I was pleasantly surprised how well organized this particular store was. I was having trouble deciding on what to purchase so I decided to ask for help. The cashier Araceli was very helpful and had a lot of product knowledge. She was very patient and had a great attitude the entire time. Will definitely be returning again!

I love the remodeling of the store. This is my favorite Beauty Supply. I have been going there for 20 plus years. One of the workers, Araceli, is always very helpful whenever I need help. Never rude and always greet people with a smile. The owners value their long time customers and never forget their faces.

The human hair was fake. Was supposed to be 100! The hair was shedding and would not curl. I called to inform them and they said they only refund unopened hair as if I would know this prior to installing. Terrible supply store!!!

I've searched all over Houston for Wonder 8 oil. I could have ordered it online from some other place. But it is well worth the drive to this place Golden Beauty Supply. They have everything... huge store, lots of selections.

I went to this Beauty Supply, I inquired about a specific item; the lady acted as if I was a bother. Just to make sure I was correct I asked about a different item and she conducted herself in the same manner.

Terrible customer service. Every time I go. Wouldn’t recommend. Go to Beauty Empire they take returns if you purchase the wrong product and have a great reward system and you don’t need a ID to get one!
