Aweful customer service from May and her colleagues, upon purchasing an item, my daughter found the hem loose and falling apart on pants I returned the item asking for a refund (within 20 minutes). May advised it doesn’t matter that the item is faulty they just don’t give refunds then pointed to a ripped piece of paper in a broken frame?? FYI: Consumer Law clearly states a customer is entitled to a refund for a faulty product. May refused then started asking her colleagues to watch me and called security?? Refund escalated to centre management. Total scammers and store smelled like urine. Never going back!

Absolutely disgusting service! My daughter purchased a dress and realised when she got home the strap was sewn on twisted. We went to return it and they would not have a bar of refunding the money. She offered me a credit note which mind you expires in a month! Their clothes are terrible & of very cheap quality! On the receipt it states ‘no refund for change of mind’ we didn’t change our minds the item was faulty. I will never buy from here again nor would I recommend this store. It’s illegal to refuse a refund! I will lodge a complaint with consumer affairs.

This store is a joke. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy any thing from his store. My sister in law bought a blue dress. However after trying it on the zip broke. After consulting the sales staff then the manager "Hanna"..they still did not want to refund a faulty product. After speaking with consumer affairs they recommend we take it further..very poor service..

Seen negative reviews of customer service. I have purchased a lot of dresses from here and they have always been so helpful and nice to me. Always complimenting me and helping with sizes, zipping up my dress etc. I get everyone has their days, customers can be quite nasty which can affect their moods, seen it first hand. We are only human right...

Not the high point store but Watergardens, so rude on the phone the who time. I had to ask for help and then she tell me the dress only comes in an 8 but the black comes in a 6. I asked her to call high point and she was like they won’t have it there. I said call and check. She just rolled her eyes.

Wish I could give a zero.. Both the ladies have absolutely no idea about customer service. So rude and arrogant as they're having some issues at home and taking out the frustration on customers.. No help for even choosing the clothes. I'm never going ever again! What a waste of time!!

Had a great experience in store, found a dress to attend a wedding quickly The assistant helped me with colour and style options for me to try Didn’t feel pressured and the quality of the dress I bought was surprisingly great, satin, didn’t creases and breathable

Most disgusting customer service I have ever seen. I asked for the price to make sure she was charging me right and literally threw a calculator at me. How disgustly rude. Don’t ever shop here. Her attitude towards her customers are beyond horrible.

The clothes are really good but the customer service just ruins the mood. They have such poor customer service literally don't even greet customers or say a word, sometimes even stare you down. Never going back to this store.

As other people have noted, shocking customer service. And worse, as I left the staff were sniggering behind my back. You may be trying to run a business but customers make your business. Disgusting.
