Well don't deserve two stars too, I have booked the hotel for lesser price checked in and they denied to provide the service and accept the check in as well which was done 24hr before the check in time. I had to talk to customer sevice to book the room again at their regular price which is disappointing and irritating at the late night. I want OYo to do a compensation on this. Either you remove the offer from your website to trouble us at check in time or cancel the deal with those hotels.

It's not a 3 star hotel, it's 1/2 star hotel. Bedsheets, chairs ,walls were stained and room itself had a very distinct foul smell. The wall faucet for shower and tap control was broken and so i couldn't use water, forget about hot water. And they literally didn't do anything to correct it, zero response, that was soo cheap of them considering me paying 2300 per night. There was no room service, no breakfast. And for AC they had only one remote control for whole floor or hotel i had to call them everytime to change settings. Worst experience, i will not recommend this horrible hotel to anyone.

I personally feel that gym is fantastic... No doubt about that ... Coming to the point ,there are thief's at the gym .And not sure whom to suspect , i lost my valuable from my bag, which i place right under the nose of the cc camera... And when asked to make an enquiry and solve the issue.. the management says that the cc. Camers aren't working... I here by request the respected owner to look into it ...just because of these thiefs the gym reputation is being spoiled .. hope fully i get response from the owner ma'am. Thank you. The room was great, everything top notch but the services were terrible, there were cockroaches in my room and there was no wifi for such an expensive room. I called room service and told them about the roaches but no response was taken, there were cockroaches on the bed the floor and one even got into my t-shirt. And they called me 5 minutes prior to the checkout that my time is up but didn't do anything about the cockroaches. Terrible experience!

Goibibo or Oyo do not take proper measures to update their property listings. We booked online through goibibo and after visiting the hotel they denied check in. Due to denial in check in they charged us double the amount and because our guests where waiting in the lobby we had no other option but to book the hotel at higher price. Service is also not good and hotel cleanliness is nil. You will feel like you are staying at free dormitory.

This rating is because of their behaviour, they dont even know how to treat a customer, all they want is money , they dont have proper hospitality, they wont give any proper response from the beginning of booking, if u need something, rest the rooms are somewhat normal, even heater doesn't work, The Amount they r charging for the room is not worth, too much rates for those tiny uncleaned rooms. You may find bunch of dust here n there.

I had a bad experience here, I have booked a room through app for 699/- but the hotel management denied giving me the room as he was asking me to pay more which was double of the booking amount. I reached out to the OYO customer but they also couldn't help me out. I would recommend you not to book this hotel through OYO app. Even the OYO management are helpless.

The rooms are neat and clean. We had booked 11 for a marriage. With guests checking in, checking out as per their arrivals, departures, they kept count and handled everything very well. They went out of their way and allowed delivery and serving of food for so many people. No complaints from any of our guests which is a big thing!!

Not a great place if you found this hotel through any of the hotel booking apps. They will dishonour your booking made online. They will ask you to make a fresh offline booking with higher charges. Had a bad experience at this place during my stay.

Visited for a function. Place is good & well maintained. Function halls are good for small gatherings! Didn't use their stay facility so not sure on that. Also, catering service was good. Food was tasty & various dishes were available.
