THIS BANK GIVES FAKE MONEY!!!!! Absolutely the worst bank in the world. DO NOT GO HERE! Commercia Bank located at 3825 Crenshaw Blvd in Los Angeles gives fake money! Came here to cash a check, waited a lifetime in line when I was 1st in line, and when finally seen the check was cashed and put through the money counting machine, then handed to me with one of the bills being fake. Staff is very unprofessional and rude, does not care for the customer in the least, staff stands there not working but acting as if they are busy while line is perpetually growing, 1st in line and it took 18 minutes to be seen, GIVES FAKE MONEY and laughing and making jokes to each other after being confronted, refused to state or show proof of company policy, and much more. This bank threatened to call the police on me when THIS BANK gave me the fake money; they understandably can call if I tried to come in and deposit fake money, but I had no cash at all when I arrived, only a check and car keys and a cell phone. The bank threatened to gladly call the police because they will take a long time to arrive and they want a lot of overtime payments. Female manager very unprofessional here, refused to state or show company policy, told me to "Google it." Female manager also said she doesn't care about me writing a "little" review on the internet. Female manager also said "it's just common sense when you walk away from the window you're liable for the money, you should've noticed it was fake at the window, how do we know you didn't switch it." I told the female manager I had no cash when I arrived and to review the cameras, and her response was "maybe you did magic." Absolutely not, this needs to make it to the news and a report has been made to the Better Business Bureau. HAVE VIDEO FOOTAGE OF CONFRONTATION AND MANAGER SAYING I CANT RECORD AND SHE WILL CALL THE POLICE FOR RECORDING. Still was never accommodated nor given an apology.

This bank discriminates against middle class people. I tried to open a business account and worked with Frank who took one look at me and decided to probe beyond the typical questions a bank ask you for verification. It made me feel uncomfortable and I felt like I shouldn't have a business because it wasn't up to his standards. How can a bank be in an urban community treat people of color so nasty. Then he denied me an account because he felt my answers were inconsistent. There are some things about my personal life I do not have to answer. Then he failed to submit all my paper work for the account, making the back office think I refused to submit documents. He purposely did that and told his boss Mariela a lie on me saying my business was inconsistent. It is sad banks try and keep you from being a successful business. Frank also made it about money. I am sorry I am not out here selling drugs or scamming people which is what he assumed by insinuating my business was too unique and far fetched. Trust me I am legit and college educated. I will be taking legal action.

The manager Christian is very rude and unprofessional especially to indigenous black people , she acts like she manages an nightclub or something. They always are ready to leave even tho they are open like if they suppose to close at 5 they close at 4:40 like at this time they don’t wanna assist any accounts just only deposit and withdraw. This is the most ghettoist bank I’ve ever been to in my life. The Nigerian women is the only person that Actually would like to genuinely help and that should be elsewhere than that bank.

This bank is what we yearn for here in the big city of Los Angeles. A very professional bank with a small town feel, personable, efficient out for the little guy. Frank Leon was so knowledgeable about finace I learned more from him in 35 minutes than 2 years of economic classes. A man relatable, very interested in educating clients but not forcing any products on you. His integrity has convinced me this bank is for me for future savings!!! Thanks Comerica for coming from Michigan and all your great hires!!!

BEWARE, STOP and GO TO ANOTHER BANK! Branch has the WORST customer service and poor management in bank history. The vibe and energy at this location is very unwelcoming. The teller and manager were unable to assist me because my card didn't have a chip. Told me to use the ATM instead or go to another bank. This bank is always empty and employees are not helpful nor do they care to be. I wish I could give zero stars. I do not advise anyone to go to the location on Crenshaw.

I hate this bank!!! It's old fashion they need to update the service... If you don't want to spend no money this is the perfect bank they lock your money up ... I can't ever use my card.. I spend 200 $ they put fraud on my account. (Saying they wanted to make sure it was me) and the bank closed at 5pm so I couldn't get my money until the next day... Don't let it be a weekend there closed to. Smh The worst one is on Crenshaw in Los Angeles ... Messy people

I am very shocked that I have to rate this bank in this manner, as I was requiring assistance with a very time-sensitive and vital situation. I was met with tellers who did not answer my questions, gave me a negative experience and overall seemed to rush me out instead of assisting me. I simply came to cash a check at their bank since it was written to them and I did not receive good customer service at all.

Oh my goodness. This bank made me wait from February to October to decline my refinance. I was definitely qualified and closed my loan less than a month later with different bank..The people at local branch were very nice and it’s not their fault . Unfortunately they don’t handle refinancing. Minority home owners. Go somewhere else

The support staff is very attentive and kind. The branch manager however, does not follow through with keeping her word and has a way of making you the client to feel as if your concerns aren’t important or even matter. Her professionalism is horrible and played a part in us opening another account with another institution.

I didn't like the service, I had all my paper work and he didn't introduce his self to me he took my paperwork and said he had a meeting and would get back to me but very unprofessional and ask me what did I want from them. I'm talking my business somewhere else.

Bank teller needs to be replaced I had never felt discrimination like this before the bank teller assumed I wasn't the owner of my account also told me drivers licenses could be falsified. I've never been treated this way in any other comerica branch.

The famous scene where Woody Harrelson misses the dunk and loses his bet to Wesley Snipes who says "white men can't jump" was filmed in this parking lot. The building was not there at the time.

Business is business and this place is not about business. Rude, disrespectful I could go on for pages. But I guess with the plandemic we should be happy they open rude service and all.
