Have been waiting on the phone for about 2 hours now, clearly they are having issues or too lazy to answer the phone. Been trying to call up because they have been over charging me for months, since they swapped from fit n fast to club lime, which I’ve emailed head office about. Absolute trash gym, do not recommend.

Until last Thursday they used to call me everyday to come and join the gym and get 4 weeks free and no joining fee. Today I went there the staff told that joining fee is $39 dollars and no free weeks. And me and my friend left and she didn’t make any effort to talk to us at all. Won’t be visiting them again

I stopped going here but forgot to cancel my membership. Now they won't let me cancel my membership because of outstanding fees and they continue to charge me for the service even tho I'm not using it. And just today they took $100 out of my account without warning I'm not happy with this company

I sent them an email during the period in which they stayed closed for months doing a refurbishment (understandable) saying: ‘I’m looking for a gym closer to home, please do not recommence my membership’ Apparently this was not clear

Excellent gym and friendly staff members available 24/7 are day and the personal trainers are also just as great so based upon my recommendation drop by and try it out for your self trust me mate you'll love it

Noticed some freeloaders that come in during unstaffed hours and just follow members in the door. Pretty annoying when us members are actually paying for membership. Considering changing gyms

Every single staff member/pt are some of the friendliest people you can meet. The gym is also rarely messy and it always looked after. Honestly the best club lime i go to.
