Shocking, disrespectful staff behaviour. February 1, 2023 At the cost of sounding like an appalled complainant at a police station, I need to mention how rude, disrespectful and shrewd the staff in this joint are. A lady in green met us at the counter. I asked the price of your Excellence beans, she reacted by telling us in a rude, condescending tone "this cup is too expensive, sir, you should buy some other." We enquired again to which the lady had a ruder, more disrespectful tone telling us 2-3 times "this coffee is too expensive for you." When we told her about this she mentioned to us that "I have told you repeatedly this coffee is too expensive" This was perhaps the most disrespectful encounter in a coffee store that we have found. Classist, disgusting, disrespectful and outrageous. Please avoid this store. Also, if you want an excellence certified coffee please go to Kastros. They respect no matter where you come from.

yesterday, i visited this place , First thing its written 1 baja in google and not open properly till 2 second i order for an espresso, and latte The brand say its a specialty coffee shop . and they dont know how to brew a good cup of espresso and dont even know how to make latte , they keep messing up with my drink after telling them, the girl in counter come to me and giving me lecture. Brother the only concern is mined your staff dont want to learn the right thing. it was much better when u were running this over a cart , atleast u were serving the right cafe you guys just ruined my date. and please dont give your customer lecture .

The place felt nice, and the coffee was OKAY, frankly. The iced pour-over, I felt, was a little too dark for my liking. I would have preferred a much lighter roast for my pour-over. I eventually also ordered a flat-white, which was okay. The Korean bun was something that I tried for the first time & I liked it... Overall, Cofe Kala was an OK experience. I'd love if the barista there would ask their guests what roast they want for their coffee, especially manually brewed coffee. ❤️

So today i had an amazing experience at this coffee stall..So this is opened by two students pursuing graduation and along with that working on their passion for coffee ..They have variety of flavours and every flavour holds its own importance and unique flavour..I tried three different flavours and completely loved them ..They really put their heart into it and i felt super motivated watching them working so hard and just look at the way they decorated their stall ..In the daytime they attend their college and in evening they work on their stall.. I recommend all coffee lovers to visit them and enjoy their heavenly coffee ...

Ohk coffee, ohk food. I travelled from almost one corner to another corner of Delhi just to try their coffee. And it disappointed me because 1. Serving was poor, cup was dirty as it was overflowing of coffee. 2. Frothing was not done properly. 3. They have quite big cafe area but it’s on self service mode which was disappointing. Each time or every of your order you have to get up and serve yourself. I am giving 3 star because of the efforts, courage and start up of young people there. I hope they will not feel bad of my feedback and will take it positively and work accordingly. Wishing all the best and hopes to improvement!

Love the ambience. Love the owners. Whenever you enter cofe kala , you can rely on the owners as they will suggest you coffee according to your preferences. Love them.

This place is a hidden gem! I was blown away by the quality and taste. It can easily give the big brands like Starbucks and the over hyped Tim Hortons, a run for their money! The coffee is quite comparable to the coffee in Europe. Amazing stuff!

Amazing work done by kids, one is preparing for CFA and other is in IIT. Coffee was good, pizza have very unique blens of cheese with garnish of parmesan that creates wholesome of experience. Great efforts by our young generation. Best of luck for further expansion

Ahhh! How I miss going to this Kiosk everyday and I end up here. Tried choco hazelnut and it has turned my taste buds on with a photographic taste memory they can't forget. Do visit, it's nothing like you've had before.

Me and my husband visited them today. Wow!!! The set up was the main attraction. However, with the hazelnut frappe going inside I was wondering that these guys can give CCDs and Starbucks a run for their money.
