I’ve been coming for more than 10 years and this is such a great clinic — Dr Goodman is the most thorough and unrushed GP with exceptional knowledge (though I believe she has a full patient book now). One thing that sets this clinic apart is how good the nurses are too — they really work as an integrated part of the clinic. I once had a quite deep wound from a bike accident and I was popping in every few days to have the wound re-dressed by the nurses who thoughtfully considered the best dressings and ongoing care. I consider Collins Street Medical Centre to be the gold standard in GP care — although the central city location is a bit trickier with working from home more, I’m very happy to travel in for the quality of the care.

This practice provides excellent service. My husband became ill while visiting from interstate and within an hour of my enquiring if he could make an appointment he had had a telephone consultation and been prescribed the appropriate medication. Both the receptionist and the doctor (Dr Michael) were outstanding for their helpful manner and efficiency.

Highly recommend Collins Street Medical Center. You are not treated as a number and will get true care. I had the pleasure of speaking to Tania, the practice manager today. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very patient. Thank you again Tania for turning my panic to a lovely interaction. The medical centre is very lucky to have you.

I've been travelling into town to see these Dr's for over 12 years. First from Niddrie, then Epping and now Broadford. The level of care and expertise is amazing! Touch wood I don't usually have to see the Dr very often but I am always grateful for Collin St Medical Centre when I do have to.

The staff is professional and always helpful. And Doctors, nurses, always do a great job getting patient information and attain to the details. Pathology is very friendly and caring. And my overall experience at the clinic has been absolutely supportive. I highly recommend this place. 10/10

I was quite surprised with all the kind and very professional staff members at this medical centre! From the smiley lady at the front desk! amassing caring and professional gp and the nurse taking my blood samples every member super helpful! Highly recommend.
