This review is not for this specific branch just comerica bank in general. I have not had a bank that has no way of contacting them after hours or good customer service in general. From being few and far between to reporting a stolen card and not reissuing another, this bank had blown me away as to how incompetent/unreliable it really is. Have been waiting on a new card in the mail for over two weeks now so I call just to be told the three times I have followed up on it just to be told no card was issued. I asked them to expedite it for me since I have been waiting just to be told that it would cost $25 to do so for 3-4 business day expedite. Every bank I have ever used hasn't caused me this much of a headache. If your in the market for a new bank you will be better off using First National Bank in walmart vs these people. Will be closing my account ASAP

One of the bank that I would not go unless that's my last option. I run a small business that's why I have a lot of change. This back staff told me they could not take my dollar because "it is suspicious" it was old and torn a little but it was real and all numbers available. I had to go too Chase Bank. Second time they said I am not allowed too deposit heavy amount! SMH And yes they did try suggesting me to go to another bank! I would not give my business to them and not open any business or personal account with them. One light complex lady looks Russian, one Asian complex lady and Asian complex guy if I remember correctly his first name is Kapil.

Do not come to this bank they won’t let you get change unless you have a Social Security card present Try to get change for a $20 dollar bill was told I had to have my Social Security card
