Mr. Amritpal Singh saini ...one of the default realtor associated with coldwell. He is not only specialized in making deals with cheating but also help doing mortage on forged papers. He forced us to get a house which was talent occupied with a promise to sell the house with a huge benefit in future but after the deal he changed his words. As a realtor no one should advise a client to buy an occupied property .He is very unprofessional, unethical and rude realtor I have ever seen in my life. Will definitely go to RECO file a complaint against him ..wish to give a zero star if possible.

Salesperson here are not professional. There is one agent from whom we bought the house and he himself was the owner of that house. He just did deal at their end only as he himself was the owner. He fooled us on selling time that he will do all the renovations in the house but he did nothing. It is our first house and as you knw first house is always the dream house in this country.... but is literally mean and very wrong person... i would never recommend anyone about this company and specially that agent who is a BIG FRAUD AND CHEATER......
