I always order ahead that so when I arrive my order is ready. This location has been great. Orders always ready when I arrive, even when they're busy. One recommendation I have for customers is to try their drink cold with no ice as this way you prevent your drink from getting watery as the ice melts. Unless you like your drinks really cold.

My friend and I frequently come here to study so I feel like I conditioned myself to want to do chemistry when I’m at this location. Nonetheless, it is a great establishment with good service. The bubble tea orders are always made correctly and they offer seasonal promotions.

I love this Coco location. The interior design and color tones are really nice and bright, and the seating is very comfortable. Additionally, the environment is very clean. I ordered the March special QQ drink with no sugar, which came with sweet photo tapioca and ube. It tasted sweet enough because the milk tea and tapioca already had sweetness.

There’s this one asian worker that’s always in a bad mood like she doesn’t wanna work there. Always give customers bad attitude and thinks she’s it. A huge turn off because her coworkers seems nice yet she brings the team down.

I was there to order Mango Smoothie with Coconut Jelly as an ad-on. Staff greets the customer upon entering the shop. Nice neat and clean place. I love the taste of Mango Smoothie.

Very bad customer service. Came in earlier to buy the brown sugar pearl milk tea in promotion but they said they ran out. Asked if they can substitute the ran out brown sugar pearls for just regular pearls at the same promotional price and they refused.

Very clean restaurant and very friendly service. I would go again and again. They were sold out of tapioca at the time, but will order from here again as it's in a much better location compared to the one nearby at Eglinton and Hurontario.

I love strawberry slush from here , it tastes so good.
