is appalling. I went to the dispensary to collect my medication, firstly when I got to the dispensary no one was there I waited and saw a member of the dispensary staff but the point blanks ignored that I was there. Secondly I signed up to be reminded to collect my repeats but every month I don't get a message and every month I have to give them my cellphone number but every month it changes to a number I don't even know.

the are the worse special the manager at the place who wanted to send back because I had ten rands noted that was old, She literally mistreated me in front of the customer and shaming plus tell me that she won't accept my money, after spending R2500 on repeat medicine that my medical aid paid for R10 was for the extra. Had a traumatic ordeal today in the store, lost a lot of blood in the store. Staff took me to the back office, checked up on me every minute, were very helpful and ensured that i was okay before they could accompany me to my car. Thank you very much ladies for the help.

I think it unnecessary for self medication patients to wait in the same queue as prescription clients, e.g waiting 20mins for a box of allegex that you can get at any pharmacy, the ticket system and the counter assistance must be in sync,

Great deals. Pharmacy can do better on their long waiting time. Staff should know their product shelves as I was informed by one of them that she is only working with the tablet shelve. I personally do not know this as a consumer.

This store has pathetic service. I was always overcharged as the prices of the products are not marked correctly on the shelves. Check your slips !! Staff are very unhelpful,slow and of no use !

The staff is friendly and showed dedication towards what they do. Vaccination is offered for free to the customers who requires it. The store is neat and the layout is perfect.

Clicks have a tendency to indicate the wrong prices at the shelves and when paying , you will note a supervisor constantly at the tills to authorize the price change .

Shelves don't ever have stock of items whether its beginning/middle/end of the month... always has buckets and mops blocking aisles...poor customer service overall

Went to look for Dry nites nappies and was told its discontinued went to Clicks Trade route mall and found lots of it in different sizes for boys and girls …

There were only two cashiers on duty. Had to wait for longer than necessary, but the lady who assisted me pointed out a special I had missed, so I was grateful

Typical clicks, 1 stop for all medication, toiletries etc. Clean, neat and tidy store. Friendly staff however, it's difficult to find someone to help you out.

A smaller branch compared to their others, but very well stocked. You can get everything you need in just one visit. Clean and tidy and good service.

Very long queues to the cash till. No temperature check. No social distancing at the pay stations. I abandoned my shopping and left.

Abit small in comparison to other stores of its like, but you should be able to find everything you need in this type of store.

You can get most of what you need although they don't have as wide a range as the clicks in Trade Route Mall
