COJ Jorissen Street Braamfontein - Client Services. Staff is rude and arrogant. Clients wait in long queues and when you get to the counter you are told you in the wrong queue. So you then go and wait again and you eventually get called to the counter. As soon as I start my request, your staff receives a call on her cellphone and she takes the call. Nit a care in the world. So once again you have to wait until she finishes her call. I hand her the forms that was handed to me previously to complete, I am now advised its the wrong form and another form is thrown at me to complete. This meant that i had to go back as there are 4 people who has to sign. They sre so rude no respect for elderly people. Is the staff taken off the streets to work there with no training? I went into COJ to link all my municipal services to my new acc and transfer the credits from my previous account. I want to thank Evans who assisted me. While checking on my account he picked up there was a billing error on my new account and immediately escalated the query. He took the time to explain the next steps and I am happy to report that the billing error was resolved. Well done COJ team for working quickly and correcting the error and thank you, Evans, for exceptional customer service. Keep this up and I am sure we can become a world-class city. Now to get my credits transferred
I visited the CoJ Braam offices today. Needed to get all my accounts transferred. I came prepared, expecting to be there for 2-4 hours. I was in, had my query dealt with and was out within 20 minutes. Autman Mavhetha was brilliant. The service is incredible and the upgrade on the offices helps. Well done CoJ for excellent service!
Today I tried to log a dispute with COJ, Andile Bafo told me to go to Loveday across town, needless to say their systems were also offline. I retured and was told to go to the legal department on floor 1. I sat for 2hrs. No one came out. After two years of trying to resolve a dispute I am about to give up.
