Thanks for leaving my 73 year old mother in 43 degree with no help. 2 people working. One was on the phone (definitely not a business call) the other one working looking at her but did not stop to just say 'can i help'. Neither one attended to her or even acknowledge that she was there. No customer service AT ALL. Her tyre was flat out the front of your shop and needed to get to her dying husband, not that they should know that but if they took 2 min to ask, can i help you. My husband left work and put the spare on for her and then we took the car to Kmart, and the costumer service was amazing.

Fast and friendly service with fair pricing!! My husbands car was hit on the street outside of our house and I unknowingly drove on some of the shrapnel, resulting in tyre damage. I had originally had my tyre poorly fixed at Bob-Jane, I was also over charged. I called Tyrepower Gawler and explained I needed a puncture repair. They said to drop in, and fixed it straight away. I watched curiously in their workshop as they showed me what was wrong with their previous workman ship, very interesting. This is how you gain loyal customers, I will tell the rest of the town.

Amazing service. I'm not a local, but needed new tyres and rear globe light replaced. I just rocked up, no appointment and was quickly attended to. I explained my situation and Michael understood and got me a comparable price on tyres. The team even went and found a replacement rear light box thingy and also did another light globe that had gone too. All that for under $550. They got me out of a sticky situation and I could drive off on my merry way in about an hour. The best service and help I've had in a very long time. Facts. I recommend Gawler Tyrepower 100%

Booked my vehicle in specific time to get a wheel alignment done and a puncture repair so it can be done while I was at an appointment, said it would be a bout an hour which was well and good but afterwards went back and my vehicle hadn’t moved from the spot I left it. Finally a few hours later I get a call saying everything’s been done. Tyre is now going flatter faster than before the puncture repair. Not happy at all. Waste of money

Went in last week to get new tyres didn't end up being able to as my car was losing water fast ..they told me what the issue was and refilled the car with water and I got home and hubby fixed it ..went back today got my tyres and it appears they fixed my loose exhaust...I appreciate you guys..your always friendly welcoming and trustworthy...best cluse bros around I never go anywhere else

We needed, we thought 2 new tyres, but in the end decided on 4 new ones, which Tyrepower were able to do straight away, plus fitting, balancing and wheel alignment. They also discovered we needed new wheel nuts. All done with very realistic pricing. A very professional job done which we appreciated at such short notice. Would highly recommend.

Travelled to Gawler with my baby & a friend for Christmas shopping and ended up with a punctured tyre on a stinking hot day. Friendly and knowledgeable service & advice when it comes to performance car tyres. Didn't end up getting my tyres here this time around mostly due to time constraints & found them slightly cheaper elsewhere however I can still recommend these guys, they were great to deal with over the phone. Service started out really good and happy to help. Upon returning a week later to see if my product had arrived after not being contacted, they had no record of me or my order. I said I may as well go else where, to which the team member didnt care. Worse file system and service. Go next door.

Damage my wheel taking weights off and said it’s the way there glued on funny considering iv always gone to other cluse bros and had no issue and they didn’t even balance my wheel and were very rude about it by got a small refund but will not cover coast of having rim fixed

Spoke to Jason over the phone and he was really helpful and talked me through all the prices of tyres suitable for my car. Tyre change was really quick considering how busy they were. Prices were reasonable and was able to get in same day. Will be going there again

Worst customer service I've experienced for a while. Sales persons seemed annoyed that we had walked in to make an enquiry. Came in to get a price on tyre and wheels and it all seem too hard . Like we were an inconvenience as a possible sale. I won't be back.

Tried asking a question about tyres, Jason was rude and told me to hang on. Came back and asked what i wanted, again was quite rude, justvsaid ye cmon down buddy, see what we can do.. ..but you have not let me finish. Wanted to ask the price first....

Terrible customer service, rang to organize a booking to have new tires fitted, guy was sooo rude on the phone, that I decided to go elsewhere. No way I’d give my money to someone like that. Rang their competitor who was just so helpful.

Michael went out of his way to source a rim that would fit my car, when sourced it was a 10 min job to fit and they disposed of the old rims for me. A fantastic service that I would recommend to anyone. Great local business.

This tyre business has restricted vehicle access. Do not attend with a caravan... you'll be told to back out on to a busy road without assistance, and to reverse in. This is pretty rough if you happen to be nudging 70.

Had my shock absorbers & 2 new tyres fitted. It was done quickly & my car feels so much better now. Great customer service too. Definitely will go back again & would highly recommend going there to anyone.

Got some high quality tyres at a great price. They have heaps of stock so didn't need to book. Just rocked up and soon had nice new tyres. They only needed the car just over an hour too.

The helpfull manager and staff fixed my flat tyre checked tyre pressures in 45 minutes when they were really busy on a sat morning and for 30 bucks. Cheers guys.
