As first-time home buyers, my husband and I didn't exactly know what we were looking for. As a first-time homebuyer buying with my parents as partners, my situation posed various challenges and Hania was fantastic. We appreciated that Hania was a great listener, patient, knowledgeable, and no-pressure. Hania helped us clarify what we wanted (all three of us) and helped us find good prospective matches. This being my first time, I had many questions and Hania was great about answering them thoroughly, thoughtfully, and in a timely fashion. I never felt pressured, and truly appreciated her reassuring nature any time I worried I could possibly be wasting her time. It's tough to decide on a first property to purchase, and though I made an offer on one place before deciding my heart was set on a different one, she was so empathetic and kind throughout the entire process and trustworthy when it came to negotiating, inspection, etc that I would happily recommend her to anyone and look forward to working with her again down the road.

We first met him at an open house for another realtor and we just really connected. From that point forward, he was incredibly responsive, attentive, and thorough. He set us up with a number of property tours, helped us get a sense of what we were looking for and what the market was, and then gave us honest and helpful feedback throughout. We were out of the country for part of our buying/closing process, and Christopher went out of his way to support us and communicate with us. We would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Ryan Lile is so much more than a real estate agent. He's a great listener (part therapist, really) who could tease out what was working and not working about the numerous places we visited. He was always nimble and flexible, sometimes adding new showings to our roster while on the fly. He's consistently responsive and attentive, even on weekends and evenings. I never felt any sort of pressure or that I was an inconvenience. I will forever remember what a painless (maybe even fun!) process he made my search for a home—even in a market that was extremely difficult. Kudos to Ryan and to Coldwell Banker Bain!

I loved how available, willing and communicative Kelly was! She always was a phone call or text away and she worked her butt off to get the deal closed on the house we were purchasing.
