Cant speak highly enough of The Cog, Danielle has been super in assisting in what was a tricky purchase as scoured the country to get likely the last Roscoe 6 as they are not making any more, thanks also to Ash Hall Cycles and Ash Hall in Echuca who had the last one available, shipped it down to The Cog and yesterday picked it up with a few little extras, then first ride from Warby back to YJ, initial impressions are pretty good! Thanks again to all involved, highly recommend both Warburton and Montrose outlets!! You want a bike - hit The Cog!!

Everybody - this is how you run a customer friendly business! We rented two bikes from them for the trail. Both bikes were in great condition and they even got them down to Lilly dale as we only wanted to do the trail one way. Sadly though we had an accident on the way and couldn’t finish rest of the trail. They were understanding enough to let us leave the bikes midway and didn’t even charge for the full day. Super friendly and nice people. I’m only renting my bikes from here.

We hired two e-bikes and a kids trailer. The staff were very helpful and accommodating even when we changed our minds on the kids seat and swapped a normal bike for another ebike! It was no trouble to them. The two ebikes were brand new and best in class Trek quality. The ride experience with these bikes just makes riding the Warburton trail even more enjoyable especially when towing two toddlers in the trailer behind. We will be back again! Keep up the good work.

Joel is so amazing we had the best experience and bikes were the best qualities and the cafe next door is amazing as well The serving the best experience !! and i would love to go back. He also helped us constantly on call and also explained about the route so well . There are so many ways our sunday could have gone wrong but Joel's help just changed our experience ! thank you

A huge thanks to Joel! I had an unexpected flat tyre on my hire car and Joel, came to the rescue. The spare in the vehicle was also flat. He went above and beyond to assist, managed to plug the hole to allow us to drive to a tyre shop. Legend
