Paid with Park Mobile App to park for the evening using the clearly posted zone number. When I returned to the car, found a "Parking Notice" for $33 on the car. This isn't a city ticket. When I go to the colonial site on listed on the notice, there is no way to appeal. This is a complete racket!!! Avoid.
