When I needed insurance in my name after a divorce, I went with Cooperators. I've been a great customer considering my premiums are all paid for and up to date, even during hiccups, and I've had a 27 year incident free driving record. This year, I got my renewal to find an increase by a significant margin. Given the level of which I have communicated with this team in the past, I know that if I mention a concern, it will likely fall on deaf ears, or perhaps they could match a better price. But when I call another insurance company, the very first one in fact, and get a rate that's $30 less than what I was paying, and even significantly less than I've paid, I can't help think priorities aren't falling on customers, let alone those who have fixed income earning potential. Glad I looked into options. I suppose the onus should have been on me to fact check each renewal. My bad.

Always problems with claims when not at fault. (But that’s the claims department, not these guys physically here. I have to say, from other competitors out there, they work with you and for you, are there when you genuinely need em’ and stand behind their word in anything they say. They’re genuinely here to do what they are in the business for. Difference is the transparency and the type of service is very professional yet personable. Friendly staff know me by name when I walk in. Always nice when, when everybody knows your name, and they’re always glad ya came!! Ha!

Great friendly service that recognizes and remembers clients. Fast, helpful and efficient and always thinking about the clients needs. Would highly recommend.
