WARNING WASTE OF MONEY!!!! Honestly wouldn't waste your money with the drive-thru wash. For one the water used is stagnant and leaves your car smelling of rotten egg's also the spot free is an absolute joke my car left like it was just hosed down and was left with a sticky residue from the soap, I had to polish my car when I got home, kind of defeated the purpose in the first place and this was for the premium wash! Used the Auto car wash today, after waiting for the attendant to repair the machine as it stalled with previous vehicle in middle of wash. I used the Maxi Wash and it was a waste of time and money after waiting for an hour my car was just as dirty after wash as it was before it, air drier doesn't dry the car at all after the wash cycle and consequently as you drive home all the water droplets dry leaving the car covered in white spots. This machine is worn out and useless, do yourself a favor go somewhere else

Some advice for the self service bays: If you have a REALLY dirty car (in my case, a Hyundai van that was filthy), don't waste time (and money) with the "pre wash soak". Go straight to the soapy broom thing. The lance isn't really high pressure, so it doesn't do a great job of removing really stuck on dirt, just make sure you get in close! Also, the countdown timer is difficult to see, especially when you're busy. $2 lasts about 3 minutes.

General Comments Car wash worked a treat nice and clean. Service 8/10 (Service refers to the helpfulness of staff. Entry staff to food service through to cleaning service). Facilities 7/10 (Are the facilities modern and up to date. Cleanliness around walking areas eating areas and toilet areas). Speed and Accuracy 8/10 (What is the wait time to process payment? Was the product info given accurate or a pitch?)

Was told that my 1.95m clearance 4wd was unsuitable for their 2.4m clearance auto wash due to the UHF ariel not being able to be removed. The ariel has never touched this car wash or any like it in the past and even if it did.... it's on a spring and would just fold over. I'll just go back to my regular one on Logan road in future where they train their staff properly.

$15 the lot is good value for washing off the salt from your truck coming back from the beach. 2.25 m clearance and the staff are lenient on your snorkel - if you take on the responsibility. Add another $2 for 2 minutes high-pressure hose for those parts that are hard to reach and your all done below $20 in about half an hour.

Just put more powerful hand wash guns in, but as normal you insert coins and select the cycle you want only for it to take 20-30 seconds to change over losing your time on that cycle and having to put more money in. Have a pause button available so the timer is not counting down when the spray is not being used

It's ok. There are always long lines because people haven't discovered all the car washes along Beaudesert road. It was out of commission recently because someone smacked the auto wash. But the staff are always super nice and I am very happy with the quality of the wash and vacuum and fragrance.

I visited on 30th July between 12:00 pm -12:30pm. Staff was very unfriendly and uncooperative. I took the car for express wash and vacuuming. my card didn’t allow the cash out buf she still charged $22 reducing down to $20. She had not been talking properly in first place

Automatic car wash is good but the vacuum and fragrance machine is matained very bad. Vaccum pipe damaged and fragrance doesn't work when switched to it. The staff is rude and claims that the fragrance machine never has an issue . Glad it was just a dollar gone in drain.

Place was absolutely filthy with rubbish all over the ground, couldn't tell what setting I was using half of the time because the cheap little stickers for the dial and come off and some of the settings didn't even work. Place is not looked after at all.

The queue is out of control, blocking the driveway and car parks of the petrol station. The cleanliness is standard, as in cleans most of your car. I wouldn't say it shines, but it's clean. Not worth the wait in the queue.. unless you go late at night

Needs to have a sign visibly stating that you need to buy a ticket in store. Waited for some time before having to reverse out as I was under the impression you could pay at the car wash itself. Even the ability to buy online would be helpful.

Quick wash. If you have deep dirt, might be worthwhile visually inspecting post wash. But very good for regular maintenance wash. Also doesn't dry the car completely, but not a big deal. A quick wipe with a microfiber cloth does the trick.

Used to be good but now very ill maintained. Stood there for 20 seconds at least waiting for hose to engage every time I switched the setting. Brush foam came out in a sprinkle like it was empty. Very sad. Loved going there.

Unsure of what to say really, the young, dark haired girl behind the counter was a nasty thing. She was extremely sassy and terribly rude. Probably recommend she doesn’t work frontline as her attitude was atrocious.

Self-serve facilities do the job quite well, but not perfectly. The main flaw was that the high-pressure hose was only high pressure for one minute out of four. The rest of the time it was as good as a garden hose.

staff are always friendly and helpful. The wash for the car was satisfactory left water on car which stopped but all in all for the price not bad, WD40 hard stains before going through and brings them all off :-)

I visited this wash many times but in recent past 12 months car wash leaves multiple water salt marks on the car after machine wash and dirt still persistent post wash.so i have stopped going to this wash .

High Pressure Soak ($1) followed by a High Pressure Rinse ($1) and a High Pressure Clear coat ($1) and finally a vacuum ($2). $5 and you're set. There's a machine that gives coins for notes right in front.

5 times, 5 different months and it's always broke, out of order, technical fault. I don’t really know why it still there and still on google as a express car wash if it never works. Totally wast of time.

The wait was very long and it took a while to get the car washed. However, the deal they offered was reasonable and I bought a 2 cars for 14$ deal. So if you have more than one car, definitely worth it.

Both automatic and self serve bays are available. Cost of self serve - $ 1 minimum, choose the desired wash cycle by turning the button. It is an excellent location, plenty of parking.

Manual car wash side is great. Get way longer time than other car wash around Brisbane, and the water pressure is just perfect to blow all the soiled dirt away …

I don't recommend paid $20 for premium wash only to receive complimentary black greese sprayed all over the car at end and they refused a refund and called my partner and I liers..

it's good place to wash your car, bit expensive n sometime machine doesn't work n there is no notification online or board so bit difficult to understand but overall great place

Car wash (automatic) does a good job. Used their manual car wash once but overhead high pressure hose connection was leaking and saturated me. Probably fixed by now.

Took a premium wash, didn't do a great job. My alloys were still dirty. Don't expect anything great, we get the value exactly of what we pay for - cheap!

If you intend to use coins for the car wash, come ready with them. The cash-to-coin machine only takes old notes, or sometimes it does not work at all.

Pretty reliable and usually open unlike a lot of other automatic car washes. Can get very busy during the afternoon, especially on the weekends.
