First and last visit to this store, really thought of supporting them since it is newly developed after the looting in KZN. Went in to exchange a baby formula that was bought incorrectly, and the manager took my receipt for some time examining the return policies at the back and refused to do the exchange because it was past 30 days, yet another clicks store did the exchange willing no questions asked. A new store should not be showing this kind of attitude if you want to get the attention of new customers... just a tip.

The staff here are always efficient and helpful. They make sure to remind you to take advantage of any specials you may have missed. However, every time you produce your clicks card, there is an extra wait for the manager to come authorize which can be a drag especially if you are in a hurry. Either than that, i always find the products I am looking for.

Good place to shop. Store is neat. Never busy. Staff are helpful.
